The salt accumulation on the soil surface can be mathematically described. Although the movement of salts in soil solution is expressed in terms of mathematical model, which has certain limitations in practical application, except the exchangeable and absorbable state salts in soil solution. This model is illustrated by analyticl experiments in which evaporation from the bare soils, transpiration of plants and rainfall are required. Agreement between the model and the measured data was satisfactory, which validating the salt accumulation theory on the soil surface.

최근 의료산업에서는 동영상 구현이 가능한 직접 방식의 X-선 검측센서에서 X-ray 흡수효율이 좋은 반도체센서와 성숙된 기술. 본 연구에서는 non-alkali 기판에 evaporation 및 RF magnetron sputtering법으로 기판온도를 증가시키며 CdTe막을 증착하였다. 또한, RF magnetron sputtering을 이용하여 상온에서 증착한 CdTe막을 진공 및 대기 중에서 후열처리한 후 미세구조 변화를 관찰하였다.

We introduce the inline type mass production tool for the large size lighting OLEDs and flexible OLEDs. The manufacturing tool includes the linear belt source what is new concept for the organic deposition processes and the deposition operation combines directly to the encapsulation operation in a tool. The linear belt source evaporation in deposition processes is performed during the substrate transferring to innovatively improve the productivity in manufacturing.

Optical absorption properties of an orphous Se film due to interband electronic transitions are observed in the visible range by varying the folm thickness. Amorphous Se films were prepared by evaporation method. As the experimental results, it is found that optical energy gap is around 2.07(e V), and the optical constants depend on the film thickness, evaporation-deposition conditions, and incident photon energy.
