The article considers the position of scientists on the concept of "pedagogical technology", identifies the signs of pedagogical technology and existing classifications, considers non-traditional (innovative) learning technologies, as well as their practical forms of application in the educational process, summarizes the results, makes recommendations for the practical application of the studied material. The article considered the basic concepts of pedagogical technology, as well as some types of non-traditional (innovative) teaching technologies. Also, examples of the use of some elements of innovative technologies in practical educational activities are given. The choice of specific non-traditional pedagogical technologies is determined by the target orientation, content specificity, individualization of training, technical equipment of the educational institution, etc.

The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

The article analyzes and studies that pedagogical design of the educational process using information and communication technologies in educational institutions of higher education based on the development of a model and methodology personalization of training will improve the quality of the educational process at the university and solve the identified contradiction. In the article, in connection with the goal and the hypothesis put forward, the following tasks were formulated: Based on the analysis of literature and existing pedagogical experience, the possibilities, features and pedagogical conditions for the use of educational telecommunication projects were specified. The selection of topics and content of educational telecommunication projects for use has been carried out. Research methods: theoretical analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, projects of educational standards in computer science and information technology, study of the state of the problem in teaching practice, questioning.

The article examines the process of professional training in educational institutions, media technologies and methods of media communication in the educational space of the institution, characterizes the place of media technologies in the educational space in the context of the term "educational space" itself, systematizes the methods of media communications in education. The peculiarities of media education as a set of means and methods of teaching young people adequate media perception are pointed out.

발도르프 학교가 설립된 이후 100년을 지난 시점에 발도르프 학교가 우리의 교육현실에 어떤 의미를 주고 있는지 탐색해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 다루어진 내용은 발도르프 학교에 대한 이론적 근거를 제시한 루돌프 슈타이너의 신지학이다. 그리고 신지학에 기초한 하나님이해, 인간이해, 교육이해 등이다. 그의 하나님 이해에서 다루고 있는 내용은 유물론적 관점에 대한 비판, 로고스에 대한 의미 이해, 신비적 관계성의 근원되는 그리스도 등이다. 그의 하나님 이해는 인간이해와 밀접하게 관련된다. 그의 인간이해에서 다루고 있는 내용은 몸의 본성, 혼의 본성, 영의 본성 등이다. 영의 본성은 비가시적인 대상을 볼 수 있는 영의 눈을 말한다. 영의 눈은 영성이라고 할 수 있다. 구체적으로는 기독교적 영성이며, 이를 슈타이너는 신비주의적 영성이라고도 한다. 그가 말하는 신비주의적 영성의 특징은 수도원적인 탈현실적 영성을 의미하기 보다는 그리스도의 신성과 인성처럼 초월적인 것과 내재적인 것의 상호관계성을 의미하는 통합적 영성을 말한다. 그가 말하는 통합적 영성에 의한 교육의 특성은 교육예술이다. 통합적 상상력을 중요하게 여긴다. 교육예술은 오늘날 한국에서 기독교교육 현실에 변화의 방향성을 제시해 주고 있다. 교육예술에서 다루고 있는 내용은 영혼생활, 통합적 교육, 자유지향 교육, 그리고 개인성 교육 등 이다. 영혼생활은 영혼의 발달을 위해서는 지성, 감성, 의지의 발달과 조화를 이루어야 함을 말한다. 통합적 교육은 이야기, 놀이, 예술, 그리고 교과목들이 통합적으로 조직되고 운영되어야 함을 말한다. 개인성 교육은 개인의 독특성을 알고 자유롭게 표현할 수 있도록 자기의식을 계발하는 교육을, 발달교육에서는 인간의 발달 과정을 기초로 하는 교육이어야 함을 각각 언급하고 있다. 신지학의 관점에 의하면 발도르프 학교의 교육목적은 무엇보다 기독교 영성발달에 두어야 한다.

The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

Electronic media are an integral part of modern civilization; educational practices are no exception, which should change the content orientations, structures and methodological approaches in accordance with the requirements of the educational market. This makes it relevant to find effective and successful configurations in the process of implementing modern educational practices. The purpose of the research lies in determining the basic principles of electronic media and their place in modern education, identifying the effectiveness of teaching disciplines with application of electronic media, as well as establishing the level of assessment by students of the need to involve different types of electronic media in the educational process and professional practice. The research methodology is complex; the descriptive method and methods of observation, analysis and synthesis have been used in the academic paper. The method of pedagogical experiment has become the principal one; the method of questionnaires and statistical methods have been also used. The hypothesis of the academic paper lies in the fact that the involvement of electronic media in the educational process makes it more effective and requires conceptual changes in educational practices. The result of the research manifests in the identification of new opportunities for the use of electronic media, leading to conceptual shifts in the framework of modern educational policies. In the future, it will be appropriate to consider the theoretical aspects of changing worldview models in education and the use of new media in the educational process, their effectiveness and relevance.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of storytelling-centered arts educational activities based on the famous painting appreciation on young children's appreciation ability of pictures and creativity. The study was conducted with a total of 50 5-year-old young children in two classes of B Day Care Center in the city of J, Jeollabukdo. The children were randomly divided into an experimental group(25) and a control group(25). The storytelling-centered arts educational activities based on the famous painting appreciation was conducted for the experimental group for 12 weeks from April 29, 2013 to July 19, 2013. The activities were composed of 3 steps of 'appreciation-expression-exhibition & assessment' on the basis of 2-week basic units. The appreciation activities were composed basing upon the types of the famous painting appreciation and storytelling, and expression and exhibition & assessment activities were composed of 4 areas of arts(music/movement/language/art). The results of the study are as follows. First, the storytelling-centered arts educational activities based on the famous painting appreciation generally improved young children's painting appreciation abilities in all sub-areas(observation and description/artist's intention of subject expression/mood of a work/material and technique/artistic factors/attitude to the work). Second, the storytelling-centered arts educational activities based on the famous painting appreciation generally improved young children's creativities in all sub-areas(originality/fluency/flexibility/imagination).
