남북한 전자상거래 추진에 따른 활성화 방안 -분쟁방지를 위한 사전조정 기능을 중심으로- (A Study to Promote the EC Collaboration of the South and North Korea based on the Preemptive Dispute Resolution Policies)

  • It has been talked about the responsibility of the South-North Korean e-market place(e-MP) collaboration project every you since 2003. However, the feasibility as the business has not been dealt with in detail due to the uncertain environment as well as the complicated procedures of the project. The research focuses on the workable mechanism of the South-North Korean E-Market Place collaboration project. The feasibility of the project results from the newly installed fiber telecommunication network as well as the 1 billion dollars of the trading volume between South and North Korea. The research analyzes on the capabilities as well as willingness of the South and North Korea for the e-MP, and concludes with two paradigms of the future tasks. First, the unified but step-wise structure should be made to promote the project by the political committee (South and North Korea EC Committee) and the economical administration body (South and North Korea EC Corporation). Second, the market-oriented resolution system such as South and North Korea Arbitration Body should be involved to create legal environment. Above all, the discussion should be on the main body of e-MP settlement to abolish the psychological as well as practical barriers to enter the South-North Korean electronic commerce.

포화 및 1:5 추출법으로 측정한 토양 염도간의 환산 계수 추정 (Estimation of Conversion Factors for Electrical Conductivities Measured by Saturation-Paste and 1:5 Water Extraction)

  • 토양전기전도도는 토양의 염분농도의 주요 지표인데 표준방법으로 토양포화침출액의 전기전도도를 측정하여 사용하고 있다. 그러나 많은 토양 염분농도 관련 자료들이 토양과 물의 1:5 희석법으로 측정하고 있으며 환산 계수를 곱하여 염분%로도 제시되고 있다. 따라서 포화침출액법과 1:5 희석법으로 측정하여 제시되어 있는 자료 및 염분%로 표시되어 있는 자료들을 상호비교하는 데 있어서 필요한 환산계수를 도출하였다. 우리나라 서남해안에 조성된 9개 간척지에서 토양시료 90점을 채취 분석하여 2가지 토성조건과 5수준의 염분농도 조건별로 환산계수를 산출하였다. 포화침출액법과 1:5 희석법간의 환산 회귀식은 미사 함량 50%이상인 토양의 경우 DF1:5=1.3624ln(ECe)+5.1386 ($r^2=0.37^{***}$) 이었고 미사 함량이 50%이하인 토양의 경우 DF1:5=1.9505ln(ECe)+5.3679 ($r^2=0.66^{***}$) 이었으며, 토성을 고려하지 않은 전체 토양의 경우에는 DF1:5=1.4001ln(ECe)+5.4865 ($r^2=0.51^{***}$) 이었다. 이들 관계식을 토대로 하여 EC1:5와 염분%로 제시된 자료들을 ECe로 환산할 수 있는 계수 DF1:5와 DF%를 산출하여 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is explore the changes of environment in terms of diffusion of EC and to present effective marketing strategies for Electronic Commerce Activation. This paper focuses on the customer management, Real-Time Responding, and market strategies in Electronic Commerce. EC(Electronic Commerce) that out of the evolution of Internet technology gets a corporation changes to survive in 21st century. So the corporation must set the strategy to fit a Internet focused society. This paper is focusing the analysing the difference between the e-marketing and traditional marketing and proposing the new strategical marketing mix. On the Electronic Commerce, the 6Cs of marketing - Contents, Community, Commerce, Connection, Communication, Customizing - are being played out quite differently than they normally are off-line. In conclusion, the change in Electronic Commerce environment results in (1) redefinition of customer group, (2) different marketing strategies to fit in Electronic Commerce environment, and (3) changes in customer management, promotion strategy, advertizing appeal.

  • Power Companies worldwide are undergoing tremendous change in the Automation issues. It becomes a worldwide trend that the power utilities focus their attention to the automation of their power plants and substation systems, employing recent advanced communication protocols. In this paper, we discuss the standard communication protocols which can be applied in the automation systems to help utilities reduce their operation and maintenance costs while at the same time meeting new requirements for communications to RTUs and intelligent electronic devices(IEDs). Especially, we introduce EC 61850 protocol which is developing for international standard by IEC.

  • 인터넷상에서의 전자상거래의 중용성과 복잡성이 증가함에 따라 상거래과정을 통해 소비바와 공급자 양쪽을 다 효율적으로 지원할수 있는 지능형 소프트웨어 에이전트에 대한 관심과 요구가 급속도가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 에이전트를 기반으로 한 지능형 전자상거래를 실현하기 위해서는 상품정보의 표준적 온토로지의확립. 메시지 교환 및 교섭을 위한 포로토콜의 정의와 중계기술의 기반기술을 바탕으로 다 중에이전트기반의 전자상거래시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 전자상거래를 위한 개방형 기반구조의 하나로 지능형 전자상거래시스템,. ICOMA를 제안한다. 구체적으로 6종류의 에이전트기반의 전자상거래시스템의 구보와 에이전트간 상호교섭 및 상호 통신을 위한 포로토콜, 개인적응형 상품검색 및 필터링 기능을 제안, 설계, 구현하였고, 실험을 통해 그 유효성을 확인하였다.

수도권 지역의 탄소 성분 에어로졸 측정 연구: KORUS-AQ 2016 캠페인 기간을 중심으로 (A Study of Carbonaceous Aerosols Measurement in Metropolitan Area Performed during KORUS-AQ 2016 Campaign)

  • Carbonaceous aerosols such as the equivalent black carbon (eBC), the elemental carbon (EC) and the organic carbon (OC) were monitored at the Seoul Olympic Park site ($37.521^{\circ}N$, $127.124^{\circ}E$) during the KORUS-AQ 2016 campaign using a Multi Angle Absorption Photometer (MAAP) and an OCEC Analyzer. Averaged mass concentrations of eBC, EC and OC were presented as $2.46{\pm}1.52{\mu}g/m^3$, $1.01{\pm}0.60{\mu}g/m^3$ and $4.85{\pm}2.60{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. OC/EC ratio and mass absorption cross-section (MAC) of light absorbing aerosols were calculated as 2.32 and $14.8m^2/g$, respectively. Diesel OC concentrations were estimated from a source profile of diesel vehicles as well. eBC mass concentrations measured from May $26^{th}$ to May $27^{th}$, 2016 showed 40% higher than averaged eBC mass concentrations during campaign period. $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations measured in this period were also higher than average $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations. High eBC concentrations were observed from May $29^{th}$ to May $31^{st}$, 2016 and from June $9^{th}$ to June $11^{th}$, 2016, possibly due to morning rush hour and the effect of temperature inversion at night. Diurnal variations of eBC, EC and Diesel OC showed a typical pattern of metropolitan area. In the weekend, however, diurnal variations of eBC, EC and Diesel OC mass concentrations were different from those measured in the weekday. It is expected that this study can help to understand the relationship between carbonaceous aerosols in a metropolitan area.

침엽수 인공림 계류수 수질의 계절변화 특성 (Seasonal Change Characteristics of Stream Water Quality in Planted Coniferous Forest)

  • 본 연구는 침엽수 인공림에서 산림 유역내 및 유역출구점에서 용존물질 농도의 특성을 밝혀보고자, 2005년부터 2007년까지 경기도 국립수목원 소재의 침엽수 시험림에서 pH, EC, 양이온, 음이온, 산중화능을 조사하였다. pH는 평균 6.87로 봄에 낮은 경향을 나타내는데, 수관층에 포집된 강하물의 영향으로 판단된다. EC는 평균 $58.4{\mu}S/cm$으로 강수량이 적은 봄에 이온의 양이 상대적으로 많아 계류수에서 높을 값을 나타냈다. 양이온과 음이온은 강우로 인해 봄과 가을철에 높게 나타났다. 다른 유역과의 수질 비교에서 EC는 강우량이 많은 여름철에 낮게 나타나는 경향을 보였으며, $NO_3{^-}$는 강하물 및 시업의 영향으로 계류수에서 높게 나타나는 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구대상유역의 경우, 계류수내 pH와 ANC가 일정 수준으로 유지되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This paper describes an intelligent system to automatic evaluation of eddy current(EC) signal for Inspection of steam generator(SG) tubes in nuclear power plant. Some features of the intelligent system design in the proposed system are : (1) separation of representation scheme ,or event capturing knowledge in EC signal and for structural inspection knowledge in SG tubes inspection; (2) each representation scheme is implemented in different methods, one is syntactic pattern grammar and the other is rule based production. This intelligent system also includes an data base system and an user interface system to support integration of the hybrid knowledge processing methods. The intelligent system based on the proposed concept is useful in simplifying the knowledge elicitation process of the rule based production system, and in increasing the performance in real time signal inspection application.

Estimating spatial distribution of water quality in landfill site

  • In this study, the performance of artificial neural network (ANN) models for estimating spatial distribution of water quality was evaluated using electric conductivity (EC) values in landfill site. For the ANN model development, feedforward neural networks and backpropagation algorithm with gradient descent method were used. In Test 1, the interpolation ability of the ANN model was evaluated. Results of the ANN model were more precise than those of the Kriging model. In Test 2, spatial distributions of EC values were predicted using precipitation data. Results seemed to be reasonable, however, they showed a limitation of ANN models in extrapolations.
