Also through this study people who are in a clothing industry market from China and overseas will be able to utilize it to have competitive brand power. Analyzing of the China clothing brand with a history and process of development is done to help understand of changes through years. With the rapid development of economy in China, the textiles & clothing industry, as one of the key industries, is showing a strong growing tendency, and brand in china have been expanding oversea market. Till 2002, China has already been the world's largest supplier of textile & clothing. Nowadays, "Made in China" is going to be "Created in China", lots of Chinese clothing brands appear, and many Chinese fashion designers step onto world stage. Chinese women's clothing, men's clothing, casual clothing, sports clothing and designer's brand are developing, popular brands are also promoted through convenient e-commerce. Clothing companies are going public, acquiring overseas brands, implementing internal mergers and integration, expanding overseas market. In such a diversity era, Chinese brands not only need to be localization, but also need to confirm with the trend of international management and globalized economy.
China adopts the "Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035" in the context of tremendous changes in the international environment. A new development paradigm is proposed to prioritize domestic circulation, reinforcing both domestic and international circulations. The industrial policies of China's "14th Five-Year Plan" will have an impact on Korea. Thus it is necessary for Korea to cooperate with China to actively respond to changes in the industrial chains and value chains in Asia and the world. Over the past 29 years since the establishment of diplomatic relation between China and South Korea, the two countries have enjoyed close economic and trade relations. China-ROK cooperation is critical to regional economic development in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the era of remarkable changes in the world's political and economic structure. China is a robust developing country, while Korea is a developed one in with steady foothold in the world economy. China and South Korea should work together to contribute to the rapid recovery and development of the world economy instead of becoming competitors.

Since 2003, the biggest trade partner of South Korea has not been America but China. China appears to be a strong competitor of South Korea in every field of international market and even in IT industry, which has been one of the most competitive field of Korean Economy. IT Industry is now becoming a driving locomotive of economy in South Korea and China. It is reported that the IT gap between South Korea and China is shorten to be 1.7 years in 2006, from 2.6 years in 2003 and will be within one year in 2010. China has been aware of the urgent need of developing electronic and information industry in order to improve its productivity. In the results of the efforts to develop its IT industry, China has achieved average 25% yearly growth rate of IT manufacturing industry since 1991. Since 2004, South Korea has pursued IT 839 strategy. How South Korea and China can sustain the continuous development of IT industry. South Korea IT is expected to utilize China's through the mutual cooperation, which results in mutual benefit. This paper examines the changing roles of ownership in the economic growth by using a panel data set of 30 provinces in China for the period (1999-2010). With the use of absolute and relative presence variables, this study shows that private enterprises have emerged as the engine of economic growth in China in the later period (2005-2010). The growing size and number of private enterprises are positively linked to growth. However, though foreign-invested enterprises have been acclaimed as the main contributors to economic growth in China, they have minimal effect on the economic growth in the later period. State-owned enterprises have a significant and negative effect on the economic growth in the later period. The results can be interpreted that the engine of growth in China has been changed over time from other ownerships to private ownership. Private companies have developed a lot in every respect and started to lead the economy for long-run growth. China initiated its economic growth by adopting foreign capital and it is still the top destination for foreign direct investment among developing countries. However, to sustain the growth over a long period, private sector should be of great importance and perform a key role in the view of catch-up economics.
The ever-expanding Chinese economy has affected the Korean economy in many respects. So many companies, including most of major groups, has increased their economic collaborative businesses in China. Due to the sandwich situation of the economic competitiveness, many Korean companies has been seeking for the lower production costs in China, while other high-tech companies also for the prospective markets in China. Nonetheless all the Korean FDIs in China have been seriously connected with its global supply chain management. In order to promote this kind of collaboration across the border, the 4PL kind of tasks are needed. The study suggests these tasks in terms of 3 categories of Pre-Feasibility/ Business Planning, Cultural Localization, and Networking Economies/ Relationship Management. Most of all, the collaboration across the border may promote the final vision of the FTA in the Far-east Asian countries.

And it is a fact that the construction expense payment disputes have become a serious problem now. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the problem of Chinese construction expense payment. In this paper, we would like to clarify the difference of the legislation of construction expense payment between China and Taiwan Region.
As China beings to enforce the open-door and innovation policies, it comes to rise rapidly in international economic stage. For the short time of only 20 years, China makes a great economic power. Up to now, China has tolerated a large population and infinite resources, so at last succeeded in economic polices, and has a fine future prospect in world economy. With the admission to the WTO, China will have a great influence on Korea. If we are to develop the trade much more, appeared until now after the relations between Korea and China, We should develop Korean economy by investing and trading in IT industries and newly Chinese regions.

Entering the 21st century, the primary influence leading world economy have been shifting. U.S. economy has seemed to slow down, Japan and EU are also in same situation. But China have started to lead Asia economy and expended to the World. According to Goldman Sachs Group, "The 21st century will be a era of Brics because of their enormous territory, a large population and abundant natural resources." We have to more focus on China because China have directly effect on Korean market and have a great potential market opportunity for our industries. However, this report mentioned above didn't carefully deal with a field of information and technology(from here IT), Digital contents consumption wasn't mentioned at all. Now Digital Contents (from here 'DC') emerge as new value creator and actually Korea has been a dominant in IT industries and is leading Digital contents market in China. This phenomenon is called as 'Korean wave (Han-Ryu)'. Many researchers have studied about 'Korean wave(Han-Ryu)' focusing on the economic effect but Korean DC industries need to build specifical strategies for exporting Korean DC to China market. Therefore, purpose of this study is following : Firstly, to analyze environment of DC in China and competitive advantages of it. Secondly, to compare ICAI (Industrial Comparative Advantage Index) according to a kind of DC. Finally, to make an analysis of China consumer's attitude to DC. This study will give much implication for Korean DC industries to enter China market.

These antecedents include appointment and return convenient, extended operating time, variety-seeking need, usage irregularity, other's clean usage, and feeling of membership between users. Research design, data, and methodology: This research collected 341 questionnaire data from participants in China. These participants were asked about the usage of DiDi, the most popular shareware in China. The data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS and Amos. Results: Usage convenience, usefulness of short-term usage, and trust in other users were found to have a positive impact on consumers' intention to participate in the sharing economy. In addition, we found that all the antecedents affect these variables positively. Conclusions: This research provides new driving factors for consumer participation in the sharing economy. Moreover, these findings will help managers develop marketing strategies for inducing the consumers to participate in the sharing economy.

The aim of this paper is to understand the nature of transformation of the Chinese economy. China's approach to the process of economic development in the aftermath of the reforms in the late 1970's has been a success story and a phenomenon of great significance. It helped millions of people move out of poverty and achieve an acceptable standard of life. The economic policy of China was more effective than India's; we measured this effectiveness in terms of two fundamental approach: first, growth was fundamental for ensuring and increasing the wellbeing as it increases total output in China compare to India; second, growth was pro-poor in China, but not in India, during the period 2000-2011. In this paper, we seek to explain how China reduced extreme poverty through reforms, and this reform experience of China stands out for three reasons. The first is renewed thrust on the rural economy and private sector, second is decentralized planning, and third is investment in human resource development. This experience of China's reform success offers a significant lesson for most of the developing countries, especially India, since India has more similarities with China. Therefore, this experience is particularly insightful for India.
