In a rapidly changing environment of international trade, the purpose of this study is to examine economic benefits and losses of each country involved in the negotiation on the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) in Northeast Asia and to prepare strategies for the negotiation in the FTA between Korea and China. Previous researches on FTA have been made mainly from the macroeconomic perspective. The approach in this study is a combination of regulatory, reviewing regulations, and economic making quantitative analysis of the economic effects of FTA, which are the basic background of FTA. In economic analysis, I estimated the macroscopic economic effects of FTA by examining the effects of FTA on the trade balance, GDP and production of focal countries through the Computable General Equilibrium(CGE) model using GTAP data set.

The power system automation, especially the substation automation is a major issue. so it has been widely studied each country in the world. Since the substation system includes lots of measuring devices. a lot of data and system information are transmitted to operators. The measured values usually have the error that results from the communication process, and it can degrade the reliability of estimated values. So. the detection and correction of measured values at a substation are important factors for substation automation. In this paper, we study the detection and col of measured values at the domestic 154kV/2 distribution substation of double bus structure study will be useful for expected economic dispatch measuring device's inspection and corr management by SCADA system operation, substation automation.

As Gyoto Agreement, the Climate Change Agreement, has become effective, total weight restriction on waste has started in each country and environment issue becomes one of the most important global issues. Therefore, environmental logistics became important matter, and industries need to establish production system for environmental conscious products and services. In this paper, we compare and analyze environmental conscious logistics activity(ECLA) that affect Carbon Dioxide Discharge(CDD) and packaging waste caused by logistics activity in Korea and Japan. We also propose the optimal alternative to the problem by this comparison and analysis.

Currently the indication method of the traffic signal light which is established in our country displays each "red, yellow, green" using the brightness LED signal light. In this paper, one LED circular arrangement replaces the Current indication method of the traffic signal light using two color LED. Also the blinking signal function of present time uses the MCU of AVR series and it is embodied with magnification and abridgment of the circular arrangement for recognizing easily far away. The signal light indication method which is proposed will be able to substitute the signal light of 3 colors with 1 signal light with economic profit presented the reform measure of energy efficiency improvement together.

The purpose of this study was to compare consumers' post acquisition behavior by analyzing the influence of familiarity of jeans, and pursued image. The data was collected by using survey, three stages of pre-tests, and main survey conducted in the U.S and Korea. A total of 520 participants from each country(260 males and 260 females) was used. The results of this study is as follows. Familiarity of jeans and pursued image of jeans wear were compared between Korean and American students. As a result, there was difference between the countries on familiarity that the U.S showed higher familiarity, frequence of wearing and owned quantity. Pursued image was consisted of unique factor and activity factor and Korean students showed higher score on pursuing individualistic image. The results of this study would provide marketing strategy for fashion marketers of global jean brands.

Recently, as the interest in environmental issues have increased around the world, the regulation on vehicle exhaust have been tightened in each country. To satisfy such tightened exhaust regulation, automotive manufactures are forced to equipped Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) at Diesel vehicles. If DPF is used for a long time, DPF regeneration should be performed. The objective of this study is to research on post injection for DPF regeneration. The result of the study was that it was desired that retarding post injection timing, lower load of engine and smaller the amount of main fuel injection, for DPF regeneration. Oil dilution was tended to increase as load was lower, amount of post injection was increased, and post injection timing was retarded.

There are a numerous number of mobile platforms so that content developers have difficulties of developing many versions of the same content by platforms. At present, each country becomes realizing the need of standardization, however, the progress of standardization is very slow because of the service providers and market flows. This paper investigates about the present state and standardization trend of mobile platform technologies so that it would help to lead the standardization process in the future.

In this study the formula of electro magnetic fields under 3-phase power lines with vertical or horizontal line-configurations were deduced and the effect of the earth was considered in the formula. Using the formula the electric field and the magnetic flux density under distribution and transmission lines constucted currently in our country were calculated and the components of each field were investigated with horizontal distance from tower and height above the earth.

The advanced country established the test standard (e.g., BS, EN) to measure the toxic gases quantitatively and, have applied to enhance the fire safety of railway car. We must also follow the procedures to use interior material for railway car as stated the Safety regulation for the urban railway car. Currently, various interior materials are used to obtain the fire safety of railway car. The amount of toxic gases moved into the FT-IR gas cell via sampling line from the ISO 5659 chamber using cone heater was measured and compared the results for each materials.

Emergency preparedness plan(EPP) is the systematic management of activities that involve a material degree of risk of loss or other damage to the surroundings(people, property and environment), and the boundary of accident recovery plan(ARP). The main purpose of the program is to provide a safety management system to each facility in order to enable to prevent accident and to control accident immediately. The EPP includes not only typical safety-related documentations such as material safety data sheet(MSDS), standard operation procedure(SOP), emergency response plan(ERP). EPP is established basis of the preliminary safety analysis involving risk identification, assessment and prevention plans. The program is also helpful for government or related agencies to control a number of accidents in small-scale companies in the whole country.
