기업 경영의 최근 화두 중 하나는 ESG 경영일 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 해운기업의 ESG 활동 수준을 연구하는 것이다. 해운업은 투명성이 낮고, 호감도가 낮다고 알려져 있다(Yun, 2022). 세간에 알려진 소문 또는 정성적으로 연구된 해운기업의 ESG 활동 실태를 정량적 분석을 통해 객관적 사실과 부합하는지 검증한다. (사)한국ESG기준원에서 평가 및 공표하는 ESG 등급을 활용해 2010년부터 2022년까지 8,009개 기업-연도 KOSPI 상장기업을 대상으로 분석을 실시한다. 분석결과, 해운기업은 비 해운기업에 비해 ESG 활동 수준이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 ESG 활동에 관한 연구는 무수히 많이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 국내 해운기업의 사회적 책임 활동 또는 ESG 활동에 관한연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문은 국내 해운기업의 ESG 경영 실태를 정량적으로 분석한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 해운기업은 IMO 2020, IMO 2050 등 외부 규제에 의한 수동적인 ESG 활동이 아닌 선제적인 ESG 활동에 앞장서 이미지 개선, 경영실적 제고, 기업의 지속가능성을 높이려는 노력을 기울여야 한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to look at the current status and cases of ESG at home and abroad, and through this, seek ways to activate the ESG strategy of domestic SMEs and suggest a direction. Research design, data and methodology: This study examines the current status of ESG management at home and abroad and examples of companies through related literature on ESG management and performance. Through this, the strategic direction of ESG management of domestic SMEs was presented. Results: Compared to the government and major corporations, SMEs can be said to lack ESG management activities. ESG activities include environmental activities such as carbon neutrality, waste management, eco-friendly supply chain management, establishment of safety and health processes to improve workers' environment, expansion of governance to guarantee autonomy and profitability such as fair trade, protection of social and shareholder rights such as anti-corruption, etc. should be based on Therefore, there are difficulties in ESG activities of SMEs that lack funds and manpower. Conclusions: Compared to the government and major corporations, SMEs can be said to lack ESG management activities However, it will be possible to establish and implement ESG management strategies based on the strengths of SMEs and the characteristics of each company.

최근 기업의 지속가능한 성장을 이끄는 ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) 관리의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 기업과 일반 대중 간의 ESG에 대한 인식 차이를 실증적으로 밝히고, ESG 정책의 시행을 방해하는 부정적인 여론과 그 배경을 규명하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해, LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation) 토픽모델링, JST(Joint Sentiment Topic Modeling) 및 의미연결망분석 기법을 사용하여 지속가능경영보고서와 소셜미디어에서의 주요 키워드와 토픽, 그리고 그 연결관계를 분석하였다. 또한, ChatGPT를 활용하여, 텍스트마이닝 분석의 결과를 보완하였다. 분석 결과, 기업과 일반 대중 간 ESG에 대한 인식과 중요도에 상당한 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 기업들은 위기 관리, 투명한 지배구조, 윤리적 경영 등에 집중하여 신뢰를 구축하려 했으나, '그린워싱', '중대재해', '불매운동' 등과 같은 부정적 키워드가 자주 소셜네트워크에서 등장하여, 많은 대중들이 기업의 ESG 이슈 처리에 대해 의심하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 기업, 정부 기관, 고객 및 투자자를 위한 ESG 전략수립에 도움이 될 수 있는 가이드라인을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In recent years, ESG activities (Environment, Social and Governance) have been paid more and more attention by enterprises and their stakeholders in various countries. China is the largest developing country in the world. The ESG performance of Chinese listed enterprises helps to understand the shortcomings of their sustainable development ability and further enhance the firm value. Moreover, the interaction effect between green innovation investment and ESG activities is of great significance for enterprises to balance the resource allocation between the two factors in the future. Taking listed Chinese manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2020 as an example, this study investigates the influence of ESG activities on financial performance and non-financial performance, and tests the moderating role of green innovation. Our results show that: (1) ESG performance has a negative impact on financial performance; (2) ESG performance has a positive impact on non-financial performance; (3) Green innovation can positively adjust the negative impact of environmental activities on financial performance. However, it will enhance the negative impact of governance activities on financial performance. The interaction effect between green innovation and social activities on corporate financial performance is a substitution effect; (4) With the improvement of green innovation level, the positive impact of ESG overall performance and environmental performance on corporate reputation will also be suppressed.

최근 국내 외적으로 ESG(Environment, Society, Governance:환경, 사회, 지배구조)에 대해 기업 내부적으로나 국가 경쟁력 차원에서도 집중적으로 논의가 이루어지고 있을 뿐만 아니라, ESG 경영이 우리 인류의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 새로운 가치체계를 실질적으로 실천하는 개념으로 보고 있다. 2025년으로 예정된 환경·사회·지배구조(ESG)공시 의무화를 앞두고 있어서 기업의 입장에서는 상당한 부담감과 어려움이 가증되고 있는 것이 현실이라고 할 수 있다. 최근 해운과 항만 산업에 있어서 비재무적 경영 성과인 ESG 활동 중 친환경적인 활동이 고객인 선사에게 중요한 지표로 작용하고 있다. 특히 국회에서는 항만 등 대기질 관련법을 제정하고, 행정부인 해양수산부에서는 친환경 항만을 조성하기 위한 각종 지원책과 방안을 만들고 있다. 이에, 본 연구의 목적은 ESG 활성화를 위해서 ESG 보고서와 관련한 현황을 분석하고 관련 문제점 및 개선 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

Recently, in terms of the future education, the need of the software education according to the 4th industrial revolution and the need of the ESG(environmental, social and governance) education according to social requests for sustainability are increasing at the same time. There may be a number of ways to satisfy the needs at the same time. In this paper, as an effort for meaningful implementation of the future education, a case study on the ESG engineering education based on the software education for community youth was analyzed and a future development direction was suggested. This ESG engineering education deals with the development and application of the program considering terms of target, method and implementation in order to enhance its systematicity and using physical computing and upcycling methods and a collaborative education support system. To verify the education program, a survey is performed and analyzed. Through this, the basis of an software education-based ESG engineering education model was established.

ESG is the hottest topic in recent business management or business administration. In particular, with the release of the IPCC's 6th comprehensive report in 2023, environmental issues have been further raised around the world, and ESG management for sustainable and permanent companies is accelerating by improving social and governance structures, including the environment, and thereby enhancing corporate value. This case study is analyzed based on the theory of sustainable growth, creating shared value, and corporate social responsibility. This study focuses on the case of Samsung Biologics, which is pursuing sustainable growth and management through ESG management. Samsung Biologics is the first Korean company to win the "Terra Carta Seal" award, part of a sustainable market initiative to respond to climate change, and externally, it has acquired the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, acquired the KCGS ESG comprehensive evaluation A grade, acquired the CDP B grade, and acquired the EcoVadis Gold grade. It has joined the Sustainable Market Initiative launched by King Charles III since the World Economic Forum in 2020 to chair the Supply Chain. It has joined RE100, TCFD, and UN Global Compact to lead sustainable management through ESG activities. Therefore, we would like to take a practical approach to ESG management strategies for sustainable growth through the example of this company.

최근 소비자들은 환경, 사회, 지배구조 관련 정보를 확인하고 더 나은 사회적 가치와 환경 친화적인 제품을 선택하려는 경향이 증가되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GraphSAGE와 GAT를 결합한 모델인 MultiSAGE를 활용하여 최근 소비 트렌드인 가치소비에 맞추어 ESG 지표를 적용한 상품 추천 시스템을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 한국 ESG 기준원에서 수집한 2022년 1,033개 기업의 ESG 등급 데이터와 실제 N기업의 쇼핑의 상품 데이터를 Heterogeneous Graph 형식의 데이터로 바꾸는 데이터 처리 과정과 MultiSAGE를 적용하여 머신 러닝에 적용하고, 특정 상품을 입력하면 그 상품의 친환경 대체재를 추천해주는 추천 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현결과, 소비자들은 기업의 ESG지표를 적용한 제품을 쉽게 비교하여 구매할 수 있고, 이를 통해 사회적 가치와 환경친화적인 제품을 추천하는 시스템에 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose - Through multinational corporate ethics and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), various policy and strategic countermeasures for transparent management in the management and economic fields are presented. Research design, data, and methodology - A literature review is conducted to find important areas for transparent management and to summarize and present transparent management countermeasures based on simple brainstorming opinions from experts. Result - Issues facing transparent management are presented. In particular, multinational enterprises present cases involving prevention of transfer prices and tax avoidance in relation to Industry 4.0. Additionally, a plan is presented to establish a corruption-free economic system through the practice of ESG transparency, ethical management of social enterprises, and transparent management. Conclusion - According to the brainstorming opinions of experts, ESG management and ethical management should be the cornerstone of transparent management in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to institutionally supplement the imposition of digital taxes on fourth industrial companies.

스마트 항만은 IoT, 빅데이타, AI, 블록체인 등의 디지털 기술을 바탕으로 구축된 항만을 말하며, 항만의 유일한 생존 수단으로서 시·공간 및 자원의 낭비를 최소화하는 항만을 말한다. 지속가능성(Sustainability)이란 '인간이 삶의 터전으로 삼는 환경과 생태계 또는 공공으로 이용하는 자원 따위를 계속해서 사용할 수 있는 환경적 또는 경제, 사회적 특성'을 말하는 것으로 생태계가 환경 파괴 없이 현재의 다양성과 생산성을 미래에도 유지할 수 있도록 하는 '미래 유지가능성'의 의미를 담고 있다. 4차 산업 혁명을 맞이하여 전 세계적으로 스마트 항만 구축과 지속가능성에 대한 관심과 실현이 활발하게 진행되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 지속가능한 스마트 항만의 핵심요소인ESG(Enviornment, Social, Governance) 영역의 핵심 지표를 개발하고
