  • 본 논문에서는, 세계적으로 불붙고 있는 전자화폐를 암호학적인 측면에서 살펴보고, 전자화폐의 가장 핵심적인 기술인 추적 불가능성, 프라이버시 제공 기술 그리고 이중 사용 방지 기술 등과 암호 이론과의 관련성을 중심으로 정리하였다. 특히 기존에 제안되어 있는 대표적인 전자화폐 방식들에 대해서 암호 프로토콜 관점에서 고찰하여 보았으며 전반적인 전자화폐 관련 내용도 추가하였다.

  • As a simulation or replacement of analog money in cyber space, the e-cash was introduced by using cryptographic primitives. Since a perfect anonymity system causes some illegal activities, such as money laundering, blackmailing, and illegal purchase, a revocable electronic system was paid a great attention to control the anonymity. In general, Trust Third Party(TTP) is introduced to detect any dubious user and coin, namely user tracing and coin tracing. In this paper we propose a new revocable anonymity e-cash system, and verify the security requirement as well. In our scheme a user first withdraws the e-coin from bank by using blind signature, and then TTP verifies the bank's signature and records the tracing information.

  • With a rapid development of Information Telecommunication technique, network communication environment has been greatly improved. People come to feel more convinient to purchase products through Internet. Accordingly, various kinds of electronic payment systems have been developed and used. In this paper, we propose an algorithm which not only can associate the broker system with an electronic cash user, but also regenerate all amount of money previously paid using technique such as Meta-Message recovery and a RSA Blind Signature based on discrete logarithm problem.

  • Many believe that electronic distance teaming education transform higher education, saving money and improving learning qualify So, the open University, which teaches around 280,000 students at a distance, is examining the adaption of its distance teaching methods for the internet. But, there are only one type of distance learning education of one way direction. To understand all of a student which selected some of e teaming course, teacher must check that how many student to understand and what is the difficult problems. Without checking this condition, It will be a very difficult and boring distance learning course. In this paper, we introduce of intelligent learning contents of full duplex direction that teach understanding student and not understanding student. The computer simulation results confirms that full duplex e learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which not considering about understanding problems.

  • With a great improvement of computers and Network communication skills, we can exchange information quickly. There have been many researches on the subject how to guarantee the information security by security mechanism and cryptography schemes. Nowadays, many people in this area show their interest in money transfer systems between accounts, which can provide a secure mechanism in which people can send money to the legitimate party or person safe. However, we have teamed many ways to distort messages and repudiate the malicious activity in mail systems based on SSL mechanism. It is very likely that important information which must be kept in secret is laid exposed to un_authorized user. Accordingly, to provide stronger security service, researches on electronic payment system which tan guarantee the security characteristics such as confidentiality, integrity, user authentication, Non-repudiation, are strongly needed. In this paper, we analize the characteristics of the previous researches in this field, and also propose a securer electronic payment system based on ECC algorithm.

  • Now a day, we can perform various predictions by applying machine learning, which is a field of artificial intelligence; however, the finding of best algorithm in the field is always the problem. This paper predicts monthly power trading amount, monthly power trading amount of money, monthly index of production extension, final consumption of energy, and diesel for automotive using machine learning supervised algorithms. Then, we find most fit algorithm among them for each case. To do this we show the probability of predicting the value for monthly power trading amount and monthly power trading amount of money, monthly index of production extension, final consumption of energy, and diesel for automotive. Then, we try to average each predicting values. Finally, we confirm which algorithm is the most superior algorithm among them.

  • An electronic micropayment system, one of electronic payment systems, is suitable especially when a small amount of money is to be paid frequently in order to purchase on-line goods (i.e. database search, software distribution, electronic news service, etc). In addition, since the amount of payment is small, possible damages caused by system failures are lower than other payment system. In this paper, a micropayment protocol in electronic commerce environments on the Internet is proposed, based on the PayWord system. And a micropayment electronic commerce system which executes the protocol proposed is implemented. Unlike the PayWord system, however, the micropayment protocol proposed in this paper is designed in such a way that a merchant does not need to request a payment at the end of every business day since a customer cannot purchase goods beyond length of hash chains, which is specified on a certificate. In addition, the system is able to check the validity as well as the duplicate spending of hash chains. The electronic micropayment system with the proposed protocol is consists of Customers, Merchants, and Brokers. Customers are implemented on Windows NT 4.0 using VC++. Merchants are implemented on Solaris 2.5.1 and gcc 2.8.0 using Netscape Web Server and CGI Methods. HP UX 10.20 is used for Brokers.

  • As the Internet continues to transform the commerce, the method of payment is one of critical components to conduct successful business across the internet. An electronic cash has all characteristics of traditional commodity cash and ensures security for all transactions. Accordingly an internet billing system based electronic cash is expected as the secure and efficient payment method in future electronic commerce. Digital Contents such as digital goods and services have the special characteristic that both the delivery of the goods and the transfer of money ran be accomplished on the same network. This allows the optimizations in the design of an electronic commerce system. In this paper, we propose an electronic payment protocol which is especially designed to purchase digital contents through internet. The proposed protocol guarantees anonymity by using a virtual ID, and minimizes payment processing steps.

  • 최근 정보통신 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 활용은 기존의 화폐제도의 개념을 근본적으로 바꿔 놓고 있다. 이른바 전자지갑, 전자화폐 등 다양한 이름으로 불리는 전자지불 수단의 등장이 바로 그 형태이다. 전자화폐는 정보보안, 전자인증, 암호화 등과 함께 전자상거래의 성공적인 확산에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 하부 구조 중의 하나이다. 현재 전자화폐시장은 기술표준, 카드 단말기 호환, 위·변조에 대한 안정성 확보, 법·제도적 장치 등 해결해야 할 문제가 산적해 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자화폐의 기술적 요구사항과 표준화 동향에 대하여 분석한 후 상용화된 전자화폐 기술이 가진 기술상 문제점 및 해결방안을 제시한다.
