칼슘수용액으로 처리한 상아질과 합착용 글래스아이오노머의 전단결합강도에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE SHEAR BOND STRENGTH OF LUTING GLASS IONOMER AND DENTIN TREATED WITH CALCIUM SOLUTION)

  • The objective of this paper was to evaluate the shear bond strength of luting glass ionomer cement with defferent calcium based solution treatment on dentin surface. 120 extracted human teeth were classified into 12 group based on presence of smear layer on dentin surface and type of treatment solution. Smear layer remove on dentin surface was done using 6% citric acid for 60 seconds. Five different dentin surface treatment solutions(calcium acetate, calcium carbonate, clacium chlorided, calcium hydroxide, and calcium phosphate) were evaluated in this study. After surface modification, metal ring(inner diameter : 3mm, depth : 1mm) was placed to expose the same dentin surface area and inner space was filled with luting glass ionomer cement according to the recommended procedure for stadard clinical procedure. The shear bond strength of glass ionomer cement was determined after 24 hours. SEM was used for the evaluation of the surface morphologic changes and EDAX analysis was done for determination of the change of the calcium contents of treated dentin. Follwing conclusion can be drawn : 1. In the group of the dentin surface with smear layer, the calcium carbonate solution was the most effective for the increase of the clacium content and the shear bond strength of glass ionomer cement to dentin surfaces. 2. In the group of the calcium carbonate treated dentin with msear layer, the shear bond strength was increased twice compared to the control group and cohesive failure mode was observed. 3. The shear bond strength of cement was increased significantly be the removal of smear layer using 6% citric aicd. However, additional calcium solution treatments were not effective for further bond strength increase. 4. The shear bond strength of cement was significantly improved by both of the removal of smear layer and the calcium solution treatment, and the former was more effective for bond strength improvement. 5. The smear layer removed/calcium solution treated groups showed dentinal tubule obstruction and crystal attachment in SEM evaluation. However, the shear bond strengths of these groups were not increased compared to the smear layer removed/no dentin treatment group.

  • In inverted T-shape composite beam examine the structural behavior by experiment According to arrangement, type of stud connector, type of shear connector, reinforcement by welding of stirrup and a close analysis we came to these conclusion. 1) The compare result of bending strength according to arrange type of stud connector : A1-W(stud connector located web)specimen is exceed than A1-F(stud connector located flange). 2) B1-N(using prominence and depression of the web by shear connector) specimen is decrease than A1-W(using stud bolt by shear connector)specimen in bending strength and B2-N(reinforced by welding the stirrup to lower flange)specimen is similar with A2-W specimen. 3) According to reinforced by welding the stirrup to flange, the stiffness and bending strength of the beams are increase. A-scries stirrup comparatively low effective in the increase of strength by welding the stirrup to flange because enough composite effect show by stud connector, but B-series stirrup is comparatively high effective in shear connector effect because shortage of prominence and depression of the web.

FRP 전단 보강 콘크리트 보의 전단강도 모델 (Shear Strength Model for FRP Shear-Reinforced Concrete Beams)

  • 이 연구에서는 FRP 전단보강 및 무보강 콘크리트 보의 전단강도를 정확하게 평가하기 위하여 통합전단설계방법을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여, FRP의 전단강도 기여분과 콘크리트의 전단강도 기여분을 각각 정의하였다. 기존의 FRP 전단강도 평가모델과 실험 결과를 비교 분석한 결과, Triantafillou의 FRP 전단강도 평가모델이 FRP의 유효변형률과 전단강도의 추정이 우수하므로 Triantafillou의 모델을 이용하여 FRP의 전단강도 기여분을 정의하였다. 콘크리트 전단강도 기여분은 선행 연구에서 제안된 변형도 기반 전단강도모델을 이용하여 정의하였다. 콘크리트 단면의 압축대에 작용하는 압축응력과 전단응력의 상관관계를 고려하기 위하여 콘크리트 재료파괴기준을 이용하여 콘크리트 전단강도 기여분을 산정하였다. 제안한 설계방법은 기존 실험 연구 결과와 비교하여 유효성을 검증하였다. 비교 결과 제안한 설계방법은 다양한 설계변수 범위에서 FRP 전단보강 및 무보강 콘크리트 보의 전단강도를 정확하게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 구조설계기준에서, 슬래브의 최대 펀칭전단응력은 연직하중에 의한 직접전단과 불균형모멘트에 의한 편심전단의 조합응력으로 규정하고 있다. 이것은 슬래브에 작용하는 펀칭전단응력에 불균형모멘트의 영향을 반영한 것이다. 그러나 부재의 저항성능 즉 펀칭전단강도에는 슬래브의 불균형모멘트강도 영향을 전혀 고려하고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위하여 펀칭전단-불균형모멘트 상관모델을 제시하고 이를 2차원으로 표현하였다. 상관모델을 통하여, 슬래브의 펀칭전단강도를 결정하는데 있어 불균형 모멘트강도를 어떻게 반영할 것인지에 대한 방안을 제시하였으며 전단보강재가 불균형모멘트강도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 구조설계에 반영하기 위한 유효폭확대계수의 적용을 제안하였다.

Shear strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete beams with stirrups

  • The present paper proposes a semi-empirical analytical expression that is capable of determining the shear strength of reinforced concrete beams with longitudinal bars, in the presence of reinforcing fibers and transverse stirrups. The expression is based on an evaluation of the strength contribution of beam and arch actions and it makes it possible to take their interaction with the fibers into account. For the strength contribution of stirrups, the effective stress reached at beam failure was considered by introducing an effectiveness function. This function shows the share of beam action strength contribution on the global strength of the beam calculated including the effect of fibers. The expression is calibrated on the basis of experimental data available in literature referring to fibrous reinforced concrete beams with steel fibers and recently obtained by the authors. It can also include the following variables in the strength previsions: - geometrical ratio of longitudinal bars in tension; - shear span to depth ratio; - strength of materials and fiber characteristics; - size effects. Finally, some of the more recent analytical expressions that are capable of predicting the shear strength of fibrous concrete beams, also in the presence of stirrups, are mentioned and a comparison is made with experimental data and with the results obtained by the authors.

유공형 강판으로 전단보강된 넓은 보에서의 횡방향 보강 간격에 따른 전단성능 평가 (Evaluation of Shear Capacity According to Transverse Spacing of Wide Beam Shear Reinforced with Steel Plate with Openings)

  • 본 논문에서는 유공형 강판의 횡방향 보강간격에 따른 넓은 보의 전단성능을 실험적으로 평가하기 위하여 횡방향 전단보강 간격과 넓은 보의 유효깊이를 변수로 고려하였다. 시험체는 총 8개로 유공형 강판으로 전단보강한 시험체가 5개, 무보강 시험체가 3개이다. 균열 및 파괴유형, 변형률과 하중-변위 곡선을 분석하였다. 유공형 전단보강재의 전단강도 기여분을 분석하고, 횡방향 전단보강의 최대간격을 제안하였다. 횡방향 전단보강 개수가 2개인 시험체에 비해 3개인 시험체에서 전단강도가 크게 나타났으며 유효깊이가 증가할수록 전단강도가 크게 나타났다.

Experimental investigation on the shear capacity of RC dapped end beams and design recommendations

  • In this paper, the shear resistance behaviour of reinforced concrete (RC) dapped end beams is investigated by 24 tests until failure load. The main parameters considered are the dapped end height, the type and effective range to provided the stirrups and the bent form of the longitudinal reinforcement. The failure behaviour of dapped end beams is presented and some conclusions are given. Inclined stirrups and longitudinal bent reinforcement have more influence on the shear capacity than vertical stirrups. Additionally, the shear mechanism of dapped end beams is analysed. Relatively simple semi-empirical equations for shear strength have been derived based on the results of 22 dapped end beams. The predicted results are in close agreement with the experimental ones. Finally, some design suggestions for the ultimate shear strength of dapped end beams are presented.

Shear behavior of short square tubed steel reinforced concrete columns with high-strength concrete

  • Six shear-critical square tubed steel reinforced concrete (TSRC) columns using the high-strength concrete ($f_{cu,150}=86.6MPa$) were tested under constant axial and lateral cyclic loads. The height-to-depth ratio of the short column specimens was specified as 2.6, and the axial load ratio and the number of shear studs on the steel shape were considered as two main parameters. The shear failure mode of short square TSRC columns was observed from the test. The steel tube with diagonal stiffener plates provided effective confinement to the concrete core, while welding shear studs on the steel section appeared not significantly enhancing the seismic behavior of short square TRSC columns. Specimens with higher axial load ratio showed higher lateral stiffness and shear strength but worse ductility. A modified ACI design method is proposed to calculate the nominal shear strength, which agrees well with the test database containing ten short square TSRC columns with shear failure mode from this study and other related literature.

섬유 쉬트로 보강된 철근콘크리트 기둥의 전단강도 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on Shear Strength Prediction of RC Columns Strengthened with FRP Sheets)

  • This paper describes a model on shear strength of RC columns strengthened with FRP sheets. In this study, we propose a confined concrete strength model of RC columns confined by transverse reinforcement as well as FRP sheet by introducing corresponding effective confinement coefficient for each confined concrete area. Then, a shear strength model of the confined RC columns is proposed by lower and upper bound limit analysis which are based on the truss-arch model theory and shear band failure theory, respectively. Along with shear test data obtained from strengthened column specimens, the developed analytical models are verified. The comparison shows that the proposed model can be used effectively for the prediction of both ultimate strength and required amount of strengthening in retrofit design for RC columns.

강섬유 보강 초고성능 콘크리트 보의 전단 거동에 관한 실험 연구 (An Experimental Study on Shear Behavior of Steel Fiber-Reinforced Ultra High Performance Concrete Beams)

  • 이 연구에서는 강섬유 보강 초고성능 콘크리트 보의 전단거동를 파악하기 위한 실험연구를 수행하였다. I-형 단면을 갖는 단순지지 6개의 보 부재에 대해 3점하중 정적재하실험을 수행하여 전단 거동 특성을 분석하였다. 부재의 실험변수는 강섬유 혼입량과 전단지간-유효깊이 비이다. 강섬유 혼입량은 1.0, 1.5 및 2.0%로 변화하였고, 전단지간-유효깊이 비는 2.5 및 3.4로 변화하였다. 실험결과는 강섬유량이 증가할수록 극한전단강도가 증가하고, 전단지간-유효깊이 비가 증가할수록 극한전단강도가 감소하는 것을 나타낸다. 실험결과를 이용하여 기존 강섬유 보강 콘크리트 보의 전단강도 예측식의 적합성을 평가하고자 하였다. 전단강도 실험값을 기존의 제안식에 의한 전단강도 예측값과 비교하였으며, 비교결과는 예측식의 유효성을 나타내고 있다. AFGC와 JSCE의 제안식에 의한 전단강도 예측 평균값이 실험값에 거의 근접하고 있으며, 예측식 중에서 이들 제안식의 정확도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타난다.
