Electronics grew up to the largest industry in the world supported by Si wafer. In near future, the Si wafer may use 300mm in diameter for economic requirement. This size wafer may use to produce large logic chip, 256Mbit DRAM, and other large complex and high density chip. Then, the quality including flatness and crustal characters may be required very high performance. And, their price should be reasonable and high quantity may be required. These requirements should be solve lot of hard problems of crystal growth, wafering mechanical processing and their cost problems. In this presentation, I may discuss following items.

Pyrophyllite, kaolinite, and alunite deposits distributing in Southwestern parts of Cheonnam are classified into three types of minerals assemblages by the results of X-ray diffraction analysis etc. The first mineral assemblages contains pyrophyllite, kaolinite, dickite, quartz, diaspore and/or corundum, the second one contains alunite inseads of corundum, and the third one contains alunite without pyrophyllite and diaspore. It is can be considered that the depoSits which consist mainly of pyrophyllite are formed higher temperature than the other deposits. Judging form the chemical analyses the chemical compositions of hydrothermal solutions acting to the deposits seem to be relatively simple. But the hydrothermal solutions which generated Dogcheon, Jugjcon, Ogmaesan, and Seongsan mine contain rather somewhat higher $K_2O$. The values of the Trace Elements and REE analysis of the host rocks of deposits suggest that the host rocks are these deposits are the last products of magmatic differentiation.

최근 10년 사이 우리나라의 국가지질공원은 급속히 증가하여 현재 13곳이 국가지질공원으로 지정되었으며, 2010년 제주도에 이어 2017년 청송, 2018년 무등산권, 2020년 한탄강 국가지질공원이 유네스코 세계지질공원으로 인증되었다. 하지만 국가지질공원 및 유네스코 세계지질공원의 지속적인 확대에도 불구하고 아직 지질공원에 대한 국민적 관심이나 지질공원을 통한 지역 경제발전에 대한 기여도는 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 일부 지질공원에서는 지질공원을 교육 및 관광 사업에 적극적으로 활용하고, 대중의 친밀도와 우호성을 높이고자 지질공원 캐릭터를 개발하였지만, 다른 공공 캐릭터에서 나타나는 캐릭터 기획과 전문성 부족, 이미지 형성 이후의 스토리텔링 부족, 캐릭터 관리 부족 등의 이유로 제대로 활용되고 있지 못한 상황이다. 개발 이후 방치되고 있는 지질공원 캐릭터가 본연의 역할을 수행하기 위해서는 1) 캐릭터 관리를 위한 예산 편성과 2) 캐릭터 시장의 소비 경향 분석에 근거한 콘텐츠 제작이 필요하다. 단순히 소비되기 위한 이미지로서 캐릭터 대신, 지역주민뿐만 아니라 대중에게 사랑받는 지질공원 캐릭터가 되기 위한 노력이 필요한 시점이다.

The elderly population will increase from 5.8% in 1996 to 12.5% in 2020. The related problems of health will also become a very important issue in the future. Therefore. it is important to address the problems of geriatic nursing and geriatic health. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among self-efficacy, social support and depression of the poor elderly. The subjects of this study were 42 poor elderly in Tae Jeon city. The data were analyzed by the SPSSWIN computer program and include AONVA. Pearson Correlation, frequency analysis. The Cronbach Alpha of self-efficacy tools was .8297, social support tools was .9187 and depression tools was .8887. The data were collected through personal interviews using a questionnaire from September 27 to October 23. 1999. The conclusion of this study are summarized as follows: 1. There were mean scores for self-efficacy at $55.92{\pm}11.84$ for social support $86.00{\pm}18.43$ and for depression $60.31{\pm}15.61$. 2. There was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and social support(r= .361. p<.05) in the poor elderly. There was a significant negative correlation between social support and depression(r= -.640, p<,01), self-efficacy and depression(r= -.182) in the poor elderly. 3. In a significant test in the general characters of the subjects and in the higher social support level. we obtained the following results: living with partner is. have son is. living family members is. the higher economic level is. 4. In a significant test in the general characters of the subjects and in the lower depression level, we can obtained the following results: The old man is. living with partner is. living family members is. the higher economic level is, the higher health level is.

With the main objective to know the feasibility of exploitation of F$_1$ hybrids in semi arid and arid climatic conditions of India, the present study was carried out by utilising RD$_1$ as female parent and six bivoltine silkworm breeds viz., CSR$_2$, CSR$_4$, CSR$_{5}$, CSR$_{17}$, CSR$_{18}$ and CSR$_{19}$ along with NB$_4$D$_2$ as male parents. Different hybrids exhibited their superiority for various economic characters during different seasons. Among F$_1$ hybrids, RD$_1$${\times}$CSR$_{5}$ was adjudicated as the best hybrid in terms of expression of significant positive hybrid vigour over mid parental value for five economic characters namely hatching %, cocoon yield, cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and filament size, highest multiple trait average evaluation index value of 56.77 and comparatively uniform cocoon size with coefficient of variation (CV%) of 3.80 and Standard Deviation (SD) of 7.99 during September - October 2003. Results of the present study revealed that the F$_1$ hybrid RD$_1$${\times}$CSR$_{5}$ can be successfully exploited on commercial in semi arid and arid climatic conditions in India. India.dia.

본 연구는 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택의 주거복지 성과에 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 2016년 주거실태조사를 활용하여 주거의 구조적 물리적 적절성, 주거비의 저렴적절성, 주거의 안정성으로 정의한 주거복지에 있어 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택이 차이가 있는지, 이러한 차이가 가구의 인구사회경제적 특성을 통제한 상태에서도 유지되는지를 검토하였다. 분석결과 공공임대주택 중 일부는 여전히 최저주거기준미달, 주거비과부담의 문제를 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 공공임대주택과 민간임대주택을 비교하면 공공임대주택은 주거복지에 있어 통계적으로 유의미한 성과가 있었으며, 이는 인구사회경제적 특성을 통제하면 더욱 일관되게 나타났다. 민간임대주택은 최저주거기준미달, 주거비과부담, 주거안정성에 있어 열악한 상황에 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 공공임대주택정책의 개선방안과 민간임대주택에 대한 적절한 규제의 필요성의 근거를 도출할 수 있었다.

This study focuses on semiotic significance of clothing, showed in visual mass media. This study will look into what general public understand from clothing and what influence clothing on visual mass media exert on fashion. This study employs an example, "Aein(sweetheart)", which was televised from 09/02/1996 till 10/23/1996. Some specialists(master′s degree or doctoral degree holders, or professors) of Clothing and Textile picked and analyzed scenes with specific clothing. The theoretical grounds of the analysis are 1) in what procession the significance operate from the view of mythological symbols by Bart, 2) what influences clothing on TV dramas exert on fashion. The outcomes of the study are followings: First, clothing′s signifying proces hs two dimensions; linguistic dimension and mythological dimension. Linguistic dimension which is regarded as general and unvariable and is related to the reproductive signifying operation, contributes to the creation of the characters including the characters′ social activities, professions, social or economic position. Mythological dimension which is related to the cultural and implicative signifying operation, played an important role in the development of the drama. Thus, it operates to create and deliver images including that atmosphere of he drama and the development of the story. Second, the TV media which is characterized with the form of centralized transmission and individual reception and the ability tro readily lead the fashion, has huge influence upon the fashion by properly creating mythological or linguistic dimension of the clothing in the drama, arousing the public′s sympathy, and stimulating the public′ immitation or conformity mentality.

Phytoecdysteroids with moulting hormone (MH) activity induce different responses in silkworms when used on different day of final instar, which can be manipulated for maximum benefit like early and uniform spinning behaviour, reducing crop loss and to increase cocoon yield. The results showed that application of this hormone on seed crop viz., CSR2, CSR4 and BL44 and BL67 in early stage of 5$^{th}$ instar i.e., at 72 hrs and 96 hrs though induced early and uniform spinning behaviour, there was an adverse effect by 9-36% on the economic characters like cocoon yield, cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and also on fecundity etc. Application of this hormone in late stage of $5^th$ instar i.e., at the onset of spinning showed non-significant variations in some of the characters like cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon shell ratio and fecundity. The physiological implications of phytoecdysteroid in hastening the maturation events and synchronization of spinning activities in different breeds are discussed.

This thesis has the aim of studying that the problems of space;time, effectiveness of space, economic characters in the architectural space that should be solved in accordance with the multi-purpose furniture in the multi-purpose rooms on the architectural planning method. The scope of this study is on the space of houses, schools and churches. The possibilities of using the methods between the multi-purpose rooms and multi-purpose furniture were tested. And the real furniture designed by the author was introduced among the pages. References, observations and the feedback from the users were used as the method of this study. The following are the contents of this study; 1. Background and the characters of the space in the multi-purpose rooms. 2. Present and potential features of the multi-purpose rooms. 3. Design method of the multi-purpose rooms. 4. Real multi-purpose furnitures designed and the evaluation on those goods. As a result of this study the multi-purpose furniture could be recommended as a good method to improve the spacial enhancement for the multi-purpose rooms. From now on, the researches like this could be studied as good problem seeking methods.

The purpose of this study was to determine what factors influence various non-marriage types by considering reasons why adults are not married. The roles of individual characters and family values affecting each type of non-marriage were carefully considered. From the data of 'the Survey on the National Fertility, Family Health and Welfare in Korea in 2015', 1,053 unmarried adults who were in their late 20s to middle 40s were selected. Results show that non-marriage types among unmarried adults were diverse. Depending on sex, the distribution of non-marriage types differed. While economic reasons were predominant among men, lack of opportunities for marriage was the main reason for most women who were not married. Findings also suggest that factors such as socio-demographic characters and family values were differentially associated with each non-marriage type. These findings indicate a great deal of diversity in needs, lifestyle, and life satisfaction among unmarried young adults. This suggests that an increase in the population of unmarried adults can be related to prospectively various marriage behaviors and family patterns in our society in the future, and consequently life patterns will be different among the adult generation.
