This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

In the most of the telecommunication industry, it is necessary to secure consistency to overcome gaps between business logics and information systems logics. We propose a model of provision check in order to secure information consistency of customer information among information systems. First of all, we understand the concept of provision check and design a proposed model for provision check. After an experiment in a business company, we analyze its experimental results and make proposals for effective and efficient provision check in the telecommunication industry.

Many enterprises have various business models with the distribution structure on the basis of UCI. However, this tries are performed locally. So, there are still many side-effects for other enterprises to share contents mutually. We propose a contents distribution model on the basis of UCI. We first research on contents syndicator and its requirements. And the we establish a standard model for contents distribution.

UCI is contributing to establishing and administrating CMS to improve the quality of contents efficiently and effectively. In these days, enterprises are also making a new try to manage copyrights of digital contents by use of DRM(Digital Right Management). UCI would be a good solution to solve this overburden. The objective of our research is to study on practical uses of various digital contents models on the basis of UCI. We introduce two business cases; one is publishment of digital contents and the other is DB service of digital contents.

최근 기업간 거래는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 기업간 전자상거래(B2B: business to business electronic commerce)로 시간과 공간을 초월하여 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 국내·외 많은 기업들은 인터넷 기반의 비즈니스와 정보교환으로 업무 효율화 및 기업 경쟁력 강화에 중점을 두고 있다. 최근 온라인 환경의 인터넷 EDI 방식에 많은 기업들이 관심을 가지고 있으며, 전통적 EDI방식의 문제 해결방안으로 웹 문서를 많이 활용하고 있다. 또한, 현재까지 웹 문서는 HTML을 사용하여 정의되고 있는데, 이러한 HTML은 간편한 사용과 높은 이식성을 가진다. 그러나 기업간 발생하는 다양한 문서양식을 표현하기 힘들며, 기업간 서로 상이한 정보시스템에서 발생되는 거래 데이터 등의 통합이 불가능하다 그래서 최근 HTML의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 새로운 언어로 XML이 등장하여 인터넷 기반의 B2B에서 기업간 정보 교환에 적용되어 질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 웹 기반의 기업간 수주처리시스템에 XML 언어를 사용한 기업간 데이터 통합 방안을 제시한다. 또한 이를 ‘H’기업에 적용하여 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하고, 그 기대효과를 제시한다.

Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart or CAPTCHA has received remarkable attention. Deciphering distorted texts is still a human task. The current CAPTCHA mainly requires users to read English alphabets. As such, Thai CAPTCHA may be the choice for Thai online practitioners. However, no published work has examined how Thai online practitioners perceive CAPTCHA. This study thus attempts to fill this void. Based on the 112 number of usable online questionnaire submission, Thai online practitioners are all aware of CAPTCHA. Also, nine out of ten samples identified correctly the prime benefits of CAPTCHA. Using exploratory factor analysis, their attitude towards CAPTCHA was classified into two dimensions. They perceived (1) drawback of general CAPTCHA and (2) feasibility of Thai CAPTCHA. In addition to extending our insight into application of CAPTCHA, policy-makers responsible for electronic commerce in Thailand could initiate plans in response to Thai online practitioners' perception.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the productivity change of the 10 Single PPM Certification Company in the 3 Industry(Electronics, Motor-Parts, Machines). In this study, Productivity change over the time in Korean small and medium sized firms in the 3 industries by the bootstrapped Malmquist Productivity Index(MPI). The traditional Malmquist Productivity Index(MPI) and Data Envelopment they could lead to wrong evaluations of the efficiency and productivity scores. In this paper, DEA and a MPI are combined with a bootstrap method in order to provide statistical inferences that analyze the performance of the Single PPM Certification Company. The data cover the period between 2004 and 2007. The result of this paper reveals : 1) The electronic industries(Motor-Parts, Machines). 2) average productivity Progress of the 7DMU(Electronics), 1DMU(Motor-Parts) and none(Machines).

New issues arise as to surface characterization, quantification and interface formation. Surface and interface control of CdSe nanocrystal systems, one of the most studied and useful nanostructures. Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) have been the subject of much interest for both fundamental reseach and technical applications in recent years, due mainly to their strong size dependent properties and excellent chemical processibility. In this dissertation, the synthesis of CdSe quantum dots were synthesized by pyrolysis of high-temperature organometallic reagents. In order to modify the size and quality of quantum dots, we controlled the growth temperature and the relative amount of precursors to be injected into the coordinating solvent. Moreover, an effective surface passivation of monodisperse nanocrystals was achieved by overcoating them with a higher-band-gap material. Synthesized CdSe quantum dots were studied to evaluate the optical, electronic and structural properties using UV-absorption, and photoluminescence measurement.

With the advent and proliferation of the Internet, Electronic Commerce(EC) on the Internet has become one of the most rapidly growing area and has been the subject of much research lately. EC is commercial transactions using computers in virtual environment through computer networks. The computer system deals with various ranges of things such as products, services, and information on EC. In this paper we describe the construction methods of web site based on the personalization, Also, we present the personalization technology and architecture of the P-Commerce proposed in this paper. Finally, we describe the methods constructing EC site using P-Commerce solution.
