Objective: This study is a single-group pre-post experimental study to determine the effects of simulation-based practice education on nursing students' self-efficacy, performance confidence, and educational satisfaction. Design: Single-group pre-post experimental studies Methods: This study was conducted from September 1, 2023 to November 30, 2023 for nursing undergraduate students in a simulation based practical education program. The subjects were provided with learning materials about an acute myocardial infarction case with chest pain for preliminary learning. After that, they were divided into teams of 6 people and asked to do self-study for 2 hours per team, twice a week, before conducting simulation practice. For the simulation based practical education, the participants were divided into 9 teams of 6 people each, and each team had 10 minutes for orientation, 15 minutes for scenario operation, and 50 minutes for debriefing. Results: After the simulation based practical education, self-efficacy increased statistically significantly from a mean of 3.51 before training to a mean of 3.80 after training (t=-2.12, p=0.038). However, there was no significant difference in performance confidence. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and performance confidence (r=0.62, p<0.001) and training satisfaction (r=0.67, p<0.001) after the simulation based practical education. Self-confidence was also significantly correlated with educational satisfaction (r=0.76, p<0.001). Conclusions: The results of this study showed that utilizing simulation-based practical education can increase nursing students' self-efficacy, which positively affects their performance confidence and educational satisfaction. Therefore, simulation-based practical education is an effective nursing education method that can improve nursing students' practical skills.

Many scholars, clinicians and faculties of music therapy have dealt various issues on educational and clinical curricula for training music therapists. Depending on the philosophical orientations of educational institutes, the emphasis are different. The purpose of this paper is to examine and identify the areas for competency for gaining qualification in music therapy by reviewing the definitions of music therapy from the academic and professional perspectives; discipline-based, practice-based, and intrapersonal competency. The unique characteristics of music therapy as a professional discipline should be reflected in its curriculum and training content. Educational strategies need to be formulated to strengthen intrapersonal competency. The paper also discussed the consequential gains accordant with intrapersonal competency such as personal self-help skills using musical resources and coping with burnouts.

This study certified that the mentality training that utilized ICT learning has been working as an important base having much effect on learner's basic attitude on physical education class, improvement of bodily exercise function, and class satisfaction, and that the exercise ability was improved in the scope of speed, form(posture), accuracy(shooting success rate), and adaptability(performance ability). It means it is a much more step-forwarded educational method that the advantages of ICT learning and mentality training at the existing learning method were applied to the reality. Regarding the object of this study, it is a little bit unreasonable to generalize its study results in that it wasn't intended for national unit sampling. Therefore, in the future study, it is necessary to continue to advance the study that its representative-ness was supplemented through the balanced sampling between area and area, and between grade and grade.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze educational effect of ultrasound examination training with ultrasonic phantom in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods: All 4^th grade students in 2021 and 2022 of school of Korean Medicine, Dong-Shin University must be trained in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology according to ultrasound examination training guideline including Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). After completing ultrasound examination training, we distributed questionnaires to them about a confidence before OSCE and after OSCE, difficulty in using ultrasound, ultrasound reading, difficulty with probe manipulation and computer operation, ultrasound understanding, clinical usefulness. And then, we analyzed the related factors including descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, student's t-test and paired t-test by SPSS 12.0. Results: Confidence in using ultrasound showed differences among students by gender and year, but it was not statistically significant. The difficulty of ultrasound use and ultrasound reading was at a moderate level, and the gender difference was not significant, and the difference between the practical students by year was statistically significant. The difficulty of the operation of the ultrasonic probe was at a normal level, and the difference between the students in practice by gender and year was not statistically significant. Although they answered that they had a very good understanding of the use of ultrasound, there was a gender difference and it was statistically significant, and practical students by year was not statistically significant. They answered that the effect on clinical use was very sufficient, but it was not statistically significant. The appropriateness of the practice time was evaluated at a moderate level. Conclusions: The use and educational effect of ultrasound examination using ultrasonic phantom in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology clinical practice education was very effective.

Local governments are conducting smartphone usage training for the elderly to bridge the information gap caused by a super-aged society. However, the one-to-many educational approach has limitations, and the elderly face difficulties due to insufficient learning effectiveness. This study proposes an educational service that can be used in offline training settings, considering an environment where the elderly can repeatedly learn to address these issues. This service utilizes generative AI to identify the parts that users find challenging and provides personalized problems for individualized practice. Integrating this app with existing local government training programs is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of smartphone education in terms of personalized 1:1 training, time management, and the appropriateness of educational content.

This study was performed to identify the education and training characteristics and the educational performance of the incumbent. For the enterprise in the rapidly changing market environment, the human resources is an important factor to secure the market competitiveness, and the enterprise promotes the development of competence and the corporate performance through the education and training. However, in spite of such effort, the continuously increasing turnover rate and the low utilization rate of educational contents make the enterprises to hesitate the investment in the education and training. Although, the researchers are conducting lots of researches on the characteristics and the performance of the education and training, the research focusing on the characteristics and the field utilization of the education and training is not sufficient due to such reasons, Therefore, this study intended to draw the factors of education and training characteristics through existing researches and find out what impact they have actually on the utilization in business by the incumbents through the organizational commitment. In the results of this study, it was shown that the self-efficacy do not have impact on the organizational commitment, the appropriateness of instructor ability has positive (+) impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment, and the work correlation has negative impact on the continuous commitment and the emotional commitment. These results seems to mean that the importance of the instructor ability and the educational program should be increased and it is intended to provide the basic data for the education-related personnel and the related enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to analyze 62 questionnaires from November 3rd to November 25th, 2016 for those who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19, factor analysis 18 factors were used to derive six factors and the significance was verified as p = .000. First, The correlation coefficient between friendship and training characteristics was the highest at .735, and the technical content and effectiveness were in the order of 730. Therefore, it is required to provide an organized and systematic educational environment of training institutions. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that the efficiency of the training method had a significant effect (p <.05, ${\beta}=.337$). Efficiency and Skills of Educational Methods Adults had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.01, ${\beta}=.437$, ${\beta}=.415$). In the educational method, the efficiency had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$). Third, efficiency has a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$).There was a difference in recognition of efficiency and job satisfaction. In this study, it is meaningful to verify the effect of education and training on job satisfaction.
