e러닝 성공 평가에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Measurement of e-Learning Success)

  • This study aims to investigate on measuring the success of e-Learning. For this purpose, we proposed a research model that consists of e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors as independent factors and e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction as mediators and tested it empirically based on the structural equation model. The empirical results showed that e-Learning contents quality, e-Learning system quality, sense of e-Learning community factors directly lead to e-Learning. The study also found that e-Learning contents quality, e-Lecturing quality, sense of e-Learning community factors bring about higher e-Learning satisfaction and that e-Learning satisfaction has a positive impact on e-Learning. Furthermore, the research discovered that both e-Learning and e-Learning satisfaction have a significant relationship with e-Learning net benefits. This research renders its theoretical contribution to analyzing a positive influence of sense of e-Learning community, a newly suggested variable added to the existing IS success model in this study, on e-Learning. From a practical view, the findings of this study can lead to improving the quality of e-Learning in today's era where the growth of e-Learning industry is quite noticeable.

Framework of micro level e-Learning quality dimensions

  • This study was to analyze important dimensions and its factors of micro level of e-learning determining the quality of e-learning. E-learning dimensions and their factors were identified and developed from the analytical review of related researches. From literature review and survey as well as expert interview, six categories of e-learning identified from this study were: 1) curriculum content, 2) usability, 3) instructional design, 4) evaluation -both process and results, 5) management, and 6) refinement and improvement. A total of thirty-seven factors determining the quality of the e-learning six categories were identified. The rank order and contribution rates for each categories and factors were calculated to explain how importantly they contribute to the quality of e-learning. Also three dimensions such as controlling the e-learning quality, e-learning fundamental dimension e-learning process dimension, and e-learning product dimension, were explained. This study suggests a useful guidance for e-learning quality and evaluation framework for better results.

도서관 E-Service 품질에 대한 소비자인식 결정요인에 대한 연구: Zeithaml과 Bitner모형을 중심으로 (A Study on the Customer Perceptions of Service Quality for Library E-Service: Based on Zeithaml & Bitner's Model)

  • 본 연구는 Zeithaml과 Bitner모형을 도서관 E-Service품질 연구를 위해 수정 제안하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌조사방법을 사용하였으며 연구결과 '환경적 품질'이 도서관 E-Service품질에 대한 소비자인식을 결정하는데 있어서 가장 중요한 요소임이 밝혀졌다. 이와 더불어 기존의 E-Service 관련연구와 사용성연구와의 비교 분석을 통해 도서관 E-Service를 위한 '환경적 품질'의 하부차원들을 제시하였다. 도서관 E-Service의 '환경적 품질'에 영향을 미치는 요소로서는 '기술적 요소에 대한 개인적 인식'과 '과거의 유사서비스 사용경험'이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 코로나19 발생으로 건강한 삶에 대한 소비자들의 생활패턴이 향상되면서 유통과정에서 신선식품의 품질관리에 대한 요구가 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 따라서 분 연구의 목적은 신선식품의 E-서비스품질이 고객만족과 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하여 E-서비스제공하는 기업에게 경영전략 의사결정에 연구자료를 제시한다. 연구방법은 E-서비스로 신선식품을 구매한 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사하는 방법을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위한 통계처리 방법은 소프트웨어 SPSS 23.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 E-서비스 품질이 좋을수록 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는것을 보이고 있고, E-서비스 품질과 재구매의도의 영향 관계에서 고객만족도는 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 신선식품에 대한 E-서비스가 제공 하는 고객 만족도와 재구매의도를 높이기 위해서는 신선식품의 신선도에 중점을 두고 안정한 물류서비스를 제공하며 간편하고 편리한 사이트를 이용할 수 있는 전반적인 시스템을 구축해야한다는 시사점을 제시한다.

  • The remarkable growth of the Internet since mid-l990s has expanded the e-learning market and brought the transformation of educational environments and methodology. It can be said that the e-learning has changed the educational paradigm. Korean government is firmly determined to support the diffusion of e-learning because of the benefits of e-learning. People seem to accept the e-learning when its contents have high quality. A lot of research have been conducted on e-learning, however, it was mostly about user's usage intention, satisfaction and educational effect. It can't seem that sufficient research efforts have been put into figuring out the role of e-learning contents quality in the expansion of e-learning. In this paper, we present the empirical study on the influence of e-learning contents quality on user's satisfaction and educational effect. We conducted an questionnaire survey on college students to collect data and found that the quality of e-learning contents has significant influence on the users' satisfaction.

Relevance of E- Learning and Quality Development in Higher Education

  • This is an extended paper explaining the role of E-learning and quality development in the current situation. Amid Covid:19, E-Learning has achieved a new miles stone in imparting education and all levels of institutions have transformed their learning platform from face to face to virtual learning. In this scenario E-Learning is facing two major challenges, first to ensure the ability of computer systems or software to exchange and make use of information on virtual platform (interoperability) and secondly, developing quality learning through e-Learning. To impart learning and teaching (L&T) through E-learning, Middle East University (MEU) has adopted Learning Management Services (LMS) through Blackboard. The university has three types of L&T methods; full online, Blended and Supportive. This research studies the concept, scope and dimensions of interoperability (InT) of E-Learning in MEU then the connection and interdependence between with quality development. In this paper we have described the support and the importance of finest standards and specifications for the objectives of InT of E-Learning and quality development in MEU. The research is based principally on secondary data observed from MEU E-Learning deanship. Also sample of 20 E-Learning experts at MEU were given closed ended as well as semi closed questionnaires for evaluating the assurance of InT of E-Learning and quality development. These experts are mainly certified online facilitators and admin staff. Results provide the verification of application and presence of InT of E-Learning and assured the quality development process in MEU.

소형병원의 e-서비스품질, 관계의 질, e-충성도의 영향관계 (Relationship among e-Service Quality, Relationship Quality, and e-Loyalty of Small Medical Clinic)

  • 코로나19 확산으로 개인의 비대면 활동이 증가함에 따라 의료정보를 얻기 위해 의료기관 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠 활용이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가설들을 검정하기 위해 구조방정식 분석을 실시한 결과, 소형병원 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠의 e-서비스품질의 모든 하위 요인들인 이용편리성, 보안성, 반응성, 디자인성, 의료정보제공성 요인은 관계의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 관계의 질은 e-충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한, 구조모형의 적합도는 χ2/df=2.021, NFI=.954, TLI=.969, CFI=.976, RMSEA=.046으로 모두 기준치를 상회하였다. 이와 같은 가설검정 결과를 통해 소형병원들은 웹사이트와 모바일 콘텐츠 운영에 있어 사용자들에게 빠르고 정확한 응답을 할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 통해 이용자들과의 관계의 질을 향상시키며, 또한 e-서비스품질과 관계의 질 향상을 통해 e-충성도를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 소형병원 이외에 대형병원에 대한 실증연구를 통해 비대면 의료정보 탐색에 대한 e-서비스품질을 더 명확히 측정할 수 있는 요인 및 측정변수 개발이 필요할 것이다.

  • 최근 급격히 확산된 광역 인프라를 기반으로 탄생된 e-Learning 은 학교에서의 교육혁신 및 사회에서의 인적자원개발을 위한 새로운 수단으로 각광받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 주요 핵심으로 등장하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 e-Learning 소프트웨어의 기반 기술의 특성을 분석하고 e-Learning 소프트웨어의 품질시험 및 평가를 위한 품질특성을 분석하여 e-Learning 소프트웨어 품질 평가모델을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 관련 국제 표준을 도입하여 e-Learning 소프트웨어에 대한 품질평가 체계를 확립하고 품질평가를 위한 평가모델을 개발하였다. 이를 통해, 품질평가를 효과적으로 수행하여 경쟁력 있는 e-Learning소프트웨어 제품의 개발을 촉진할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다.

  • By the developing of Internet. the environments of the company have rapidly been changed. Especially. managers in the Internet shoppingmall have been try to provide excellent e-Services to their customers. e-Service i~ defined comprised of all interactive services that are delivered on the Internet uSing advanced telecommunications. information, and multimedia technologies. but according to study of e-Satisfy. com[2000]. customer service through internet is still neither effective nor efficient and poor service will impact on company's profit but excellent service can improve their value and quality of the service or product. In order to customer-oriented e-Services. this study suggested the QFD linked with e-Service quality model for the Internet shoppingmall service system. which can help determine design characteristics being relevant to customer's e-Service quality requirements. this hybrid model have two stages. In the first stage. we do measure service quality and find priorities of service quality attribute by purchase process. and in the second stage. on the basis of priority of e-Service quality attributes, we find design characteristics to maximize customer satisfaction. From this study, we provide internet shoppingmall managers with the implications for improvement of service quality, measuring quality of e-service, providing design characteristics for customer-oriented service quality.

  • Many papers point out that the e-Learning is one of the most important industries, and the effect on other industries can be more powerful than any other business. Therefore, we think about social, cultural, industrial and technological effect of the e-Learning in order to enlarge industry scale as well as educational performances. In many cases of developed countries, various kinds of study have been performed for the e-Learning quality assurance because quality of the e-learning should operate on effective and efficient learning and continuous market development of education industries. The e-Learning quality assurance has import function not only for learning contents reusability like a SCORM and metadata but also for learning system, solution and service operation, so activities for the quality assurance should consider of cultural and tactical approach when it is applied in the e-learning business. In this paper, we present the concept, domain and purpose of the e-Learning quality assurance. Furthermore, this paper proposes the process and methodology in order to make the quality assurance standard model which is consist of 6 phase such as Environment Research, Needs Analysis, Framework, Metrics, Development and Implementation, Evaluation and Feedback through the analysis and comparison of pre-studied worldwide quality control, management and assurance documents.
