Purpose - The prior literature has shown that there is a lack of a complete assessment of the key decisions in cold chain logistics. Such a study is required to offer recommendations for research in this expanding but under-researched topic with potentially significant management ramifications. Research design, Data, and methodology - The current researcher accumulated peer-reviewed sources from databases to augment each chosen study's validity. Selection varied between seminal works and much of the existing literature. The selection process was consistent with using a content checklist that established the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result - The research findings indicate total five solutions regarding better decision in Cold Chain Logistics (CCL), such as (1) Pricing Decision in Cold Chain Logistics, (2) Decision on Temperature Control Decision in Cold Chain Logistics, (3) Supply Chain Network Design in Cold Chain Logistics, (4) Decision on Minimizing Inventory in Cold Chain Logistics, (5) Decision on Logistics Distribution. Conclusion - Stability of a cold chain should be maintained from manufacture or via logistical components and cold logistics products are susceptible to several variables, such as temperature, and degradation can easily harm food supply, product prices, and human health. Product safety infractions substantially impact human health, among other losses linked with a functioning CCL.
Purpose - This paper empirically investigates what factors contribute to corporate investments under financial constraint condition in the Korean stock market. In the paper, tangible assets' growth rate and fixed assets' growth rate were employed as investment performance and total assets were also used for comparison purpose. Research design and methodology - Samples are constructed by manufacturing firms listed on the stock market of Korea as well as those who settle accounts in December from 2001 to 2018. Financial institutions are excluded from the sample as their accounting procedures, governance and regulations differ. This study adopted a fixed panel regression model to assess the sample construction including yearly and cross-sectional data. Results - This results support the literatures that major shareholders showed positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained firms and no significance to investment in financially constrained firms. ROA showed positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained and constrained firms, whereas firm size showed negative significance to investment in financially unconstrained and constrained firms. Debt showed no positive significance to investment in financially unconstrained firms and negative significance to investment in financially constrained firms. Conclusions - This paper documented evidence that ROA and firm size are important factors to investment irrespective of firms' financial constraints. And this paper also supports that major shareholders give positive impact to investments in financially unconstrained firms. This means that financial constraints itself rule corporate' investment decision in financially constrained firms.
Purpose - Work stress environment is expanding alongside the speed of worldwide change and psychological well-being concerns are coming about because pressure over-burden can bring about lost workdays, lower representative usefulness, and high occupation turnover rates. For this reason, this study investigates to provide how practitioners can manage employee work stress using health psychology based on prior studies. Research design, Data, and methodology - Qualitative textual research involves collecting and analyzing various non-numeric data to establish different concepts or opinions in prior literature. That means that the present researcher carried out qualitative research in multiple ways, investigating many kinds of previous textual data, such as prior published peer-reviewed resources and case studies analysis. Result - The results revealed that directed symbolism has been displayed to improve prosperity and tranquility among employees with an assortment of persistent infections. Like diaphragmatic breathing, reflection practices consolidate zeroing in on a particular article or sensation (like breathing) while at the same time separating from other distracters and controlling inward encounters (for example, feelings, musings) through non-critical acknowledgment. Conclusion - This research proposes that intellectual rebuilding or figuring out how to perceive maladaptive musings and change them to reflect more versatile; judicious idea examples can fundamentally further develop temperament, diminish pressure, and reduction negative feelings for employees.
Purpose - The present study bridges a significant gap in the literature by investigating the complex relationship between job crafting and protean career attitudes. It has been demonstrated that job crafting, which entails the proactive redesign of work roles, responsibilities, and relationships, empowers employees, and elevates. Research design, data, and methodology - This study employed a tailored search approach with specific terms linked to job crafting and protean career attitudes to ensure a thorough and focused analysis. The keywords include "Job crafting," "protean career attitudes," "career development," and related terms. This strategy uses an organized method to identify, screen, and choose appropriate studies. Result: This study synthesizes prior studies and identifies four critical links between the development of jobs and protean career attitudes. To begin with, task crafting, which entails job requirements and scope modifications, leads to protean career attitudes as employees match their roles to their skills and passions. Second, rational crafting, which is adjusting interactions with coworkers and superiors encourages flexible career attitudes. Conclusion - This study insists that organizations must consider the essential practical ramifications. Employers may improve employee growth, engagement, and talent retention by encouraging job customization, recognizing protean workers, cultivating a protean culture, investing in ongoing learning.

Purpose - Identify the priorities of important factors through SWOT/AHP analysis method for vitalization of global marine sports in Korea. Through this, we will identify prerequisites and strategies for Korean marine sports to become a global powerhouse, including revitalizing the Korean Wave for Chinese consumers. It also revitalizes global competitiveness and draws policy implications. Research design and methodology - Through interviews with experts and literature data, elements of important opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of marine sports are summarized. Based on this SWOT, the AHP technique is applied to determine which is first and what is important between the factors that save opportunities and increase strengths, and measures to cope with threats and factors that complement weaknesses. Through this, the priority factor of experts suggests a plan for activating strategic marine sports. Results - First, the current status of marine sports in Korea and the perception of consumers are grasped through current data and literature research. Sub-elements are derived based on the theoretical literature on SWOT elements and opinions of experts. Prioritization is identified based on the AHP questionnaire of Korean experts. Conclusions - The strategy was derived through SWOT/AHP analysis, and the following implications were obtained. Regionally, Busan is psychologically and geographically adjacent to China and Japan. It is also an area where human exchanges are actively taking place along with the volume of imports and exports. Due to the increase in China's marine sports industry and population, it is necessary to expand the scope of Korea to marine sports beyond cosmetics, dramas, movies, and Korean waves (Hallyu) stars.
Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate not only the effect of a company creating shared value (CSV) influencing consumers' emotions that lead to prosocial consumer behavior but also the moderating effect of Companies' authenticity in the causal relationship between economic or social value of CSV and either gratitude or pride of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - The 9 hypotheses presenting the relationship among CSV, consumer's emotion and prosocial consumer behavior were proposed and tested in this study. Research data were collected from the surveying of 350 respondents over 20 years and the 340 samples were used to test the proposed hypotheses. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used for statistical analysis such as reliability test, validity test and path analysis. Results - The results show that the economic or social value of corporate CSV activities affects positively consumer's gratitude or pride except for the relationship between social value of CSV and consumer's pride. The results also show that gratitude or pride of consumers affects positively consumers' prosocial behavior. We also found that there is a moderating effect of Companies' authenticity in the causal relationship between economic or social value of CSV and either gratitude or pride of consumers. Conclusions - Company's activities in creating shared value influences consumer emotions and pride, and although these activities induce gratitude, this does not apply to pride. In addition, when these shared value activities influence consumer emotions, the authenticity of the company has shown to have a moderating effect.

The volume of money stock of Russia and the analyzed countries is much determined by external debt, GDP, the export, the import, and the international reserves. Hypothesis 2: The growth of money supply does not always give a positive effect in the development of the country, as well as a significant increase in the amount of money stock does not always lead to negative consequences. The monetary stock should be commensurate with the macroeconomic indicators of the state. Conclusions - The growth of the monetary stock does not always give a positive effect in the development of the country, as well as a significant increase in the amount of monetary stock not always lead to negative consequences.
Purpose - This study investigates the effect of MNEs' characteristics on the use of foreign currency denominated debt in the context of Korean firms. This study examines the relationship between MNEs and the use of foreign debt focusing on the accessibility to the capital market in addition to the motive of hedging against foreign exchange exposure. Research design and methodology - Probit estimation is employed for estimating significant factors in determination of the use of foreign debt by firms. The dependent variable is a dummy variable to indicate whether a firm uses foreign debt or not at the end of 2004. Independent variables include foreign subsidiaries ratio, export to sale, R&D expenditure to sale, and credit rating. Results - The results show that the interaction between the level of internationalization represented by intra-regional diversification and the strategic characteristics embedded in the region of entry affects the use of foreign debt. In case of a high level of diversification within the developing region with a strong pursuit of asset exploitation, MNEs are more likely to use foreign debt, whereas a high level of diversification within the developed region with a strong pursuit of asset seeking, MNEs are less likely to use foreign debt. Conclusions - The differences between MNEs in terms of intra-regional diversification, strategic orientation, and the accessibility to capital markets as well as the hedging motive affect the use of foreign debt.
