사격통제장치 시스템 시험의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 생산시험장비에 관한 연구 (The Study on The Production Testing Equipment for the Improvement of System Test Reliability in FCS)

  • 본 연구는 한화탈레스에서 2011년부터 K-55A1 개량사업 중 사격통제장치(통신제어기, 전시통제기, 제원표시기, 전원공급기, 축전지)의 양산 생산에서 장비의 신뢰성을 향상하기 위해 제품의 입고 시점부터 유닛시험(회로카드 및 유닛 단위), 번인시험(초기고장배제), 통합 시스템 시험(장비 연동단위)의 각 단계별 생산시험장비개발에 대한 설계 방안을 기술하였다. K-55A1의 사격통제장치는 자주포를 제어하는 '머리'의 역할을 하며, 자주포의 여러 장치들(항법장치, 포구초속측정기 등)과 전기적, 물리적 연결을 한다. K-55A1 사격통제장치가 전력화되어 운용 시 한치의 오차 없이 정상 동작하기 위해서는 입고부터 출고 전까지 각 단계에 맞는 시험장비가 필요하다. 생산시험 장비이기에 시험의 절차를 최대한 자동적으로 운용할 수 있도록 구현하였을 뿐만 아니라 자주포와 연동 가능한 환경으로 구축할 수 있도록 생산시험장비 설계초기부터 초점을 맞추었다. 이러한 생산시험장비 개발을 통하여 K-55A1 사격통제장치가 전력화되어 운용 시 최상의 성능을 구동하여 대한민국 국방력을 강화하는데 일조 할 것이다.

  • Objectives : This study was to develop programmable and rechargeable electronic moxibustion device as an interdisciplinary research focusing on traditional Korean medicine. Methods : This device deployed several advances on safety and conveniences with the advantage of programmable heat stimulation, heating material and recharging method. The gradient of heat stimulation was programmed with the reference of previous studies and own measurements. The heat curve reached its efficacious stimulus temperature after three minutes, and maintained until 13 minutes with $42^{\circ}C$. We also incorporated feedback from field hospital experiences with the help of hospital staffs. Results : This device can prevent damages from skin burn and fire accidents, and control the smoke, smell and residue of moxa itself. Conclusions : This study will contribute for the development and improvement of efficacious and safe treatment methods for the traditional Korean medicine.

Kinetic and Thermodynamic Features of Combustion of Superfine Aluminum Powders in Air

  • An experimental study on the combustion of superfine aluminum powders (average particle diameter, a$_{s}$: ∼0.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) in air is reported. The formation of aluminum nitride during the combustion of aluminum in air and the influence of the combustion scenario on the structures and compositions of the final products are in the focus of this study. The experiments were conducted in an air (pressure: 1 atm). Superfine aluminum powders were produced by the wire electrical explosion method. Such superfine aluminum powder is stable in air but once ignited it can burn in a self-sustaining way due to its low bulk: density (∼0.1 g/㎤) and a low thermal conductivity. During combustion, the temperature and radiation were measured and the actual burning process was recorded by a video camera. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and chemical analysis were performed on the both initial powders and final products. It was found that the powders, ignited by local heating, burned in a two-stage self-propagating regime. The products of the first stage consisted of unreacted aluminum (-70 mass %) and amorphous oxides with traces of AlN. After the second stage the AlN content exceeded 50 mass % and the residual Al content decreased to ∼10 mass %. A qualitative discussion is given on the kinetic limitation for AlN oxidation due to rapid condensation and encapsulation of gaseous AlN.N.

족배부 유리편을 이용한 생건 피부편이식 (Tendocutaneous Free Flap Transfer from Dorsum of the Foot)

  • Tendocutaneous free flap transfer has been usually used to treat troublesome wounds, which had extensive defect of skin and tendons, since Daniel and Taylor had reported successful free flap transfer in 1973. Among the numerous types of free flap, the dorsalis pedis flap, which could include superficial peroneal nerve, extensor tendon and second metatarsus, was widely used as composite free flap. The authors analysed 13 cases of tendocutaneous free flap transfer from dorsum of the foot which were operated at Korea University Hospital from March 1981 to August 1991. The results were as follows: 1. The average size of these flaps was $53.7cm^2$(mazimum $82cm^2$, minimum $30cm^2)$, the average number and length of tendons were 2.9(maximum, 5, minimum 1), and 9.2cm (maximum 17cm, minimum 5cm). 2. The survival rate of flaps was 100%, and functional results by Dargan's criteria were 4 in excellent, 4 good, 3 fair and 2 poor. 3. The delayed healing on donor site could prevented by the meticulous skin graft and repair of extensor retinaculum. 4. The cases of electrical burn were more worse than the traumatic cases in functional results.

Free Tissue Transfer in Sickle Cell Disease: A Case Report and Systematic Review

  • Hemoglobinopathies such as sickle cell disease (SCD) are traditionally considered a relative contraindication to free tissue transfer, due to concerns that erythrocyte sickling will increase the risk of microvascular thrombosis and flap failure. This article describes a case report with the successful use of free tissue transfer in a patient with SCD and provides a systematic literature review on free tissue transfer in SCD. A retrospective chart review was performed of a patient with SCD who underwent free tissue transfer at the authors' institution. A systematic literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines was performed using the keywords "free tissue transfer," "free flap," or "microsurgery" and "sickle cell" on PubMed, Ovid/Medline, and Scopus. A 29-year-old male with delayed presentation of an electrical burn to the face and scalp underwent wound closure with a free anterolateral thigh flap. Key management principles included red blood cell transfusion to keep hemoglobin S under 30% and hemoglobin greater than 10 g/dL, maintenance of hydration, normothermia, adequate analgesia, and postoperative anticoagulation. Systematic literature review identified 7 articles describing 13 cases of free tissue transfer in 10 patients with SCD, with combined complete free flap success in 10 of the 13 flaps. Free tissue transfer can be successfully performed in patients with SCD. However, evidence on the optimal management of this unique patient population in the perioperative period after free tissue transfer is limited to case reports in the literature.

족부 손상에 시행한 유리조직 이식술 (Free Flap Transplantation to the Injured Foot)

  • 전북대학교병원 정형외과에서 1992년 6월부터 1996년 5월까지 족부 손상 13례에 대하여 유리조직 이식술울 시행하고 만 1년이상 추시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1 손상 족부의 원인별로는 압궤손상이 9례, 족부 골수염 3례, 그리고 전기화상 1례 등 13례이었다. 2. 유리조직 이식술은 족배피판이 5례(38.5%), 박근 4례(30.7%), 복직근(15.4%), 고아배근피 이식술과 상환 피부판 이식술 각 1례 등 13례를 시행하였는데 부위별로는 족배부에 족배피판 4례와 박근 4례를 시행하였고, 발뒤꿈치의 후방에 광배근 피판 1례, 후외측에 족배피판 및 상완 피판 각 1례, 족부 후방과 족장부 동시 손상에 복직근 1례, 긔록 내측부 손상에 복직근 1례를 시행하였다. 2. 6례의 유리 근 이식술후 평균 20일만에 피부 이식술을 시행하였으며 괴사없이 도포되었다. 4. 유리조직 이시술을 시행한 13례 전례에서 생존하여, 6례에서 시행하였던 피부 이식술을 제외한 2차 술식없이 손상되었던 족부를 재건할 수 있었으며 유리조직의 신발신기 평가에서도 양호 이상의 좋은 결과를 얻었다.
