전자무역의 경제적 효과측면 따른 다양한 비용절감 효과와 영향요인을 바탕으로 한 무역거래는 신속한 수출입 통관을 통해 시장변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 기반제공에 따른 무역업체의 비용절감과 경영효율화를 통한 대외경쟁력제고 및 이미지제고와 더불어 기업내 실시간 정보공유를 통해 고객에 대한 서비스를 제공하는 유 무형의 효과를 발휘하고 있다는 것을 시사점으로 전자무역의 활성화가에 필요한 이유이다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 글로벌 무역체계를 구축하기 위한 전자무역 플랫폼을 구축에 의한 무역거래 업무를 실행함으로써 과거 전통적인 무역거래에서 이루어진 패러다임의 변화와 새로운 장치마련에 따른 무역거래관련 문서와 비용 측면에서 경제적인 효과를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 전자무역 실행에 따른 파급효과에 대한 내용을 바탕으로 향후 대응방안을 제시하였다.

문화콘텐츠는 지역의 문제점을 개선하고 역사적 가치를 제공한다는 점에서 활용이 증가하고 있다. 더욱이 방문객을 지역으로 유입하고, 지역 상권을 활성화한다는 점에서 관심이 높다. 같은 맥락에서, 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 특화거리 조성은 시민과 소통하고 도시의 문제를 융합하는 역할을 한다. 새로운 공간 조성을 우선하기보다 지역이 가진 근본적인 문제를 해결하고, 단계적으로 접근하는 사업이다. 이에, 문화콘텐츠는 지역민에게 친근하고 공감할 수 있는 집약된 경제적 가치를 창출해야 한다. 이런 측면에서 문화콘텐츠를 활용한 정부와 지자체 사업에 대한 경제적 파급효과를 객관적으로 제시하는 노력은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 문화콘텐츠의 반영이 얼마만큼의 경제적 파급효과를 보이는지 분석하였다. 연구결과, 문화콘텐츠가 적용된 특화거리는 고용유발 승수, 취업유발 승수, 수입 승수, 세수 승수 관광산업이 서비스업보다 집약적인 사업으로 나타났다. 반대로, 서비스업은 생산유발승수, 소득유발승수, 부가가치유발승수, 관광산업의 전 후방 연쇄효과(영향력 계수, 감응도 계수)가 집약적인 승수로 추론되었다. 이러한 결과는 문화콘텐츠를 접목한 특화거리 조성이 지역의 경제적 시너지효과와 관계함을 제시하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure, status and economic ripple effects of the fisheries processing industry in Korea using interindustry analysis. Five input-output tables published over the past twenty years have been reclassified with a focus on the fisheries processing sector. Through these multi-period tables, we analyzed changes in the inducing effects in production, value added and employment as well as the backward-forward linkage effects. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the industrial scale of the fisheries processing industry is very small compared to other food manufacturing industries. The backward linkage effect of the fisheries processing industry was greater than that of other industries, but the forward linkage effect was rather low. This means that the fisheries processing industry can be greatly affected by industrial depression of the downstream industries such as fishery and aquaculture. Production and employment-inducing effects of the fisheries processing industry have shown a decreasing trend in recent years. This reflects the reality that intermediate inputs are gradually being replaced by imports from domestic production due to the expansion of market opening and the depletion of fishery resource. In the future, it is necessary to prepare a strategy to increase the value-added productivity of the fisheries processing sector and foster it as an export industry.

물이란 지구촌의 약 60억 인구가 삶을 영위할 수 있게 하는 필수적인 요소이면서 지역적 이동성이 제한된 재화라고 할 수 있다. 물 산업의 중요성은 전 세계적으로 증대되고 있으며 그 시장 규모는 2007년의 3,360억 달러에서 2025년에는 약 8,650억 달러까지 커질 전망이다. 국내 물 산업의 규모는 2003년 기준으로 약 11조원으로 추산된다. 하지만본 연구에서 사용된 2000년부터 2008년까지의 산업연관표를 이용한 분석에서 2008년 국내 물 산업의 시장규모는 약 9조 4백억 원으로 추산되었다. 기존 물 산업 규모를 추정한 연구들과 비교해 볼 때, 본 연구를 통해서 도출된 결과가 적게 나타난 것이 사실이다. 또한 재정의된 물 산업의 경제적 파급효과는 가격파급효과만을 생각했을 때 약 0.12%인 것으로 추산되었다. 이는 물 산업 육성정책이 성공적으로 시행된다고 본다면 시장 가격 결정 원리에 의해서 물 가격이 책정되어야 하는데, 물 공급가격이 현실화되어도 국민경제에 미치는 영향은 적을 것임을 나타낸다. 물론 물 산업의 특성상 다양한 이유로의 세제 혜택이 있으나 이는 본 연구의 범위에 포함하지 않았다.

This study is to propose the quantitative methods instead of total results on New & Renewable energy R&D investments. To do that, this study used KETEP R&D investment profile, National R&D investment profile, and ISTANS industrial census results. From the analysis, this study firstly showed that the R&D investment on New&Renewable energy is higher than that of other industrial parts. And the investment increase ratio on New&Renewable energy is also very higher during past 10 years. And finally showed that the ripple effects(relatively the employee number, the amount of sales, and the amount of export) of the focus energy group including feul cell, photovoltaic, and wind power was higher than those of general manufacturing industry. This approach was firstly conducted using the poor census results, so other analysis methods will be developed and performed to exact;y show the investment ripple effect.

국가 과학기술 경쟁력 향상 및 창조적 부의 원천 확보를 위해서는 지능화된 시맨틱 기술을 통한 정확한 정보 제공과 고품질의 정보 제공이 필요하다. 시맨틱 기술은 정보를 의미적으로 연계 및 통합하고 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽게 얻을 수 있는 기술이며, IT전반에 걸쳐 파급효과가 매우 큰 핵심기술로서 다양한 산업분야에서의 기술적 경쟁력을 확보하고 이를 성장동력화 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 시맨틱 기술이 국내 차세대 웹 시장을 통해 경제 각 부문에 미치는 효과를 한국은행(2009)의 산업연관분석을 이용하여 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과, 수입유발효과, 취업자유발효과로 나누어 경제적 파급효과를 분석하여 시맨틱 기술에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검증하고자 한다.

Purpose - The world economy is changing with FTA. Lots of FTAs are going on between countries and economic blocs in the world economy as the battle field of FTA. This study is aims to suggest a practical data about Korea-China FTA by analyzing an economic ripple effect and main issues on Korea-China FTA negotiation. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzes the economic impact and major issues expected during the promotion period of Korea-China FTA, and promoted the purpose of this research with literature review and comparative analysis. Result - FTA agreement with China is expected to contribute to Korean economic growth by bringing effectiveness of securing and resolving mutual trade conflict, and one-sided trade protection control of Chinese domestic demand market. The potentiality between United States and Korea is also very important issue. Conclusions - To minimize the adverse effects of FTA and to maximize the positive effects on the logistics industry, the Correspondence strategy is suggested based on the effects of FTA after analyzing the entire situation of the logistics. Especially, this article places emphasis on a close cooperation system between the government agencies to get a good conclusion from the negotiation even if the e-Commerce issue to be a critical point under Korea-China FTA.

In this paper, we estimated the economic impacts of Korea-EU FTA on the agricultural sector in GyeongGi-Do. In particular, we estimated the economic impacts of agricultural production decrease resulting from Korea-EU FTA for 31 sub-regions in GyeongGi-Do by 15 industrial sectors. We employ a regional economic impact model combining a regional input-output model with a spatial allocation model. We found that the size of inter-industrial impacts are quite different across regions. Our results suggest the importance of agricultural and industrial policy considering the impacts of industrial sectors at the regional level.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 하수도의 개념을 소개하고, 2021년부터 2040년까지 우리나라 전역에 스마트 하수도가 구축되는 경우 그 경제적 파급효과를 분석하는 것에 있다. 연구방법으로는 산업연관분석 모형을 이용한다. 분석 결과, 스마트 하수도 투자 사업을 통한 생산유발효과는 343조 7,330억원, 부가가치유발효과는 155조 8,675억원, 취업유발효과는 251만 8,470명 증가하는 것으로 추정되어 스마트 하수도 사업의 국민경제적 파급효과는 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스마트 하수도에 의한 사회후생의 증가는 환경개선과 국민건강 개선을 통하여 실현될 것으로 예상되므로 빠른 시일 안에 스마트 하수도 사업에 대한 구체적인 Road map을 수립, 확정하고 예산을 투입하여 적극 추진할 필요가 있다.

The development status was studied to predict the concept of how drone taxis would be presented in daily life. the results of the analysis on traffic effects of drone taxis showed that they would be an innovative transportation option that could reach a distance of 60km, which would typically take an hour by car, within twenty minutes. Moreover, the economic analysis of existing aircraft development was limited to production (development investment) of the input budget. However, since the drone taxi is a new transportation system, an overall traffic platform, such as its own terminals, would need to be established. So, the production inducement effect was analyzed by dividing input budget into three factors; production, infrastructure, and service. The results indicate this to be an innovative project expected to have an economic ripple effect and reach a total of 24 trillion won after an investment of 13 trillion won (production + infrastructure + service) in Korea from 2020 to 2040.
