  • Fisheries cooperative requires dual characteristics in performing its original function. Economic characteristic as an business enterprise and democratic characteristic as cooperative entity need to complete its objectives and survive in the complex rapidly-changing environment. After IMF crisis, fisheries cooperative received enormous government's financial support and credit-business department is perfectly under government's control. Regional fisheries cooperative also faces business failure, therefore pure cooperative movement can't save the fisheries cooperative. Economic characteristic as an business enterprise is more emphasized than democratic characteristic as cooperative entity in recent years. The theory of corporate ownership and governance can be applied to explain the ownership and governance of fisheries cooperative because fisheries cooperative is now similar to an business enterprise. During the IMF crisis the board, the auditors and the minority shareholders in business enterprise were revealed to be powerless against the mighty influence of controlling shareholders. Unconstrained discretion exercised by those controlling shareholders not only led to the firms'insolvency, but also brought down the country's financial system. During the past few years, Korea has experienced many institutional changes regarding its corporate governance structure. The introduction of outside directors, the strengthening of minority shareholders' rights, and enhanced accounting transparency are achieved to improve the efficiency of economic system. Investors, including institutional and individual, also seem to be more aware of governance issues now. Credit-business department of fisheries cooperative is recommended to introduce the institutions same as the case of the corporate governance structure. Fisheries cooperative except economic and credit-business department requires other prescriptions because it is emphasized as democratic cooperative entity. But we should be careful to interpret the ownership and governance structure because they are products of nations, eras and organizations.

  • There have been in the history of western costume a few studies on men's headgear that cannot be the second to the women's headdress in terms of the gorgeousness and variety whereas the studies on women's hair styles and head dresses have frequently been carried out. Such varieties of the headgear in terms of forms and ornaments have still been found with various types. Thus, the study on the change in designs and details of headgear and the recreation of them may contribute to the utilization of the fashion in current vogue and the guidance of the creation for the new design. The aim of this study is to find such changes in the designs and the methods for the production of bonnets which have played important roles to emphasize external characteristics of costumes. As a result, this study may provide key materials for the development of new designs. As with the previous studies on the women's headdress and men's hat, the methodology of this study is to recreate bonnets based on the literature review and the portrait analysis. this study will cover the eras from the late fifteenth century to the mid sixteenth century when bonnets began to be produced. First, the characteristics of hair styles and bonnets are to be reviewed for the selection of bonnets to be recreated. Next step is to make a literature review on the form, materials, colors and ornaments used for bonnets. Finally, the patterns of bonnets is to be illustrated for the reproduction of selected bonnets. Materials to be used in this study for such a reproduction are velvets, silks and wools as presented in the literatures and ornaments to be used are similar to those captured in photos.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the academic achievements of these two eras with the content and performance of the bronze ware decorative patterns in the Song dynasty and age of the Minguo. We investigated the origins and developmental process of the bronze ware decorative pattern research in Chinese bronze research history and examined their academic value. Studying bronze ware is a scholarly study. In the past, research focused on classifying letters on bronze ware. However, research on bronze ware decorative patterns was neglected. Bronze ware decorative patterns are associated with archeology and mythology studies and provide important clues as to the imagination of ancient people. The study of bronze ware in China began with the Song dynasty. Since then, research on bronze ware has been revived in the Qing dynasty, although there has been no academic achievement regarding bronze ware decorative patterns. However, at the age of the Minguo, the achievements of bronze ware decorative patterns continued to follow the Song dynasty.

  • This paper is a study on the concept and methodology of documentation storytelling. After 'use of records' has emerged as a hot topic in the archivologic field, various methodologies are being sought for utilization. Storytelling is one of them. This study defines storytelling as a methodology for the utilization of records as 'documentation storytelling' and conceptualizes it as 'the totality of various discourses generated in the process of realizing the value of records as records'. This study introduces various theories such as archiving, storytelling, semiotics, and linguistics to establish the foundation of the theory of documentation storytelling. Archivology in the digital era ,conceived by the analog era, has the task of systematizing the academic trends of the two eras. One of the tasks is about documentation in the digital age. Documentation storytelling is also a theory required in the digital age. This study defines 'documentation' in the digital age as a variable and practical act, and defines the result of documentation as 'documentation storytelling', that is, 'a semiosis in which the value of records is constantly created'.
