헬스리터러시(Health Literacy)는 적절한 건강진단을 위한 기본적인 건강정보 및 서비스를 획득하고 처리하고 이해할 수 있는 능력으로서, 사서들은 이용자뿐만 아니라 자신들의 헬스리터러시도 향상시켜야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 공공도서관 사서에게 적합한 건강정보활용교육 프로그램 개발에 기여하고자 건강관련 교육프로그램을 개발하고 이를 사서교육에 적용하였으며, 그 효과를 측정하고 개선사항도 발견하였다. 그 결과, 공공도서관 사서의 CHI(Consumer Health Information) 관련 용어에 대한 친숙도 증가, 교육후 이용자에 대한 교육증가 및 내용의 다양화, CHI관련 서비스를 수행하기 위해 활용하는 정보원의 다양화 및 전문화, 참고서비스에 걸리는 시간 절감 및 전문지식 부족의 한계에 대한 부담 감소 등의 부분에서 효과가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 본 연구는 사서대상 CHI관련 교육과 관련하여 국내에서 최초로 수행된 연구로 교육강사 및 주제의 다양성, 방법론 부분에서 많은 한계가 있었으며, 향후 보다 발전된 CHI관련 교육 프로그램의 개발이 요구된다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 서비스 개발을 위해 대학을 둘러싼 환경에 대한 인식에 기반하여 이용자가 가진 정보요구와 정보행위를 탐색하였다. 질적 데이터의 내용분석 결과, 심층면담 참여자들은 사회, 교육, 연구 환경의 변화를 경험하면서, '적합성, 최신성, 고유성, 신뢰성, 현장성, 편의성'의 6가지 특성을 띠는 심층적 정보요구를 갖고 있었다. 참여자들은 정보요구를 해결하기 위해 정보매체와 인적자원, 그리고 장소매체를 활용하고 있었다. 이러한 정보행위를 수행하는 가운데, 참여자들의 신분이나 주제분야, 소속대학을 뛰어넘어 공통적으로 겪고 있는 정보문제로서 '개개인의 미디어·정보활용역량 차이, 대학간 자원인프라 격차, 저작권과 소통채널의 문제' 등을 발견하였다. 이에 본 연구는 대학도서관서비스 방향성으로 '개인화된 미디어·정보리터러시 서비스, 정보요구 특성에 부합하는 장소매체로서의 도서관, 인적교류장소로서 자원인프라플랫폼, 접근성 높은 정보매체 활용지원 서비스'를 제시하였다.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.

This study researches the effectiveness of virtual experiences as an evaluation method in design. For the study, I researched the result on the spatial recognition before, abstracted visual objects and factors in recognition process and made up 43 inquiries for the evaluation through the experts group. Besides, set the analytical code between recognition factor and spatial constituents, made analysis the result from it. From April 1st to June 30th in 2004, the virtual model of educational place, college main building and city library was established as a subject of the research and studied the result. The methods that are used for the study are frequent analysis, T-test, reliability analysis, factor analysis etc. and SPSSWIN Package is used for the statistic analysis. There were two times of analysis on the evaluation to analyze the effect of virtual models on the web basis, one group evaluated the virtual building same as real and the other group evaluated the building site. Then analyzed the differences and correlation between the two. In result, college building, the first subject of study, and the second city library shows that made little differences between on the spot evaluation and virtual evaluation. Therefore, it is considered that the design evaluation with virtual model on the web basis has a vantage. But some problems founded that solved between preceding and present research through the feedback. It is as follows, 1. detection of problems that insufficience validity in the first survey. 2. found some not-validity inquiries. 3. detection of necessities that qualitative improvement and technical repletion in virtual environment.

This study was carried out to investigate the status and development direction of horse riding industry for rural development of Korea. Library research and field survey were conducted to collect relevant data such as number of horse and size of horse farms, facilities for horse riding and educational institutions for youths and farmers and the results obtained were as follows : Only a few institutions among high schools, colleges and universities were observed to deliver horse riding programs. For farmers, no equestrian specialist was available in agricultural extension offices. Horse meat is consumed mostly in Jeju Island in Korea. Relevant institutions should be also strengthened including formal and nonformal education for horse riding and much more schools and universities should adopt horse riding program for the training of youths and farmers. Considering the obesity problem, the nutritional composition of horse meat is better than those of pork or beef, so promotion of horse meat consumption also should be strengthened.

In university of Korea, the computerization of facility management is lower level than other management areas such as educational matters, administration, library, computing center, teaching assistance, and teaching methodology. So we need urgently the blueprint for an information-oriented and integrated facility management system. In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols, and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities. The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system. The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system.

This study comprehensively analyzed domestic and foreign literature related to the value and impact of libraries on education, social behavior and economic conditions, developed a survey to investigate the librarians' perception of the libraries' value and impact, and accordingly investigated the perception of librarians according to the types of libraries in which they worked, public versus university. The results showed that the impact is greatest on education and literacy with a mean score of 3.98, followed by their social impact with 3.67 and their economic impact with 3.46. When subordinate items were analyzed it was found that the librarians perceived that the role that libraries are playing in the education area is expanding and their impact on reading and literacy is becoming greater and greater. Libraries were viewed as essential elements for education and the education system. When the difference in perception related to the impact of libraries was compared by types of libraries, the librarians in public libraries tended to rate their facilities higher than the librarians working in universities on most of the items.

The low growth rate and the high youth unemployment rate that our society faces have already come to our country core problem. Today, as we enter the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the social atmosphere that urgently needs to solve the problem of youth employment has become imminent, and the importance of university-industry cooperation is increasingly emphasized. In this paper, in this paper, we explore the process of how to develop fusion multifaceted curriculum centered on the Konkuk University College of Healing Bio Sciences Consortium Focus, which is developed and operated through literature review and Delphi questionnaire, The purpose of this study is to propose the conditions for enhancing educational suitability and the expansion of interdisciplinary convergence education.

국내 공공도서관의 사서들을 대상으로 설문조사를 함으로써 CHI 서비스 현황을 명확히 파악할 수 있으며, 설문결과를 바탕으로 국내 공공도서관의 CHI 서비스 개발방향을 모색하는데 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 공공도서관이 CHI 서비스를 제공하고 있는지를 조사하고, CHI 관련 참고서비스 경험 및 제공빈도를 분석하였으며, 국내 공공도서관에 서 CHI서비스를 제공하는 것의 필요성에 대한 인식조사를 수행하였다. 1) 국내 공공도서관은 건강관련 서적이나 의학저널을 구비하고 있는 것 외에 CHI 관련 웹사이트 정보원을 구축하고 있는 도서관의 비율은 5% 정도의 매우 낮은 비율이었다. 2) CHI 참고서비스 제공비율은 조사대상 도서관 중 30%에 지나지 않았다. 3) 국내 공공도서관의 82.1%가 CHI 관련 교육 프로그램을 제공하지 않았다. 4) CHI 관련 취약계층에 대한 서비스를 제공하지 않는 공공도서관의 비율이 82.1%나 되었다. 5) 국내 공공도서관 중 CHI 관련 아웃리치 프로그램 제공비율 및 CHI 관련기관과 협력체계를 구축하고 있는 비율은 약 20% 정도에 지나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 공공도서관에서 CHI 서비스를 제공하는 것에 대한 공공도서관 사서들의 관심을 유도하고 관련 연구활동 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 중고등학생들이 학업을 수행하면서 경험하게 되는 정보와의 상호작용이나 그 양상을 설명하는 정보행동을 파악하였다. 또한 청소년들이 친구들과 함께 협업하는 경우, 정보의 수집, 이용, 공유, 생성하는 행위, 또 그 행위에 영향을 미치는 그들의 사회/문화적인 요소 등 전반적인 내용을 탐구하였다. 연구질문은 '급진적 변화 이론(Radical Change Theory)'을 참고로 구성되었으며, '디지털 시대 청소년의 정보 행동과 디지털 시대의 급진적인 변화 유형'을 증명하는 것으로 구성되었다. 연구결과 중고등학생들의 협업정보행동 실태는 우리 교육현실이 여실히 반영되었으나, 학생들은 다양한 정보원에 접근하여 활용하고, 의견 공유 방식을 다양화하고, 성인과는 다른 채널을 발굴하여 정보 행위에 활용하고 있었다. 기대만큼은 아니지만 협업의 경험이 개인의 성장에 도움이 되었다는 의견을 제시하였다.
