The Transgenic livestock can be useful for the production of disease-resistant animals, pigs for xenotranplantation, animal bioreactor for therapeutic recombinant proteins and disease model animals. Previously, conventional methods without using artificial nuclease-dependent DNA cleavage system were used to produce such transgenic livestock, but their efficiency is known to be low. In the last decade, the development of artificial nucleases such as zinc-finger necleases (ZFNs), transcription activator-like effector nucleases (TALENs) and clustered regulatory interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR)/Cas has led to more efficient production of knock-out and knock-in transgenic livestock. However, production of knock-in livestock is poor. In mouse, genetically modified mice are produced by coinjecting a pair of knock-in vector, which is a donor DNA, with a artificial nuclease in a pronuclear fertilized egg, but not in livestock. Gene targeting efficiency has been increased with the use of artificial nucleases, but the knock-in efficiency is still low in livestock. In many research now, somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) methods used after selection of cell transfected with artificial nuclease for production of transgenic livestock. In particular, it is necessary to develop a system capable of producing transgenic livestock more efficiently by co-injection of artificial nuclease and knock-in vectors into fertilized eggs.
'Digilog Book' integrates advantages of existing paper book and immersive digital contents in augmented reality environment, which enables users to feel physical touch and get additional multisensory feedback. As a high level authoring user interface, 'ARtalet' provides an intuitive way to make Digilog Book through 3D user interface in augmented reality environment. This paper mentions trajectory inserting and editing methods of 3D objects, then combining method of the trajectory. 3D object is selected by camera tracked prop, and then transformation matrix relative to book plane is stored in real time based on timeframe. The saved trajectory is managed as templates, and user can make various compositions of trajectories. We expect that suggested methods can enhance interest of readers.
Web contents created for desktop screens give rise to problems when they are to be displayed on the small screens of mobile terminals. While in some cases some of the objects of a page may not be displayable due to the lack of browser capability, the entire page may not be displayable due to the incompatibility with the browser in other cases. In this paper, we introduce a new mobile content adaptation approach based on web clipping, which transforms an original page into one that is optimally displayed on a mobile terminal. In this method, a source page is automatically clipped and transformed according to the clip specification made by the content provider using a clip editing tool. The clip editing tool allows the user to specify group clips, multi-level cups and dynamic clips as well as simple clips, and the presentation layout through a graphic user interface. Based on the clip specifications, each clip is transformed into an intermediate meta-language document, which in turn is transformed into a presentation page in the target markup language. Transcoding of image objects in major image file formats is also supported.
Video-based modeling / rendering developed to produce photo-realistic video contents have been one of the important research topics in computer graphics and computer visions. To smoothly combine original input video clips and 3D graphic models, geometrical information of light sources and cameras used to capture a scene in the real world is essentially required. In this paper, we present a simple technique to estimate the position and orientation of an optimal light source from the topology of objects and the silhouettes of shadows appeared in the original video clips. The technique supports functions to generate well matched shadows as well as to render the inserted models by applying the estimated light sources. Shadows are known as an important visual cue that empirically indicates the relative location of objects in the 3D space. Thus our method can enhance realism in the final composed videos through the proposed shadow generation and rendering algorithms in real-time.

Lively circulation of digital contents through internet digital contents copyright information for contents at the same time protectingness express and had many interests managing. XrML(eXtensible rights Markup Language) that is application of XML(eXtensible Markup Language) to permit efficient present and storage of copyright information for digital contents, share hereupon established by each venders laying stress on W3C. Need system that could express copyright information for digital contents in structural language by creation of this XrML document and user who use structural information of XrML to make out XrML document effectively can edit efficiently. So that user can edit XrML document that can describe about copyright or working conditions for digital contents in treatise that see hereupon efficiently, XrML text editing system for digital contents copyright administration design and embody.
Due to the advent of presumer and digital production of moving picture, a lot of UCC has been generated by editing the previous moving pictures in various way. It causes a lot of problems on copyright, duplication, and content. In reorganizing the contents, it is necessary to increase productivity and reusability by managing production pipeline systematically through the standardization of moving picture content. For this purpose, we try to develop the moving picture content management system that can manage all kinds of information on the production pipeline, based on SCORM of e-learning by considering production, publication and re-editing. Using the meta-data of content object, user and producer can easily search and reuse the contents. Hence, they can choose the contents object according to their preference and reproduce their own creative UCC by reorganizing and packaging the selected objects. The management of copyright by the unit of scene would solve the problem of copyright. The sequencing technique of SCORM as an interactive storytelling method makes it possible to produce individual contents by user's preference.
Recently, as user feedback such as social reading become active, demand has been increased on e-book contents making which is based on user feedback. However, to reflect the user feedback onto the e-book, direct coding is required, which was difficult to the author who was not good at programming. To resolve this problem, Block assembly style feedback editor system, using Blockly was developed. This editor enables to reflect the user feedback by area allocation, component allocation, block editing, and code generating insertion, contrary to the existing way of programming realization in which direct coding was required for input, processing and output separately. This system was developed by using HTML. Javascript, PHP, and Codeigniter. Block editing is enabled to do provision and assembly of blocks by Blockly. The function of code generation & insertion allows to insert the Library function code. Through this system, the general users who are not capable of coding also can reflect feedback without doing actual coding.

The majority of current streaming services are particular S/W I a separate setup program supports real-time streaming service a reality, will be stored until the end of the video, save for a video about editing and is not available. In this paper, allows the user to save and apply the multi threaded techniques for video based on a system without a separate plug-ins, or installation of programs HTML5 by taking advantage of Web content authoring, real-time streaming system using a Web browser. This saves the video streaming in real time can be used for editing and, on real-time communications and media sharing and streaming Web service you need and will be utilized in the field.

In this paper, we introduce a new web-based PR video making service system. Many video editing tools have required tough editing skill or scenario planning stage for a just simple PR video making. Some users may prefer a simple and fast way than sophisticated and complex functionality. To solve this problem, it is important to provide easy user interface and intelligent classification and recommendation scheme. Therefore, we propose a new template classification and recommendation scheme using a topic modeling method. The proposed scheme has the big advantage of being able to handle the unstructured meta data as well as structured one.
The number of commercially approved gene-edited crops is gradually increasing, and in South Korea, it has led to intense investment in gene-edited crop development to increase international competitiveness. However, as with genetically modified crops, the safety of gene-edited crops regarding unexpected risks for humans and the environment is subject to an ongoing debate. In particular, unintentional "off-target effects" have become the center of controversy. In this review, we discuss typical plant characteristics (including somatic variation and ploidy), the extent of various off-target effects in genetically modified crops generated via horizontal transfer in nature, and the off-target effects in commercial genetically modified crops. We conclude that most off-target effects possibly occurring in gene-edited crops are not expected to be critically harmful to humans or the environment. Therefore, existing regulation for genetically modified crops should be enough for the risk assessment of gene-edited crops.
