This study examined the effects of eco-system factors on adolescents' suicidal ideation and whether self-esteem and depression mediate in the process to provide theoretical basis for prevention and treatment for problems of adolescents who have suicidal ideation. 2,088 high school students were asked to complete self-administering questionnaires on eco-system factors and adolescents' suicidal ideation. Data were analyzed with frequencies, t-test, ANOVA with Scheffe ad-hoc test, correlation analysis using SPSS 12.0 program and AMOS 5.0 program. Study results were ; First, adolescents' suicidal ideation showed significant differences according to their gender, socio-economic financial status, family structure, and the type of school they attended. Second, self-esteem and depression were proved to have significant mediating effect. Child abuse victimization, subjective school achievement and influence of media coverage of celebrity suicide were most important variables which influenced adolescents' suicidal ideation. These results reinforce importance of understanding adolescents' suicidal ideation with eco-system perspective. Moreover, prevention programs for adolescents' suicide require differentiated strategies and tactics according to the target group characteristics.

A 5.7Kb EcoRI fragment containing alkaline amylase gene of Bacillus sp. AL-8 obtained in the previons experiment (10) was transformed in B. subtilis via plasmid pUB110. The enzymatic proper-ties of the amylase produced by the transformants were Identical to those of the donor strain. Thus, the alkaline amylase activity from the transformant was maximum at pH 10 and 5$0^{\circ}C$. And the enzyme was very stable over the ranges of alkaline pH. In order to determine the location of the alkaline amylase gene within the 5.7Kb DNA fragment, the fragment was subcloned in E. coli. It was found that the alkaline amylase gene was located k EcoRI fragment of 3.7Kb.

The SK Chemical R&D center is an eco-friendly building designed as top score in the GBCC(GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATE CRITERIA). This building has applied various eco-friendly technologies such as energy /water resource cutdown, improvement of indoor quality and improvement of user convenience, etc through eco-friendly concept from the design phase. In this thesis, an economic efficiency evaluation has been performed on building energy cwater resource cutdown technologies among them and the results are as follows. The building energy has cut down about 40% compared to ordinary buildings and the investment recovery period was shown as about 5 years. The water resource has cut down about 63% compared to ordinary buildings and the investment recovery period was shown as about 10 years.

The object of this study is to find out the influence of college students' consumption value on consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness and clothing environmental behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 236 college students living in DaeguCity and Kyoungbuk province. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and t-test were used for data analysis. Our findings are as follows. Consumption value of college students had factors as differentiated, consumption needs, utility, economies ostentation, others awareness, and belonging. Consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness were found as environmental importance, environmental product purchase, environmental product interest, and environmental action. Clothing environmental behavior were found as up cycle, buying eco-friendly clothing, active participation, saver purchase, and eco-friendly clothing management. The result of this study showed differentiated, others awareness, and belonging had significant effect of environmental product purchase and consumption needs, utility, and belonging had significant effect of environmental action. Differentiated, and others awareness had significant effect of up cycle, buying eco-friendly clothing, active participation, and eco-friendly clothing management. Gender of college students showed significant differences consumption value, consumer attitudes towards environmental awareness, and clothing environmental behavior.

This paper reports the characteristics of piezoelectric microspeakers that are audible in open air with high quality piezoelectric AlN thin film according to the materials properties. When we use a tensile-stressed silicon nitride diaphragm as a supporting layer, the Sound Pressure Level (SPL) is relatively small. However, the SPL of the fabricated microspeakers that have compressive-stressed composite diaphragm show higher output pressure than those of tensile-stressed diaphragm. It produces more than 60dB from 100Hz to 15kHz and the highest SPL is about 100dB at 9.3kHz with 20 Vpeak-to-peak sinusoidal input biases and at 10 mm distances from the fabricated microspeakers to the reference microphone.

Project-based learning is an innovative approach to learning that teaches a multitude of strategies critical for success in the twenty-first century. Students drive their own learning through inquiry activity, as well as work collaboratively to research and create projects that reflect their knowledge. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of eco-friendly school project activity which is applied from one of project-based learning approach on learning outcomes of students in ninth-grade environment course in middle school. The participants were given a questionnaire before and after the environmental project activities. In solving the school environment issues themselves, students have practiced invaluable problem solving skills. This study indicates that school students' awareness about the environment has positively changed by experiencing the eco-friendly school project. In addition, this project affects students' variety of environmental awareness. This project could be applied to school environmental education programs and to environment lessons, developmental activities or club activities for a positive impact on students' environmental awareness.

We all know how beautiful our wild and it's importance to our living planet Earth. But did you realise the speed at which man himself is damaging it's unique natural habitat. We are well on our way to destroy our forests, plants, wetlands. We are polluting our oceans and seas. This way, we're driving numerous animal species, plant species and many others into extinction. Everyone should be aware of the importance of our natural environment. We live in the period of echocide. Why we need nature to survive and how we can deal with the environmental problems we face. This paper has the purpose to reform city's environment. Because, Metropolis and megalopolis are the principal cause of environmental disruption. To reform the city is needed to consider digital technology in our age. In the face of economic and cultural globalization, many have argued that we live an increasingly placeless world. However, as a growing number of cities participate and compete in key marketplaces of advanced capitalism, the spectacle of the city is more than ever a significant medium of communication in its own right. In doing so, this work is focused specifically on the dimension of city's media environment. To that end, the paper examined U-City and U-Eco city. In this study, we will introduce the study on model of U-Eco City as one way for the eco-freindly future city.

With the growing importance of ESG as a must-have business strategy, this study attempted to analyze the current state of ESG practices in the Korean fashion businesses. The ESG cases of fashion business were collected from news articles searched on the largest Korean internet portal by November 2021 from October 2020 when the number of articles began to increase meaningfully. Three hundred ninety one ESG cases of 112 fashion manufacturing brands and 332 ESG cases of 49 retail brands were analyzed. Casual and outdoor/sportswear brands among fashion manufacturers were most active in ESG practices, and various online and offline retailers were practicing ESG. Approximately one-third of the fashion brands were positioned as eco-friendly concept. While environmental practices were the most practiced ESG, governance was the least practiced. Among environmental practices, fashion manufacturing businesses were most active in eco-friendly product development, while retail businesses were in eco-friendly campaign-event-service and eco-friendly packaging. The most active social practice was the contribution to communities, followed by retail businesses' sharing growth with partner businesses. Governance practices were focused on the structure and operation of the board. Various ESG collaborations with various partners were also observed. The research result is meaningful verifying and diagnosing the ESG practices of the Korean fashion businesses.

The purpose of this study was to investigate factors of film aesthetics, a core of creative power for works, and reference indicators to establish the successful model for works by analyzing Mise-en-scene through case works focused on domestic digital 3D short snimation that has developed consistently in recent years. As to the frame of analysis for Mise-en-scene, this study applied to the concept of triple articulation under discussion in U. Eco's film semiotics, but each factor is semes, figures, and cinemorphes. The case works were focused on by a film director Park Se Jong who was nominated for the Academy Award in 2005, and secured its objectivity.

Background: This study focused on the diet of Clithon retropictum, level II endangered species in Korea. Since the development of brackish water zones has led to a decline in the population of this species, to obtain information on the ecology of C. retropictum required for its conservation and restoration. To investigate the actual preys of C. retropictum in south coast of Korea, we conducted high-throughput sequencing and metabarcoding techniques to extract DNA from gut contents and periphyton in their habitats. Results: Total 118 taxonomic groups were detected from periphyton samples. 116 were Chromista and Cyanobacteria dominated in the most samples. In gut contents samples, 98 taxonomic groups were detected. Similar to the results of periphyton, 96 were Chromista and Cyanobacteria dominated in the most samples. In the principal component analysis based on the presence/absence of taxonomic groups, gut content composition showed more clustered patterns corresponding to their habitats. Bryophyta was the most crucial taxonomic group explaining the difference between periphyton and gut contents compositions of C. retropictum. Conclusions: Our finding suggests that C. retropictum may not randomly consume epilithic algae but instead, likely to supplement their diet with Bryophyta.
