$SF_6$ 가스절연 Recloser용 PMA에 대한 특성해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Characteristics of Permanent Magnetic Actuator for $SF_6$ Gas Insulated Recloser)

  • $SF_6$ 가스절연 Recloser는 선로에 일시적인 과전류가 발생하면 개방 후 자동 재투입 하면서 선로의 정상적인 운전상태를 회복하고, 영구 고장 시에는 정해진 Sequence에 따라 개방, 투입을 반복한 후 개방완료 상태에 이르게 하는 보호기기이며, 조작부는 주로 Solenoid Actuator 방식을 채택해왔었다. 그러나 Solenoid Actuator 방식은 구조가 복잡하고 부품수가 많은 단점이 있어 최근에는 사용 부품수를 획기적으로 감소 시키고 조작 신뢰성을 증대시킨 Magnetic Actuator 방식을 채택하여 사용하는 경향을 보이고 있다. 이 Magnetic Actuator 방식은 구조가 간단하고 부품수가 적어 높은 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있고 유지 보수가 거의 필요하지 않는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 $SF_6$ 가스절연 Recloser의 조작부에 Magnetic Actuator 방식(이하 PMA (Permanent Magnetic Actuator))을 채용 하였으며, 이를 적용하기위한 입력전원 및 투입, 개방 코일을 패러미터로 하여 PMA의 동적특성을 실험하였으며, 이 실험 자료에 근거하여 27[kV] $SF_6$ 가스절연 Recloser의 PMA 조작부를 설계 및 제작하였다.

트랙터의 전후진 자동 변속을 위한 전자식 액추에이터의 위치 제어 시스템 개발 (Development of Electric Actuator Position Control System for Automatic Shuttle Shifting of Tractor)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop position control system of an electric actuator for automatic shuttle shifting of a tractor. The electric actuator was installed at the link of the forward-reverse gearshift of the tractor transmission, and controlled in the ranges of forward, neutral, and reverse positions. The position control system of the electric actuator was developed based on PID (Proportional Integral Derivative) controller and transfer function of the electric actuator. The coefficients of the PID controller were determined by Ziegler-Nichols (Z-N) method and optimized using simulation program. The prototype AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) test unit of the tractor was installed and used to evaluate the performance of the position control. The evaluation system for the control performance consisted of forward-reverse actuator, motor driver, and controller. The tests were conducted as the controlled positions of the actuator were changed from neutral position to forward, neutral, and reverse positions in sequence. The sequential tests were repeated 20 times. The operations of changing the gearshift were considered as the step response of the control system. Maximum overshoot, settling time, and steady-state error were analyzed. The results showed that performance of the position control system was reasonable and qualified. The maximum overshoots, the steady-state errors, and the settling times of the position control system were 10~20%, 1~5%, and 0.92~1.49 sec, respectively. The modifications of the electric actuator will be required to enhance the performance of position control during field operation.

  • 전동 엑추에이터는 사용자의 명령 입력 신호(열림/닫힘/정지)를 받아 엑추에이터 내부의 각종 센서(밸브의 위치, 회전력, 모터의 상태 등)들의 상태를 확인하고 모터를 정/역 제어하여 밸브를 개폐하고 엑추에이터(밸브)의 현재 상태를 출력하는 장치로 댐, 발전소, 상하수도 시설, 송유관 시설 등 다양한 분야에서 사용하는 장치이다. 전동 엑추에이터가 발전소 등에 설치되어 가동 중 문제가 발생할 경우 경제적으로 큰 손실이 발생할 수 있으므로 시스템의 신뢰성이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 전동 엑추에이터의 안전성을 높이기 위해 소프트웨어적으로 발생할 수 있는 신뢰성 문제를 하드웨어적으로 ON/OFF 시간 설정이 가능한 전동 엑추에이터 컨트롤 장치 개발을 진행하였다. 또한 전동 엑추에이터 제어 장치 개발 환경은 Xilinx 사의 Spartan7 FPGA와 Altium 툴을 활용하여 개발하였다.

Electrically-induced actuation for open-loop control to cancel self-excitation vibration

  • This paper focuses on the actuation system combined with a piezoelectric transducer and an electric circuit, which leads to a new insight; the electric actuation system is equivalent to mechanical variable-stiffness actuation systems. By controlling the switch in the circuit, the electric status of the piezoelectric transducer is changed, and consequently a variable-stiffness mechanism is achieved on the electric actuator. This proposed actuator features a shift in the equilibrium point of force, while conventional electrically-induced variable-stiffness actuators feature the variation of the stiffness value. We intensively focus on the equilibrium shift in the actuation system, which has been neglected. The stiffness of the variable-stiffness actuator is periodically modulated by controlling the switch, to suppress the vibration of the system in an open-loop way. It is proved that this electric actuator is equivalent to its mechanical counterpart, and that the electrical version has some practical advantages over the mechanical one. Furthermore, another kind of electrically-induced variable-stiffness actuator, using an energy-recycling mechanism is also discussed from the viewpoint of open-loop vibration control. Extensive numerical simulations provide comprehensive assessment on both electrically-induced variable-stiffness actuators employed for open-loop vibration control.

  • 최근 녹색성장과 함께 전기자동차에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 전기자동차 Relay 용 Solenoid Actuator에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. DC Solenoid Actuator는 Electric Vehicle relay(EV-Relay)의 동작을 담당하므로, EV-Relay의 핵심 부분이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 등가자기회로법을 통해 EV-Relay가 동작하기 위한 DC Solenoid Actuator를 설계하였다.

  • In this paper, the multilayer actuator is investigated by using the finite element method. The material is taken to be piezoelectric. The capacitor and interdigital wlfloating type actuator are compared to the stress field distribution under the uniform electric field. As the length of the floating electrode in the interdigital wlfloating actuator changes, the stress field around the edge of electrode is studied.

Shorted Turn in the Hybrid Magnet Engine Valve Actuator for Enhanced Dynamic Performance

  • This paper presents a new design of the hybrid magnet engine valve actuator using the shorted turn for enhanced dynamic performance. The quick response of coil electric current is the most important factor that determines the opening and closing performance of the hybrid magnet engine valve. The conventional hybrid magnet engine valve actuator, however, has a delayed initial electric current rising when it is driven by voltage control because of the coil inductance which is a typical characteristic of an electromagnetic coil. A shorted turn is newly placed into the upper yoke of the hybrid magnet engine valve actuator to reduce coil inductance and thus, to hasten the initial electric current rising. We performed a dynamic finite element analysis to demonstrate the improvement of the dynamic characteristics of the hybrid magnet engine valve actuator due to the shorted turn.

탁상용 소형 사출 성형기 개발 (Developed Compact Injection Molding Machine for Desktop)

  • It is a small injection molding machine for table top considering the material heating mechanism and the design and structure stability by securing the mechanism that compresses the inside of the material heating tube by using the electric actuator and by providing space between the body and the material heating tube to reduce heat loss Develop body. An electric actuator suitable for applying pressure to the inside of a material heating tube is a mechanical system composed of a rigid structure. Since a large force is repeatedly applied to the electric actuator and the push rod, the interaction between the moving parts and the dynamic Maximum stress through analysis and prediction of fatigue life of critical parts The pushrod reflects the structural analysis results of the electric actuator and the push rod, and pushes the inside of the material heating tube by the push rod to inject the molten material from the nozzle into the mold. The pushrod operates by the operation of the electric actuator. The material heated by the coil heater is ejected through the nozzle by the pressure of the material heating tube, and the material heating tube and the nozzle are also lowered at the same time as the push rod is lowered, so that the material is closely adhered to the mold. We want to study the completion of the injection.

항공우주용 구동장치 개발 동향 (The State of the Art and Application of Actuator in Aerospace)

  • 본 논문에서는 항공우주분야의 구동장치와 여러 산업분야에서 응용되고 있는 미래 지향적 구동기의 기술에 대한 사항과 발전방향에 대해 연구하였다. 특히, 항공기 비행조종면 구동장치의 경우 기존에는 기계식 링키지나 무게 대비 출력이 높은 유 공압 구동기가 많이 사용되었으나 최근에는 대부분의 항공기에서 사용 중인 Fly-By-Wire 시스템과 더 나아가 'More Electric', 'All Electric' 시스템으로의 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 전기식 유압구동기와 전기식 구동장치의 경우 효율이나 안전성 그리고 비용적인 측면에서 우수하기 때문에 근래에 지속적인 개발이 진행되고 있다. 또한, 최근에는 구동기의 무게와 정밀도 그리고 응답속도의 향상을 위해 신소재를 이용한 새로운 분야의 구동기들이 개발되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해서 차세대 항공우주분야 구동장치와 신개념 구동기들의 세부기술 및 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

압전 액추에이터를 이용한 에너지 수확 (Electric energy harvesting using piezoelectric actuator driven by geared motor)

  • This paper presents the possibility of the electric energy harvesting using piezoelectric actuator which is operated by geared motor. The geared motor consisting of oval shape cam and speed controller was operated in the range of 40${\sim}$172rpm. The PZT actuator of $36L{\times}13W{\times}0.6H$ was used for energy harvesting and the results of the theoretical model were verified by comparing it with the measured response of a experimental setup. Experimental study for obtaining the optimal operating conditions, such as displacement variation of the PZT actuator and motor speed variation, was achieved. A power of 0.02mW at the geared motor speed of 172rpm and the PZT actuator maximum displacement of $500{\mu}m$ was measured. In this study, it was confirmed that the wind power can be used for MEMS based sensor operating and windmill health monitoring one.
