DEA모형에 의한 지역수협의 경영평가 (Management Evaluation on the Regional Fisheries Cooperatives using Data Envelopment Analysis Model)

  • This study is designed to measure the relative efficiency of regional fishery cooperatives based on Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) methods. Selecting 40 regional fishery cooperatives in Busan as Decision Making Units (DMUs), the study uses their panel data from 2007 to 2008 to rank the relative efficiency of the DMUs. First, the efficiency score of the DMUs are calculated using CCR, SBM, and super-SMB model. Within the model, input variables are the number of employees and area of fishery cooperatives. Output variables are the amount of deposit money, loan and profit. Based on the efficiency scores calculated from super-SMB model, the efficiency ranking of the DMUs is determined. Second, the differences in average efficiency calculated from the three DEA models are tested using a pair-wise mean comparison test. The results based on the efficiency scores evaluated from super-SMB model show that seven out of the forty DMUs are efficient; among the efficient DMUs, the DMUs that can be benchmarked for inefficient DMUs through the frequency analysis of reference set being identified. Third, the differences in average efficiency of the three DEA models between 2007 and 2008 are tested using pair-wise mean comparison test and the study estimates the efficiency change of the DMUs between 2007 and 2008 using Malmquist productivity index(MPI). Finally, the paper suggests an improved composite DMU superior to the inefficient DMUs evaluated by Super-SBM model.

Analysis on Output Efficiency of Chinese Listed Port Companies Based on DEA Model

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to propose strategies of improving efficiency of 20 listed port companies in China based on analysis of their input-output indexes from 2014 to 2018. Research design, data, and methodology - In this paper, the relevant input-output indicators of 20 listed port companies in China from 2014 to 2018 were adopted. Data derived from the company annual reports announced by Shanghai stock exchange and Shenzhen stock exchange. Comprehensive efficiency and pure technical efficiency were measured from output perspective by DEA and Malmquist index, and efficiency changes and regional efficiency were analyzed. Result - The results showed that the efficiency value of 20 listed port companies in China fluctuated and increased during 2014-2018, regional efficiency was unbalanced, and change of MPI was influenced by internal factors and external factors. Listed port companies affected by internal and external factors needed to make appropriate response to internal and external factors. Conclusion - The research conclusion can provide important reference information about management and planning for port companies in China and related areas. However, this paper is limited to the availability of data. So the improvement scheme for listed companies in inefficient regional ports needs further study, such as using AHP method.

도심항공모빌리티의 운용효율성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operational Efficiency of UAM(Urban Aerial Mobility)s)

  • Prototype UAMs are shown to us in the market. When the complete product is delivered to market, the efficiency of each UAMs can be compared by default. Before the complete product is shown to us, the comparative study on efficiency of UAMs is performed under the product cost estimation. The efficiency analysis result reveals that both of Lift & Cruise type and vectored thrust type show good efficiency at the initial stage of product. At the near terms stage, five years later from initial stage end, efficiency gets some change. Vectored thrust type of UAMs show best efficiency at the near term stage of product. Because UAMs will be used in urban area, Seoul is the place where the UAMs will be used first. The flying route from Seoul City Hall to Yongsan Park, National Assembly in Yeouido, and City Airport is no more than 10 km distance. For this short distance route, efficiency will make multi-rotor type UAM be prefered to other types. For long distance route or commuting route, life & cruise type and vectored thrust type of UAMs will be prefered on account of operational efficiency.

  • A mold of free-form concrete segment can be used only one time. Thus, the construction duration and cost are increased. The materials of the mold such as wood and metal have limitations due to the implementation and reuse. The review of the material of the mold for free-form concrete segment is needed to reduce duration and production cost. Phase change material can be used both to implement free-shape by heating and to produce mold after cooling. After using Phase change material can be re-used to mold by heating. The scope of this study is many kind of phase change materials for molding. The aim of this study is to analyze the phase change materials for production of changable mold for free-form concrete segment. In this study, the paraffin wax that is melted at 64℃ was selected by considering both the energy efficiency and the weather of Korea.

  • Business organizations are trying in various ways to survive and grow up in the rapidly changing environment. A lot of organizations have introduced management innovation skills and attempted to change, but most of them have failed to realize their aims. The reason is that the members of the organization including the chief executive officers did not understand the paradigm of the change management of an organization, and gave weight to the partial efficiency instead of the change management of the organization. In this study, guidelines and principles are suggested to apply the quality management system to the change management of business organizations.

  • Ageing induces huge dramatic change of society and economy rather than simple change of population structure. Ageing causes the decrease of working age population and production capable population, thus this brings growth slowness and long-term stagnation. In addition, progress in ageing decreases saving rate, consequently low saving rate brings about the decrease of country-wide investment resources. This ageing problem which is progressive rapidly needs core competence and implementation of human resource professionals to overcome this kind of environment change. First of all, it needs turnover in thinking way toward talents. Secondly, we need innovation one team to pursue innovation and creativity. Thirdly, it should be considered in a new way with the number of workers and efficiency of personnel expenses. Fourthly, employees should make effort for self-advancement. Under the environment with newly change human resource personnels' function and role should be emphasized to maintain sustainable growth and overcome the change of management environment. Therefore, human resources should be emphasized to become competitive personnel and organization with leading the change master and creating the value of the organization.

마이크로캡슐로 코팅한 상변화 물질과 나노소재를 적용한 고효율 열저장 시멘트 복합체 성능 검증 연구 (A Reaserch on the Performance Verification of Energy Storage Mortar Enhanced in Thermal Efficiency and Strength by Applying Microencapsulated Phase Change Materials and Nanomaterials)

  • 본 연구는 기존 국내 건축물의 동결을 방지를 위해 열선을 매립한 토목 및 건축물의 열선으로 인한 외부 에너지 사용으로 탄소 배출 및 유지관리비용이 증가하는 것을 절감시킬 수 있는 에너지 효율을 증대한 에너지 저장 시멘트 복합체를 제안한다. 최근 탄소 저감을 위해 상변화 물질(PCM)을 일반 시멘트 복합체에 통합하여 잠열 성능을 부여하는 연구가 진행되어왔다. 그러나 상변화 물질을 혼입한 콘크리트의 경우 상변화 물질의 유출, 강도 저하 및 부족한 열적 성능 등에서 문제점을 보이는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 마이크로캡슐을 이용하여 상변화 물질을 캡슐화시켜 시멘트 복합체에 혼입하고 다중벽탄소나노튜브와 실리카 퓸을 사용하여 시멘트 복합체의 강도 감소를 최소화시킨 고효율 열저장 시멘트 복합체를 제안한다. 열선을 매립한 환경에서 보통 시멘트 복합체를 대체하여 고효율 열저장 시멘트를 사용한 경우 약 42 %의 에너지를 저감하는 효과를 보여주었으며 PCM만 혼입한 시멘트 복합체에 비해 압축강도, 휨강도는 각각 18 %, 23 %을 개선하여 사용성을 입증하였다.

전기자동차의 연비향상을 위한 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 효율특성 분석 (Analysis on Efficiency Characteristics of IPMSM for fuel Economy Improve of Electric Vehicle)

  • 전기자동차용 전동기는 운전모드에 따라 효율특성이 차이가 나기 때문에 저속 및 고속의 운전모드에서 고효율특성을 평가하기 위한 연구는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 전기자동차 구동용 전동기의 고토크 및 고출력 밀도, 고효율특성을 변경할 수 있는 설계 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 매입형 영구자석 동기전동기의 고정자와 회전자의 직경비를 각각 0.62, 0.65, 0.68로 변경 설계하여 전 운전구간의 효율특성과 시내 및 고속도로 운전모드에서의 평균효율특성을 분석하였다. 전 운전구간의 효율특성을 분석한 결과, 직경비가 증가할수록 고효율 구간이 저속 저토크 구간으로 이동하고, 직경비가 감소할수록 고효율 구간이 고속 저토크 부근으로 이동함을 확인하였다. 시내 및 고속도로 운전모드에서의 평균효율특성을 분석한 결과, 직경비 0.68 모델이 직경비 0.63 및 0.65 모델보다 평균효율이 높게 분석되었으며 시내 및 고속도로 주행모드에 적합함을 확인하였다.

단조해머의 타격효율 결정 (Determination of Blow Efficiency of the Forging Hammer)

  • Copper blow test to measure the forging capability of 35 ton counterblow hammer and upset of plasticine on the model hammer to investigate the change of the blow efficiency during the forging process have been performed together with finite element analyses of these experiments. The blow efficiency of the hammer has been found to be dependent on the friction and on the contact area between the die and the workpiece. The effects of the volume and the aspect ratio of the billet have not been found. Inferring from the experimental results and Schey's empirical formula on the forging load, we expect that the efficiency also varies with the flow stress of the workpiece material and with the shape complexity of the forging product.

  • A study to determine the structure-borne noise radiated by a dash panel of a real car is performed by using the finite element method (FEM) and the boundary element method (BEM). The radiation efficiency is used to estimate the structure-borne noise radiated by a dash panel. The curved surfaces of a dash panel change the radiation efficiency. Experimental results of radiation efficiency of a simple rectangular plate and a dash panel show good agreements with the simulation results.
