Industrial wastewater management guideline and evaluation model of Best Available Technologies for the leather tanning and finishing industry was developed as an economical evaluation model using evaluation of BAT including economical evaluation combined with cost analysis model and cost annualization model in considering of economical factors and non-water environmental factors. It was verified that approximately 10% will be increased annually to modify conventional treatment process ($3,700m^3/d$) of J leather wastewater treatment plant to advanced process of K leather wastewater treatment plant.

This paper presents an optimal capacity design of a Hybrid generation system based on economical evaluation for various loads. Optimal sizes of a standalone and grid connection wind- PV hybrid systems were designed for normal, residential and industrial loads using HOMER (Hybrid Optimization Model for Electronic Renewable). Their economical evaluation were performed and compared with a diesel generation system that covers the same loads. The results showed that the stand alone hybrid generation system can be more economical than a diesel generation system for long term operation.

Environmental issues become one of today's central concerns due to draining natural resources and environmental pollution. Architecture is given a great deal of weight on the evoking environmental pollution. In this point of view, polluting factors in architectural planning and construction were predicted in advance and alternative plans were studied, In investigation of alternative plans, both environmental pollution and economical efficiency of various alternatives were considered. A office building was analyzed for energy consumption and construction environmental load by appling LCA. Applying LCA to a office building includes a total amount of materials and energy consumption, environmental impacts and economical efficiency evaluation. In present study, LCA applied to electrical part of a office building and economical efficiency evaluation was considered.

This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data bate should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

Objectives: The aim of this study is reviewing the literature to extract the key parameter, study design, perspective, cost-effectiveness index and find the calibration parameter for the clinical study with economical evaluation protocol on facial palsy. Methods: Literature search is performed using PUBMED for literature published from January 2000 to December 2016. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) and modelling study with economic assessment in which human participated. Results: As a result of literature search, the 198 articles were found. After reviewing the title, abstract and full text, the 5 articles were selected. Selected articles are classified into 4 RCT studies dealing with quality of life and 1 CEA(cost-effectiveness analysis) study. Conclusions: We found reliable key parameters, calibration parameters and elements of economical assessment study, which might be necessary factors for developing research protocol of clinical trial with economic evaluation about facial palsy patients.

Applying enhanced coagulation is not uncommon not only to improve water quality but also to obtain economical advantages in water treatment. In this study, the economical evaluation was investigated with considering dosage of coagulant, produced sludges and usage of activated carbon with two different water sources. To simulate the granular activated carbon(GAC) adsorber mini-column test was adapted. Even if there were some variation according to the source waters, the life time of GAC was extended 60 to 110days with adding 2.5 to 3 times of coagulant in enhanced coagulation. With assumption of changing GAC adsorber at 50% of breakthrough the total treatment cost can be reduced to range from 25% to 44% with adapting the enhanced coagulation. The obtained value can not be generalized because the value can be varied by water quality and cost of the GAC or coagulant. However, the evaluation can be basis starting point to find optimum operation methods for the drinking water treatment which has plan to adapt GAC adsorber.

Economical evaluation of an aquifer in an unconsolidated formation is based on the physiography, geology and hydraulics in it's loci. Since each foundation is controlled by the combination of several factors, these factors in each foundation will be explained in regard to their function, contributing to the yield of ground water from aquifers.

This paper shows prioritization process for equipment investment plans considering reliability indices and economical efficiency. To decide prioritization of distribution investment projects, we made a distribution system model using system configuration, it's component and load information and designed several investment alternatives to improve reliability of present system. Lastly, we proposed a evaluation model of economical efficiency assessment on distribution investment alternative projects. To analyze influence by reliability and economical efficiency, we produced economical effects with applying time-varying failure rate of KEPCO's main equipments of distribution system and interruption cost of electric power affected by investment. Finally, in order to insure the validity of this proposed methodology, we compared investment prioritization by economical evaluation with that of real investment alternatives of KEPCO's branch office. In conclusion, this paper shows what and how to interpret the reliability effects of distribution system investments into financial indicators beneficial for power utilities's managers to make decision on the perspective of corporate value.

This study aims to suggest envelope structure which can improve the insulation performance of cold storage warehouse with cost effectiveness. Envelope structures are classified and economical efficiency of each type is evaluated to the model warehouse. As results, type 3 (PC wall) and 4(sandwich panel wall) have benefits to the middle/large (lifetime of 25 years) and small (lifetime of 12∼13 years) warehouse, respectively.
