Intercompany online businesses can offer digital information to each company, and yet without legal verification business activities are less efficient. Just one single country cannot control this problem with its own EC law and now international cooperations are being required. Currently, International Regularization is the main agenda among the international organizations such as UNCITRAL, OECD and WTO and so on. Furthermore, most of the advanced nations, including the USA and EU, announce their fundamental strategies for the multilateral regularization in their favor. At the present stage, South Korea's Electronic Commerce law and Digital Signature law went into effect as from July 1, 1999, indicating that they can strike the keynote of the systematic infrastructure for the electronic commerce transactions in this country.

인터넷이 발전하고 성장함에 따라 전자상거래(Electronic Commerce)는 초기의 단선적인 관계와 집중화된 구조를 탈피하여, 상호 연관적인 관계 및 분산되고 개방적인 구조를 바탕으로 수행되고 있다. 즉, 인터넷의 본질적인 특성인 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 시장구조가 형성되고 있으며, 이러한 네트워크 시장구조를 기반으로 하여, 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 모델이 출현하고 있다. 네트워크 효과(Network Effect)를 기반으로 하는 네트워킹 비즈니스 모델은 초기의 비즈니스 모델과는 다른 형태의 정보흐름(Information Process) 및 구조(Architecture)를 가지며, 이로 인해 전자시장(Electronic Market)에서 참여자의 역할 및 사업 전략, 수익모델 등이 변화되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 네트워킹 비즈니스 모델이 가지는 구조 및 특성을 규명하고, 사례분석을 통해 다양한 형태의 네트워킹 비즈니스 모델을 분류하여, 네트워킹 비즈니스 모델의 활용가능성을 모색해보고자 한다.

We present a matrix-based inference alorithm suitable for electronic commerce applications. For this purpose, an Extended AND-OR Graph (EAOG) was developed with the intention that fast inference process is enabled within the electronic commerce situations. The proposed EAOG inference mechanism has the following three characteristics. 1. Real-time inference: The EAOG inference mechanism is suitable for the real-time inference because its computational mechanism is based on matric computation.2. Matrix operation: All the subjective knowledge is delineated in a matrix form, so that inference process can proceed based on the matrix operation which is computationally efficient.3. Bi-directional inference: Traditional inference method of expert systems is based on either forward chaining or backward chaining which is mutually exclusive in terms of logical process and exclusive in terms of logical process and computational efficiency. However, the proposed EAOG inference mechanism is generically bi-directional without loss of both speed and efficiency. We have proved the validity of our approach with several propositions and an illustrative EC example.

본 연구는 에이전트를 이용한 전자상거래의 효과적 활용방안에 관한 연구를 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 최근 전자상거래에 관한 연구는 급속히 확산된 정보시스템의 환경적 활용방안에 관하여 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있는 한계성을 가지고 있다. 이는 정보산업의 발달로 따라 연구의 대상도 세분화하여야 할 필요가 제기 되었기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인을 감안하여 연구한 결과 전자상거래의 효과적인 활용을 위한 기술적 요인, 사회적요인 및 비즈니스능력을 중요요인으로 제시하였다.

이 논문에서는 망 분리 가입자의 부가 서비스 제공을 위한 방법을 제공한다. 본 서비스 제공방법은, 서버가 인증키를 생성하는 단계, 서버의 인증키를 포함한 실행파일을 이동식 저장매체에 저장하는 단계, 클라이언트의 이동식 저장매체에 저장된 실행파일을 실행시키는 단계 및 클라이언트의 실행파일 실행결과로 가상 머시인을 제공하는 단계를 포함한다. 이동하여 업무를 수행하는 경우, 가상 가입자 부가 서비스가 출장자에게 제공 될 수 있다.

Nowadays, the explosive evolvement of Internet. which is referred to as EC, has been prevailing. That has given the chance all of the world consumers to contact all of the world companies to enter into business relationship. But, electronic commerce laws have been established per conventional jurisdiction. some legal issues take place in the field of cross-border electronic commerce, including the governing law and competent courts. In this situations, it is gradually and widely required to lay down the internationally harmonized electronic commerce legal framework. Now, there are a lot of legal issues assumed in EC, in this study, we studied three precedence problems concerning B2C: Consumer Protection Law regarding B2C, Personal Information Protection Law in Private Sector regarding B2C, Web Site Trust Mark System.

The tremendous growth of the Internet, particularly World Wide Web, has bought significant changes in the economics of marketing channels and has led to a redefinition of industry value chain. While electronic commerce has become as an important issue with the growth of the Internet, there are insufficient empirical research efforts concerning its status in Korea. The study findings suggest that contextual problems need to be solved before electronic commerce provides real benefits for consumers and businesses. The suggestions and strategies are provided at both a firm level and a consumer level. The objective of this research investigates TQM's the key quality factors and Customer's Using Satisfaction of Internet shopping mall in Korea. In addition, we tried U find out what factors discourage consumers from using electronic purchasing methods, as well as how perceived quality factors and customer satisfaction when consumers are exposed to the purchase process on the Internet shopping mall business.

The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) is a declarative markup language based on the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) to define a set of markup tags for synchronizing the timing and positioning relationships between multimedia objects. SMIL makes authoring of TV-like multimedia presentations on the Web easier for applications such as electronic commerce. We present the design and implementation of a JAVA-based SMIL player, which processes different types of media objects using multiple threads. Moreover, its cache engine detects the media type and allocates the proper cache memory for the corresponding media object.

This paper proposes the design and performance evaluation of a marine engine fault detection system using a proximity sensor for marine engine. Non-linearity is greatly reduced by using the sensor without increasing the response time by applying the CANopen protocol. The CANopen protocol enables the sensor to send initial values and measurement data. The marine engine fault detection system measures crankshaft deflection and the bottom dead center of the crosshead in real-time, which maintains stability and prevents the serious breakdown of the marine engine by use of an interlocking alarm monitoring system.

정부를 비롯한 공공부문에 정보기술이 도입된 것은 어제 오늘의 일이 아니다. 그러나 정부에서 지금까지 하드웨어와 투입 중심으로 전개된 정보화의 영향력은 민간에 비해 빨리 실현되지 못하였고, 공공부문의 업무방식에는 근본적인 변화가 별로 나타나지 못했다. 이제 전자문서의 활용은 공공사무의 처리 및 업무의 능률성을 향상시키고 수작업 절차를 간소화함으로써 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 한다. 따라서 전자적 사무관리체계의 활성화를 위해 종이문서위주의 업무처리 관행의 축소, 전자문서화 촉진을 위한 기관 내적 기반 조성. 네트워크 연계를 통한 원격근무체계 등이 추진되어야 한다.
