  • 본 논문에서는 실내에서의 다중경로파에 의한 페이딩 경감 효과 및 고속전송의 가능성을 조사하기 위해 LOS(Line-of-Sight)영역에서 주파수소인법에 의한 광대역 신호를 측정 해석하였다. 측정에는 수직편파, 수평편파 및 원형편파의 무지향성 안테나를 사용하여 각각의 페이딩 정감효과와 광대역 신호에 대한 대역내 진폭편차특성을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과 가시거리환경에서 원영편파틀 사용하면 기수회 반사에 의한 다중경로파를 억제 수신할 수가 있어서, 주파수 대역내의 광대역의 진폭 변동특성을 크게 개선할 수 있음올 알게 되었디. 또한 다이버 시티 방식은 송신측에 원형편파를, 수신측에는 수식 및 수평편파 안테나를 설치하여 편파다이버시티 수선을 행하는 것이 가장 효과적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다.

실내 목재환경이 우울 및 불안에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Indoor Wood Environment on Depression and Anxiety)

  • Objective : Creating a psychologically stable indoor environment is a significant factor in modern life. This study was conducted to confirm which type of wood interior decorating environment was beneficial for improving depression and anxiety. Methods : A total of 59 participants will randomly assign to each accommodation by dividing the rest of the three setting with the same structure with 0% wood interior decorating environment, 45% wood environment, and 90% wood environment. The Psychological evaluation measured at three time points, was before exposure to the wood environment (T1), 45 minutes after exposure to the wood environment (T2), and 20 hours after exposure to the wood environment (T3). Results : As a result of examining the effect of the wood interior use ratio on psychological variables, After about 20 hours (T3), there were significant differences in mood state_vigor-activity(𝛘2=7.253, p<0.05), mood state_tension-anxiety (𝛘2=7.041, p<0.05), mood state_anger-hostility(𝛘2=8.318, p<0.05), and state anxiety (𝛘2=7.680, p<0.05). State anxiety also showed a significant difference in T2 (𝛘2=8.811, p<.05). As a result of analyzing the effect on satisfaction and subjective impression, there was a significant difference in satisfaction (𝛘2=6.300, p<0.05) and 'pleasant (𝛘2=6.930, p<0.05), airy (𝛘2=6.628, p<0.05), masculine (𝛘2=6.906, p<0.05), ordinary(𝛘2=6.662, p<0.05), natural (𝛘2=13.924, p<0.001), calm (𝛘2=13.106, p<0.001), safe (𝛘2=7.755, p<0.05)'. Conclusion : The wood interior decorating environment had a positive effect on anxiety and mood, such as lowering depressive and anxious mood and increasing positive changes and as the ratio of wood decoration increased, it had a greater positive effect on emotions.

  • 실내에서 측위를 위해 주로 사용되는 무선 센서 네트워크(WSN)는 수신 신호 강도(RSSI)의 정확성에 의존한다. 이 RSSI는 간섭을 유발하는 여러 요인에 민감하며, 그 중 온도가 실내/외 환경에서 RSSI에 큰 영향을 미친다는 국외 연구 사례가 있다. 실내에서는 열원이나 공조 시스템으로 인해 실내 공간의 온도가 고르지 않으며, 특정 위치에서는 잦은 온도 변화가 발생한다. 특히, 실내 화재 상황 시 대피 경로 안내를 위해 정확한 측위 시스템이 요구되지만 Receiver 주변에서의 화재로 인해 국부적으로 높은 온도가 형성되어 RSSI 값에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SoC 내부 및 국부 온도와 RSSI의 상관관계 분석을 통해 RSSI에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다.

  • In this study, the hazard rate of the indoor environment of Children's Educational Facilities in Seoul was conducted, in order to determine how the indoor environments of these facilities, where infants and children spend the most time of their away from home day, can effect their health. The way of measurement and analysis were done according to the Indoor Air Quality Standard Method, and the Risk Assessment was accomplished with several significant ways - Hazard Identification, Exposure Assessment, Dose-response Assessment, Risk Characterization, which are deighed by National Research Council (NRC). On each exposure factors, documentary and questionary research such as Epidemiological study and Toxicological study were conducted. The result of the CTE (Central tendency exposure) of Formaldehyde and Benzene by Monte-Carlo simulation was $6.79{\times}10^{-6}$, $2.50{\times}10^{-7}$ which in the case of Formaldehyde exceeded the permitted standard ($10^{-6}$) of the US EPA. The RME(Reasonable maximum exposure) was $7.31{\times}10^{-5}$, $2.65{\times}10^{-6}$ which did not exceed $10^{-4}$, the maximum permitted standards in the US EPA.

식물을 이용한 실내공기조절시 이산화탄소의 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of CO2 in Condition of Indoor Air Quality Control Using Plants)

  • The purpose of this research is to study security of $CO_2$ exhaust at night in indoor air quality purifying system using plants. For this purpose, two same units for experiment were built, and difference of $CO_2$ exhaust by existence and nonexistence of plantation were measured. To reduce error by entrance of people, automatic measurement system were developed and used. At first, baseline were measured to check standard value, and next, $CO_2$ exhaust by plantation were measured. As a result, in baseline experiment, values of all spaces were steady as 400~500 ppm. When plantation was set-up, value of $CO_2$ at night was measured high as 150 ppm, and maximum value was around 600 ppm. This result is a lot lower than maximum standard of $CO_2$, 1000 ppm.

태양일사가 실내공간의 열적 쾌적성과 환기성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The study on the effect of the solar radiation on thermal comfort and ventilation performance in room space)

  • Modern people spend much time at indoor space. So, People want to make better indoor air condition. But the facade of building is made of glass to be seen urbanely, the effect of solar radiation makes indoor environment worse. This study designs an open space affected by solar radiation with 4-way cassette air-conditioner. Using numerical simulation, this paper investigates thermal comfort and ventilation performance with discharge angles $30^{\circ}$ and $45^{\circ}$. To study thermal comfort, this paper studies distribution of velocity, temperature and effective draft temperature. Also, this paper introduces concept of air age to study ventilation performance. The flow influenced by solar radiation determines thermal comfort and ventilation performance in room space. This study shows that discharge angle of 45 degree has better thermal comfort and ventilation performance than that of 30 degree.

  • Recently, the requirement of healthier and more comfortable environment makes the zoning domain more details. However, it has limitation to satisfy the thermal comfort of an individual because of the effect of the heat generation from the OA machine and partitions in indoor room. In this paper, we certify the validity of task-ambient air-conditioning system that has been developed as a new concept of personal air-conditioning system, and specify design strategies for more efficient task-ambient air-conditioning system with a specification guided by indoor environmental characteristics analyzed through experiment data. In this experiment, we changed the temperature and the quantity of air-flow in task domain to understand characteristic behavior of the thermal environment and investigate the possibility of energy saving. The experiment result is that the environment of the task area depends on the condition of supply air, and though the airflow of the low temperature is supplied with the ambient area, the personal environment and the efficiency of energy saving are improved by controlling the temperature and the quantity of the air shot around the task domain.

대중교통수단에서 PM10, PM2.5 및 CO2의 농도 현황과 저감기술 개발에 관한 연구 (Characteristics of PM10, PM2.5 and CO2 Concentration in Public Transportations and Development of Control Technology)

  • This study examined the concentration level of the major air pollutants in public transportation. The study was conducted between February 2009 and March 2008 at Suwon-Yeosu line in Korea. $PM_{10}$ concentration level was $100{\mu}g/m^3$ on average. The $PM_{2.5}$ to PM10 ratio in transport is 0.37, which was lower than the results published by other researches. The result also demonstrated that outdoor $PM_{10}$ concentration was about 56~60% level compared to that of the cabin. $CO_2$ concentration level in the cabin was 1,359ppm, which does not exceed 2,000ppm, which is the guideline concentration level according to the Ministry of Environment. $CO_2$ concentration level in the cabin was $CO_2=23.4{\times}N+460.2$, and about 23.4ppm in $CO_2$ concentration level increased every time one passenger was added on. The experiment conducted on the train demonstrated that the average $PM_{10}$ concentration level was $100{\mu}g/m^3$ in case of the reference cabin while average $PM_{10}$ concentration level of the modified vehicle was $68{\mu}g/m^3$. Likewise, effect of the particle reduction device for the reduction of $PM_{10}$ concentration level was approximately 21%. Meanwhile there was almost no difference in the concentration level between reference and modified cabin in case of $PM_{2.5}$. Using zeolite as an adsorbent was made to reduce the $CO_2$ concentration level in the cabin. Number of passengers was factored in, to calculate the effect of the adsorption device, which demonstrated that about 36% of $CO_2$ concentration level was reduced in the modified cabin effect of the $CO_2$ reduction device. This research analyzed the current status concerning the quality of air in the public transportation and technologies were developed that reduces major air pollutants.

광촉매/광산화를 이용한 VOCs 처리장치 개발 (Development for UV/TiO2 Photocatalytic Oxidation Indoor Air Compound Process)

  • This study introduces a method to eliminate formaldehyde and benzene, toluene from indoor air by means of a photocatalytic oxidation reaction. In the method introduced, for the good performance of the reaction, the effect and interactions of the $TiO_2$ catalyst and ultraviolet in photocatalytic degradation on the reaction area, dosages of catalysts, humidity and light should be precisely examined and controled. Experiments has been carried out under various intensities of UV light and initial concentrations of formaldehyde, benzene and toluene to investigate the removal efficiency of the pollutants. Reactors in the experiments consist of an annular type Pyrex glass flow reactor and an 11W germicidal lamp. Results of the experiments showed reduction of formaldehyde, benzene and toluene in ultraviolet $/TiO_2/$ activated carbon processes (photooxidation-photocatalytic oxidation-adsorption processes), from 98% to 90%, from 98% to 93% and from 99% to 97% respectively. Form the results we can get a conclusion that a ultraviolet/Tio2/activated carbon system used in the method introduced is a powerful one for th treatment of formaldehyde, benzene and toluene of indoor spaces.

가스렌지와 창문위치에 따른 주방 배기성능 예측 (Prediction of the ventilation performance in a kitchen with various locations of gas range and window)

  • This paper presents the predicted results by CFD technique of air flow and contaminant distribution in a full-scale kitchen opened to a living room, ventilated by a exhaust hood. To analyze the characteristics of the indoor environment, the concept of contaminant index was defined. In this study, the locations of the gas range and the window were chosen as the parameters to investigate the indoor environment. The values of the contaminant index for several layout of the gas range and the window were calculated and compared. When the gas range is installed along the wall with specified window location, its position in relation to the wall has unnoticed effect on contaminant infer. Once the location of the gas range is fixed, the indoor air quality may deteriorate by the proximity of the window to the gas range. This is due to the shorter distance that external fresh air must travel within the kitchen before it reaches the exhaust fan.
