Production of Laccase and Bioremediation of Pentachlorophenol by Wood-Degrading Fungus Trichophyton sp. LKY-7 immobilized in Ca-Alginate Beads

  • The wood-degrading fungus Trichophyton sp. LKY-7 (T. LKY-7) was immobilized in ca-alginate beads for laccase production and PCP bioremediation. The immobilized T. LKY-7 enabled the repeated use of this fungus for laccase production and produced high amount of laccase throughout 5 cycles incubation. As a laccase inducer. oak wood meal (Quercus variabilis) seemed to be effective laccase inducer for T. LKY-7, and the optimum addition amount was 1% (W/W) in glucose-peptone medium. Bioremediation of pentachlorophenol by the immobilized T. LKY-7 reached an efficency of up to 90% without toxic inhibition. The immobilized T. LKY-7 might thus be applicable for semicontinuous laccase production and bioremediation to serve inoculum for reactor system.

  • MARC 포맷을 이용하여 DB를 구축하는 궁극적인 목적은 결국 구축된 데이타를 검색하는 데 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 실제로 검색시 발생하는 문제점과 좀더 검색효율을 향상시키기 위해 서지 및 전거데이타베이스 구축시 반드시 고려해야 할 문제점을 제시하고 이를 근거로 실제 검색시스템의 설계방안을 모색해 보았다.

  • The aim of the study is to the thermal performance of TAP (Thermosiphoning Air Panel) which is easily applicable to existing building as well as new building. TAP is one of the advantageous means of passive solar system, with a view to reducing the energy consumption of existing and new building. The instantaneous thermal efficency of a thermo siphoning collector depends primarily on the heat loss coefficient of the collector, the effectiveness of heattransfer between the absorber and the air, the average air temperature in the collector, the ambient air temperature, and the transmitted solar radiation. Because the important design variables are interrelated, it is, difficult to determine the effect of design decisions based on intuition. Therefore economical and effective TAP can be used easily, TAP had been designed and analyzed.

  • In this paper, we present the new method for joint aspect inspecting system. We use the image processing and laser maker for light source. We can find the matrial joint status through processing the line pattern which is made by laser maker. To get the line pattern, in first, we had done the preprocss of threshold. If the shape of line had over two segments, then the joint status is abnormal. We show our system efficency by experiment on tire facility.

부품검사정보를 이용한 조립품 품질관리방안 (A Quality Control Method of Assembly Parts Based on Parts Inspection information)

  • This paper proposes a quality control method of assembly parts based on parts inspection information. We use the parts inspection information for reduction of defective fraction in assembly and prediction of assembly quality. At first, we build the functional relationship between parts and assembled unit by regression analysis. Secondly, if we use the inspection informations of parts which are estimators of means and variances, we can predict the nonconforming probability of assembled unit and propose the best assembly method. In a case study, we showed the efficency of the proposed method in two part assembly.

  • 본 논문에서는 사람의 눈과 팔의 구조를 모방한 우엽시 LVFC-로봇 시스템을 구성하였다. 시공간과 관절공간 사이의 선형근사식을 최소 자승법에 의해 유도하여 양안시 LVFC-로봇 위치 제어에 응용하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 그 타당성을 확인하였다. 논자가 제안한 양안시 LVFC-로봇은 특징점을 이용한 기존의 양안시 VFC-로봇과 비교할 때 이미지 자코비안과 로봇 자코비안의 계산이 생략되므로 실시간 제어가 가능하였다.

알저네이트 및 카이틴 고정화 Zymomonas mobilis 에 의한 쏠비톨의 연속생산 (Continuous Production of Sorbitol with Permeabilized Zymomonas mobilis Immobilized in Alginate and Chitin)

  • Ethanol을 주로 생산하는 균주인 Z. mobilis의 cell wall 투과성을 높인 후 고정화하여 sorbitol 생산에 이용 하였다. 그러나, toluene으로 투과성을 높은 cell은 oxidoreductase의 유출, 손실로 인하여 sorbitol conversion efficency가 급격히 저하되었다. 따라서, 이와같은 enzymcd의 유출을 방지 하기 위하여, 투과성을 향상시킨 cell을 0.25% glutaraldehyd로 처리한 후 alginate와 chitin에 고정화하여 회석율 $0.2h^{-1}$에서 연속배양을 한 결과 210시간동안 효소활성도의 저하는 거의 일어나지 않았다. 이와같은 연속배양에서 얻어진 sorbitol productivity는 3.5g / l-h로 측정 되었다.

  • This paper is to propse a new self-excitation method of synchronous generator. Instead of conventional exciter of synchronous generator, the additional winding which is arranged in addition to the armature winding, is used in this generator. The output terminal of the additional winding is connected to a capacitor and to a full wave rectifier in series. In this configuration, one source double excitation which is composed of capacitor-self-excitation by lead urrent and direct current excitation by rectifier, is induced. The result is that` The excetation efficency is improved greatly and output waveform is improved also. In three-phase synchronous generator using the new method of the one source double excitation, voltage element (shunt characteristics) and current element (series characteristics)are compounded in scalar by adapting star-point-open-rectifier system. The result is as following` The effect of load power factor angle on voltage regulation is reduced greatly, compound characteristics is become manifold by controlling capacity of capacitor, and transient response is improved.
