An electronic paper display was fabricated by injecting electronic ink, including white and black particles coated by positive and negative charge control agents (CCA), respectively, into closed cells surrounded by micro-barriers. These two types of charged, colored particles are easily damaged or their charging value can be changed by the injection process; therefore, the electrical and optical properties of the image panel fabricated by the injection method were estimated in this study. The active particle-loading method, proposed as a new electronic ink injection process, was applied, and the electro-optical properties of the resulting three-electrode-type e-paper image panel were analyzed. The reflection rate of the white image-panel fabricated with our new injection method was 24.7%, while that of the same panel fabricated with a previously reported injection method was 19.8%. In addition, the response time was improved by about five times compared to those reported in other publications.

We developed and subsequently characterized mouse monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against marine birnavirus (MABV). Eight hybridoma clones secreting mAbs against MABV were established. All eight mAbs (8G6, 11C3, 15E3, 17H6, 32A6, 35A7, 38B5, and 47E3) were reacted with viral protein 3 of MABV in MABV-infected CHSE-214, whereas, no reactivity was observed in normal CHSE-214 by western blot analysis. Moreover, these eight mAbs were strongly reacted with MABV, and no cross-reactivity has been observed against other five fish viruses (hirame rhabdovirus, infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus, nervous necrosis virus, spring viraemia of carp virus, and viral hemorrhagic septicemia virus), although five mAb (11C3, 15E3, 17H6, 32A6, and 38B5) reacted with both MABV and infectious pancreatic necrosis virus by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). These results indicate that the mAbs can be of value in MABV detection.

인터넷의 발전과 전자상거래의 대중화로 인해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 상품을 구매하는 고객들이 늘어나고 있다. 이로 인해 상품의 상세한 정보를 고객에게 제공하여 상품에 대한 흥미와 관심을 높일 필요가 있다. 그러나, 현재 대부분의 e-Catalog들은 상품의 정보를 단순한 텍스트나 이미지 중심으로 제공하고 있어서 상품에 대한 상세한 정보를 제공하는 데 한계를 지니고 있고 e-Catalog 저작자 또한 다양한 미디어 데이타를 이용하여 e-Catalog를 저작하기란 쉽지가 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 기존의 e-Catalog에서 주로 사용되던 텍스트 및 이미지 외에 오디오나 동영상과 같은 동적인 멀티미디어 데이타를 폭넓게 활용하는 e-Catalog 저작 도구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 XML의 한 응용 분야인 동기화 멀티미디어 통합 언어 SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language)을 이용하여 보다 진보된 e-Catalog를 쉽게 저작할 수 있는 e-Catalog 저작 방법 및 사례에 대해 기술한다.

In modern times, many IoT products are being used as all things and devices are connected to the Internet and IoT products become easily accessible through the network. For the convenience of users, IoT products can be remotely operated automatically without manual operation. Various research and development are underway to improve the convenience of users by using IoT products. However, since only the convenience of the users is pursued, in terms of security, there is a serious problem that exposes the user's personal information. This paper has proposed a method to apply $moir{\acute{e}}$ technology to IoT products in order to improve the performance of security, and a method to increase the safety of IoT products using user face authentication based on shadow $moir{\acute{e}}$ as a $moir{\acute{e}}$ phenomenon method, and the projection $moir{\acute{e}}$. When comparing the existing IoT products and IoT products applied with $moir{\acute{e}}$ technology, IoT products applied with $moir{\acute{e}}$ technology are safer in terms of security.

The strains 17E-042, 17E-039, and NC13-171 belong to Ascomycota and were isolated from soil collected from Sancheong-gun and Yeongam-gun, Korea. The strain 17E-042 produced white mycelial colonies that developed a sienna color with a round margin on potato dextrose agar (PDA), and the reverse side developed a light sienna color. Morphologically, this strain was similar to the strains of Arthrinium phragmites and A. hydei, but the shorter conidial size of the newly identified strain (17E-042) was distinct. The strain 17E-039 produced macroconidia that were pale yellow to orange-brown, elongated-ellipsoid to oblong, round at both ends, primarily straight but sometimes slightly curved, 0-septate, thin-walled, and filled with numerous droplets, having diameters of 20.4-34.3 × 8.0-12.0 ㎛. And the strain NC13-171 formed hyaline to light brown chlamydospores, solitary or in a chain. Multigene phylogenetic analyses were conducted using sequence data obtained from internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions, 28S rDNA large subunit (LSU), β-tubulin (TUB2), translation elongation factor 1-alpha (TEF1-α), and RNA polymerase II large subunit (RPB2) genes. The results of molecular phylogeny, the detailed descriptions and illustrations of each species strongly support our proposal that these strains from soil in Korea be designated as Arthrinium minutisporum sp. nov. and two new records of Pezicula neosporulosa and Acrocalymma pterocarpi.

Supply chain management is a practical vision of industrial information systems in the global competitive environments. In these environments, the linkage of business processes between enterprises which compose a supply chain should be constructed. In this study, we designed and developed supply chain management tools to provide collaborations between enterprises. The developed tools are designed to act as a coordinator for the suppliers and consumers in the supply chain.

이제 e-러닝은 전 세계적으로 21세기형 교육 패러다임으로 부상하였고 단순히 정보통신매체 기반의 학습개념을 넘어서 국가 인적자원 개발을 통한 경쟁력 강화의 핵심 동력이 되었다. 하지만 이러한 국가 차원의 지원과 급속한 확산 속도에 비해서 실제적으로 e-러닝을 이용하고 있는 이용자들에 대한 구체적인 이용현황 조사는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-러닝 경험이 있는 대학생들을 중심으로 이용현황을 직접 조사하여, 그 결과 나타난 여러 가지 문제점과 현실적인 대안을 제시하고 실제적인 e-러닝 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
