전자도서관 웹사이트 평가 모델 개발을 위한 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on a Model Development of web Site Evaluation in Digital Library Using AHP Technique)

  • 인터넷 서비스가 안정화 위주로 옮겨가면서 웹서비스의 품질 향상을 위해 보다 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있다. 대규모의 다양한 정보를 제공하고있는 전자도서관 웹 사이트가 객관적인 평가 시스템을 개발하여 적용하므로써 이용자들에게 서비스의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 기준을 마련할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 검색성, 개인화로 기준을 도출하였다. 구축된 사용성 평가 모델을 계층적 분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP)을 이용하여 평가하고 검증하였다. 평가지침으로 설정된 항목을 설문조사를 하여 계층적 분석방법에 기초한 디지털 도서관 웹 사이트 평가 모델을 개발하였다.

콘텐츠 큐레이션 플랫폼 성능평가 알고리즘 (Performance Evaluation Algorithm of Contents Curation Platform)

  • 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 큐레이션 플랫폼의 성능평가 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 성능평가는 초기조건과 종료조건을 설정하고, 4개의 파라미터를 측정하여 수행하였다. 성능평가에 사용되는 파라미터는 서비스 응답속도, 응답결과 정확도, 분석결과 정밀도, 분석결과 재현율이다. 제안한 성능평가 알고리즘의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 118,738건의 데이터베이스를 직접 구축한 후, 인터넷에서 콘텐츠를 오픈하여 이를 클릭한 사용자 행위를 기반으로 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에 사용된 페이지 뷰는 6,975,365건이었다, 실험결과, 4개의 파라미터를 이용하면 콘텐츠 큐레이션 플랫폼의 종합평가와 단위 평가가 객관적으로 수행될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The evolution of information technology and proliferation of hospital management and managerial applications of computing has led to change in the characteristics, uses and evaluations of software for the hospital management. With the growing proliferation of microcomputer use and the value-added for management strategies, more and more software has been massively developed, produced and distributed for the hospital industry. The user is faced with an increasingly difficult choice in the evaluation and selection of software. For many reasons, users frequently must rely on expert evaluations of the technical functions and quality of software. The objectives of this study are to provide selection criteria for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and to develop an evaluation framework for the Hospital Information Systems. The major findings of our study are as follows (1) the identification of EMR evaluation characteristics (2) the design and development of EMR selection model and (3) the evaluation of the importance for EMR characteristics using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). We identify 6 characteristics and 22 sub-characteristics of the EMR, calculate their weights, and decide the best configuration. Especially, the AHP methodology can be applied to gather knowledge from multiple experts. Because AHP can 1) facilitate the participation of multiple experts 2) increase group productivity and therefore result in both quantitatively and qualitatively superior outcomes than that of a single individual's work 3) provide a mechanism for reconciling conflict from multiple expert 4) validate the acquired knowledge, providing consistency of facts, and 5) enhance the accuracy reliability of the acquired knowledge increase through of the reliability provided by consensus across multiple experts. Although some further research is required, the proposed model can be regarded as a basis for the selection of EMR.

  • With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

  • This study proposes the development and performance evaluation of electronic proportional control valve having an LVDT. The electronic proportional control valve is composed of hydraulic valve, proportional solenoid and controller. LVDT is to reduce the steady state error for the reference input of the controller by the feedback signal to detect the displacement of the spool. Designed LVDT is applied to the common proportional valve. In order to evaluate the performance of the developed valve, the hydraulic test equipment was developed and flow tests were carried out. From experimental results, it was proved that the hysteresis was less than 1% based on the maximum flow rate.

  • This paper proposes the design and performance evaluation of a marine engine fault detection system using a proximity sensor for marine engine. Non-linearity is greatly reduced by using the sensor without increasing the response time by applying the CANopen protocol. The CANopen protocol enables the sensor to send initial values and measurement data. The marine engine fault detection system measures crankshaft deflection and the bottom dead center of the crosshead in real-time, which maintains stability and prevents the serious breakdown of the marine engine by use of an interlocking alarm monitoring system.

  • This paper presents the design and reliability evaluation of metallized film capacitor for power e lectronics application. The rated voltage of development capacitor is DC 3300[V], the capacitance is 5 ${\mu}F$ and the ripple current capability is 130 $A_{rms}$. Film metallization and patterns are an important design factor that has been development enhance the electric and reliability properties of film capacitor for power electronics. In term of capacitor construction and metallized pattern is one of the parameters that can be modified to further improve the rating in the terms of maximum ripple current and lifetime. This capacitor can be used as snubber capacitor application such as power train invertor system.

  • Purpose: The conventional predicted MFTBF by military standard has a wide discrepancy to that of real-world operation, which leads to overstock and increase operation cost. This paper introduces a analyzing frame using operational reliability and cost data to overcome the discrepancy, and provides reliability improvement process employing the analyzing frame. Methods: This paper suggests Reliability-Cost Matrix (R-C Matrix) and Operational Reliability & Cost Index (ORCI) as a tool for reliability evaluation. Results: KOREIP(KAI's Operational Reliability Evaluation and Improvement Process) is developed employing Reliability-Cost Matrix and Operational Reliability & Cost Index. Conclusion: KOREIP provides a process and its activities based on Reliability-Cost Matrix frame. The process and activities leads reliability improvement of aerospace electronic equipments by means of categorizing and follow-up action based on the concept of frame.

  • 본 논문에서는 주택 전기 과부하로 인한 전기화재 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 스마트 주택 자동화를 위한 DSP 기반의 디지털 주택 과부하 경보기를 실험 제작하였다. 그리고 주택 과부하 경보 기술의 유효성을 검증하기 위해서 인공적으로 과부하를 발생시킬 수 있는 하나의 전기 과부하 경보 성능 평가 시스템을 설계, 개발, 구축하고, 과부하 시험을 통해 개발된 주택 과부하 경보기의 유효성을 검증하였다. 특히, EMTP-RV를 이용하여 과부하 시험 모델을 개발하고 과부하 시험을 모의, 계측결과와 비교함으로서 과부하 성능 검증결과의 신뢰성을 확인하였다.

일개 종합병원 전자간호기록시스템 도입 후 중기 평가연구 (Intermediate Evaluation after the Introduction of Electronic Nursing Record System in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study intended to evaluate the intermediate effects of using Electronic Nursing Record System which was introduced 4 years and 4 months ago. Methods: Participants were 65 nurses engaged in 3 shifts in a general hospital. The specific methods were identification of nursing activity times by means of nurses' self-recording in structured forms, survey of user satisfaction using questionnaires, and examination of nurses' responses to open-ended questions about using the system. Results: The direct nursing activities took more than 50% of the time during day and evening shifts. In night shift, direct nursing activities took more than 41% of the time. Comparing to the initial evaluation, measured at 10 months after the introduction, the time spent in indirect nursing activities have decreased about 10% in each shift. The user satisfaction was 3.54 points which was higher than 3.33 points measured at 10 months after the introduction. The nurses recommended some changes needed in the current system to make it better, such as speeding up the system. Conclusion: The intermediate evaluation shows reduced indirect nursing time, increased direct nursing time, and improved user satisfaction.
