동북진흥전략 배경하에서 흑룡강성 관광산업의 효율성 변화 (The Change of Tourism Industry Efficiency in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of Northeast Revitalization Strategy)

  • 중국 동북진흥전략의 시행과 함께 흑룡강성 관광산업은 지역 경제발전에 점점 더 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문은 2005-2021년 흑룡강성 관광 패널데이터를 기반으로 DEA-BCC와 Malmquist Index를 사용하여 관광 산업의 정적 및 동적 변화를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 정적: OE 값은 2010년, 2013년 및 2019년에 DEA의 강력한 효과에 도달하여 관광 자원이 충분히 활용된 것으로 나타났다. SE 값은 0.354-1 사이에서 급격히 변하고, PTE 값은 1에 가까우며 OE는 주로 SE 변화의 영향을 받은 것으로 나타났다. (2) 동적: 총 요소 생산성(TFP)은 전체적으로 1보다 크고, 연평균 13.8%의 성장률을 보였다. TFP의 변동은 주로 기술진보지수에 의해 영향을 받았으며, 흑룡강성의 관광산업이 상대적으로 높은 수준의 개발 효율성을 보였으며, 자원개발에 기술을 충분히 활용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 흑룡강성 관광산업은 향후 산업규모, 기술혁신 및 정책최적화에 중점을 두는 것이 적절할 것으로 보인다.

경제성을 고려한 새로운 PAC 선정방법의 적용 (Application of Newly PAC Selection Method Based on Economic Efficiency)

  • 경제성을 고려한 새로운 PAC 선정방법을 적용하고자 상수원수 내 MIB와 유기물 제거를 위한 PAC 흡착실험을 수행하였다. PAC 투입량이 증가함에 따라 MIB 제거율은 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 석탄계 PAC가 목탄계 PAC에 비해 MIB 제거율이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. DOC 및 $UV_{254}$의 제거율은 PAC와 원수 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았으나, MIB 제거율에 비해 떨어지는 결과를 보였다. MIB, DOC, 그리고 $UV_{254}$ 제거율은 실험에 사용한 PAC들 중에서 P-1000 PAC가 가장 좋았다. EEM 결과에 의하면 모든 시료에 존재하는 대부분의 유기물은 Fulvic산과 유사한 물질인 것으로 판명되었다. 특히, PAC 접촉 이후 대상 시료에 존재하는 유기물 중에서 Fulvic산과 유사한 유기물, Humic과 유사한 유기물, 그리고 SMP와 유사한 유기물 등이 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 경제성을 고려한 PAC 선정방법에 의해 MCI 값이 가장 낮은 P-1000이 가장 적합한 PAC로 선정되었다. 최종적으로 선정하기에 앞서 PAC의 효율성 및 취급용이성, PAC의 입자크기 및 분포, 그리고 DOC 농도에 따른 PAC 투입비용 등도 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다.

경제성 지표를 활용한 농업용저수지의 생활용수 공급가능성 평가 (Assessment of domestic water supply potential of agricultural reservoirs in rural area considering economic index)

  • Existing agricultural reservoirs are considered as alternative source for the water welfare of rural area. In this study, domestic water supply potential of 476 reservoirs, which has storage capacity more than one million cubic meter, out of 3,377 agricultural reservoirs managed by Korean Rural Community Corporation (KRC) were investigated. Among them water quality of 136 reservoirs met the criteria of domestic water source which show less than COD 3 ppm. Available amount for domestic water of reservoirs, which meet the water quality, for ten year return period of drought was analyzed with reservoir water balance model. The results showed that 116 reservoirs has potential for supplementary domestic water supply while satisfying irrigation water supply. Finally, economic analysis using Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost (B/C) ratio, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index (PI) methods was also conducted. The analysis showed that 19 reservoirs satisfied economic feasibility when water is provided from reservoir outlet but only 9 reservoirs meet the economic feasibility if water delivered from a reservoir to treatment plant by newly built conveyance canal. In order to supply the domestic water through the agricultural reservoirs managed by KRC, it is necessary to flexibly interpret and operate the 'Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing village Act'. Also, it is reasonable to participate in the water service business when there is a supply request from other Ministries. In addition, the KRC requires further effort to change the crop system for saving water and improve efficiency of irrigation systems.

비대칭 V-cut의 갱내 광산에 대한 적용성 연구 (Study on Applicability of Asymmetry V-Cut method in Underground Mine)

  • 갱내채광개발의 안정성 문제로 굴착단면을 축소하였을 때 발생한 경제적 손실을 최소화하기 위해 발파효율을 증가시킬 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 새로운 발파 설계를 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 현장의 생산발파, 생산발파에 확대공을 2열 추가한 1차 제안발파 그리고 확대공에 1열만 추가하여 비대칭을 이루는 2차 제안발파의 발파효율을 비교하였다. 발파효율 평가지표로는 굴진율과 파쇄입도로 선정하였다. 굴진율의 경우 일반대비 1차 제안발파는 6.07%, 2차 제안발파는 4.65% 향상하였고, 파쇄입도의 경우 P80 기준으로 일반발파 대비 1차 제안발파는 약 58%, 2차 제안발파는 약 47% 파쇄입도가 감소하였다. 평가지표에 따라 1차 제안발파가 2차 제안발파보다 좋은 발파효율을 보이지만, 평가지표의 결과의 차이가 미비하여 1차 제안발파에 추가적으로 소요된 작업시간과 비용을 고려하였을 때 2차 제안발파인 비대칭 V-cut이 현장에 더 적합한 발파설계라 판단된다.

Life cycle cost analysis and smart operation mode of ground source heat pump system

  • This paper presents an advanced life cycle cost (LCC) analysis of a ground source heat pump (GSHP) system and suggests a smart operation mode with a thermal performance test (TPT) and an energy pile system constructed on the site of the Incheon International Airport (IIA). First, an economic analysis of the GSHP system was conducted for the second passenger terminal of the IIA considering actual influencing factors such as government support and the residual value of the equipment. The analysis results showed that the economic efficiency of the GSHP system could be increased owing to several influential factors. Second, a multiple regression analysis was conducted using different independent variables in order to analyze the influence indices with regard to the LCC results. Every independent index, in this case the initial construction cost, lifespan of the equipment, discount rate and the amount of price inflation can affect the LCC results. Third, a GSHP system using an energy pile was installed on the site of the construction laboratory institute of the IIA. TPTs of W-shape and spiral-coil-type GHEs were conducted in continuous and intermittent operation modes, respectively, prior to system operation of the energy pile. A cooling GSHP system in the energy pile was operated in both the continuous and intermittent modes, and the LCC was calculated. Furthermore, the smart operation mode and LCC were analyzed considering the application of a thermal storage tank.

Comparison of Breeding System Between Single Population and Two Sub-population Scheme by Computer Simulation II. Different genetic level for Sub-populations

  • The effect of genetic diversity in sub-populations on breeding efficiency was examined with prospect of potential crossbreeding. Simulation study of selection was performed for 20 generations with 20 replications each, comparing average breeding values and inbreeding coefficients between the two breeding systemes; single population scheme and two population scheme. The different genetic levels were assumed to be caused by different gene frequencies. Phenotypes of two traits generated polygenic effect with additive 36 loci and residuals distributed normally were selected by selection index procedure. High genetic gain with less inbreeding was clearly recognized in the single population scheme, independently of difference in genetic level, economic weight and genetic correlation. Genetic correlation after selection in the single population scheme was lower than the two population scheme. When crossbreeding between the sub-population was taken into account, superiority of the two population scheme was suggested under those restrictions; difference in genetic level is moderate, selection criterion for the two traits is not far from even economic weight, and genetic correlation is positive with low to moderate value. The use of complementarity increased the possibility of the two population scheme.

  • Breeding efficiency was investigated to reveal crucial factors for constructing effective breeding system with subdivided populations under equal genetic level. Simulation study of selection experiment was performed for 20 generations with 20 replications each, comparing average breeding values and inbreeding coefficients between the two breeding systems; single population scheme and two population scheme, each of which had the same genetic parameters. Genetic correlations (-0.5 to 0.5) were assumed to be caused only by pleiotropic effect of a gene. Phenotypes of the two traits generated by polygenic effect with additive 36 loci and residuals distributed normally were selected by two traits selection index procedure. Comparing between the single population scheme and the two population scheme, the single population scheme showed higher genetic gain with lower inbreeding coefficient. This result was confirmed particularly for the situation of high selection intensity, high heritability and high degree of unevenness for economic weight. Genetic correlations in the single population scheme were significantly lower than the two population scheme when initial genetic correlation was negative. When terminal crossbreeding for the two population scheme is taken into account, superiority of the two population scheme was suggested. The terminal crossbreeding was effective under the situation of long term selection, existence of moderate inbreeding depression and use of less extreme economic weight.

기본 계획 단계에서의 공동구 수용시설물 결정 기법 (Decision technique for accommodation facilities of multi-utility tunnel in basic planning phase)

  • 본 논문에서는 공동구 도입과 관련하여 초기 기본 계획 단계에서 보다 효율적으로 수용시설물의 설치여부를 결정하기 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 수용시설물의 구성과 종수를 결정하기 위한 평가체계를 정립하였다. 7개의 수용시설물에 대하여 98개의 조합을 분석하였으며, 수용시설물 평가체계를 위하여 타당성 및 경제성과 관련된 지표 중 기본 계획단계와 관련된 지표를 선별하였다. 선별된 항목을 반영하여 공간적, 효과적, 비용적 평가로 분류된 평가체계를 제시하였으며, 가중치 설정을 위한 AHP분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동구 설치를 위한 기본 계획 단계에서 설계자를 포함한 사용자들이 공동구내 수용시설물을 결정하는 과정에서 시간을 단축하고 효율성을 높이는데 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

An Empirical Study on the Effects of Export Promotion on Korea-China-Japan Using Logistics Performance Index (LPI)

  • Purpose - "Trade Facilitation" aims the easier flow of trade across borders, driven not only by effective customs administration, the efficiency of appropriate authorities, but also by telecommunications, the quality of infrastructures and competent logistics. Facilitating trade will help lower trade development costs as well as improve economic development and enhance economic benefits for emerging economies at a time when imports and exports are sent in and out across borders several times in the form of intermediate and final products. Not only that, globalization is being accelerated, which in turn increases competitiveness and this makes logistics one of the key factors when it comes to international trade. Highly efficient logistics services promote product movement, ensure product safety and delivery speed, and reduce trade costs between countries. The purpose of this study is, by using the LPI indices based on gravity model estimates, to analyze the impact of each LPI component on trade with the 20 biggest exporting countries of Northeast Asian countries-Korea, Japan, and China-which account for 19.05% of global exports. Design/methodology - Also, this study statistically analyzes the impact of trade on Northeast Asian countries' top 20 exporting countries, using the LPI indices relevant to Trade Facilitation based on the gravity model estimates. Findings - As a result, it was turned out that the distance, GDP, and the LPI components have relevant impact on the trade exports of all three countries but demonstrated little relation to the demographic perspective. Originality/value - The study also found we can increase the trade volume by improving three countries' trade partners' LPI indices since Korea, Japan, and China share most of their 20 biggest trade partners.

Integration of Logistics Systems of Developing Countries into International Logistics Channels

  • Modern logistics significantly influences the globalization and internationalization processes. Logistics systems are becoming increasingly important in today's rapidly changing environment. On the other hand, the development of global economic integration, business globalization contributes to the creation and development of international logistics systems and global supply chains towards the international market. The aim of the article was to investigate the national logistics systems of developing countries in the context of their integration capabilities. The main methods used in this study are statistical analysis, index, graphical and analytical methods, methods for estimating structural dynamic shifts, comparisons. Commonly used methods of economic research, as well as statistical analysis and interstate comparisons, economic modelling (trend analysis to determine the forecast level of LPI for Ukraine), etc. were also involved. It is noted that the problem of development of logistics systems in developing countries was insufficiently covered in scientific research. The study suggests that the integration capabilities of national logistics systems are determined by the logistics performance of each country and the favourable logistics environment for integration transformations. This allowed analysing the state of the logistics systems of Poland, Bulgaria, India and Ukraine, and identifying the factors that determine it. The logistics environment of Poland, Bulgaria, India and Ukraine, as well as the factors of its formation are evaluated. The components of the logistic portrait of the country in the context of integration capabilities of the logistic system are offered. Trend analysis of LPI was carried out on the example of Ukraine, which showed positive trends in the logistics system and allowed drawing conclusions about increasing integration into international logistics channels based on its geopolitical location, improving the characteristics of the logistics environment, including customs regulation, and improving the efficiency of the national logistics system. Prospects for further research involve studies of the impact of pandemics, globalization, digitalization on logistics systems, including that of developing countries.
