1990년 여름에서 가을동안 국립공원 내장산, 도립공원 장안산 및 전주와 전주근교의 만덕산에서 많은 외대버섯속을 채집하였다. 내장산 국립공원에서는 등산로를 따라서 군데군데 발달한 조릿대(일명 신호대) 숲의 죽림과 활엽수림에서 채집하였다. 장안산 도립공원에서는 역시 등산로의 조릿대 숲에서 채집하였으며 만덕산에서는 곰티재의 길가와 낙엽활엽수림에서 채집하였다. 이 외대버섯들을 동정한 결과 한국 미기록종으로 확인된 것은 다음과 같으며 이들에 대하여 한국 보통명을 신칭하였다. Entoloma quamodiscum(비듬외대버섯), E. nigroviolaceum var. nigroviolaceum(흑자색외대버섯아재비), E. subrhombisporum(연포자외대버섯아재비), E. spadix(이삭외대버섯), E. fumosialbum(흰연기외대버섯), E. peckianum(흠집외대버섯), E. strictius var. strictius(직립외대버섯아재비), E. albatum(흰배꼽외대버섯아재비).

This study was to analyze important dimensions and its factors of micro level of e-learning determining the quality of e-learning. E-learning dimensions and their factors were identified and developed from the analytical review of related researches. From literature review and survey as well as expert interview, six categories of e-learning identified from this study were: 1) curriculum content, 2) usability, 3) instructional design, 4) evaluation -both process and results, 5) management, and 6) refinement and improvement. A total of thirty-seven factors determining the quality of the e-learning six categories were identified. The rank order and contribution rates for each categories and factors were calculated to explain how importantly they contribute to the quality of e-learning. Also three dimensions such as controlling the e-learning quality, e-learning fundamental dimension e-learning process dimension, and e-learning product dimension, were explained. This study suggests a useful guidance for e-learning quality and evaluation framework for better results.

신경세포의 가지돌기 내 단백질합성은 필요한 단백질을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 이점을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 단백질합성인자 eIF4E와 그 억제 단백질인 eIF4EBP1의 발생단계별 표현을 배양한 해마신경세포를 면역 염색하여 조사하였다. eIF4E는 가지돌기에 점박이 모양으로 표현되었으며, 핵에는 표현되지 않았다. 그러나 eIF4EBP1는 가지돌기 뿐 아니라 발생초기(DIV 0.5)부터 핵에서 표현되었으며 성숙한 세포에서 핵에 더욱 뚜렷이 표현되었다. eIF4E 혹은 eIF4EBP1의 PSD95과의 colocalization은 $39.1{\pm}9.6%$ 및 $70.5{\pm}5.2%$ (DIV 7), $57.7{\pm}8.2%$ 및 $36.0{\pm}3.1%$ (DIV 10), $29.9{\pm}2.9%$ 및 $40.2{\pm}11.7%$ (DIV 20)이었다. eIF4E와 eIF4EBP1의 colocalizatin은 $18.5{\pm}2.6%$ (DIV 7), $11.1{\pm}3.9%$ (DIV 10), $38.6{\pm}5.6%$ (DIV 20)이었다. 이 결과는 eIF4E 및 eIF4EBP1의 많은 부분이 연접후에 위치하며, 발생초기에는 eIF4E가 활동적인 형태로 존재하지만, 성숙 신경세포에서는 eIF4EBP1과 결합하여 비활성적인 형태로 존재함을 의미한다.

There has been a significant paradigm shift in the book industry from print to digital, with the increased use of electronic books (e-books) on e-book readers. The major online booksellers and publishers are devoting their energies to the growth of the e-book market, resulting in an upward spiral in e-book usage, and a resultant increase in the number of downloaded e-books in an e-book reader library. However, there are comparatively few features for e-book management and search in most e-book reader libraries, particularly in smartphone environments. In addition, the user interfaces of e-book management in e-book readers are highly diverse, which has led to major usability issues. In this paper, we analyze user preferences for e-book management and search in the libraries of the five most commonly used e-readers for the Android smartphone platform via a questionnaire survey. Then, we suggest ideal alternatives in addition to user-friendly features based on user preferences for managing e-book libraries, to allow users to more easily browse collections, thereby enhancing the usability of e-book readers.

DRM(Digital Rights Management) is essential for the copy right protection of eBooks based on ePub 3.0 by IDPF. In this paper, we developed eBSS(eBook Service System) as ePub 3.0 builder and viewer system with DRM and proposed an efficient DRM method which improves the performance of contents generation, security and distribution system. The efficient application of DRM method to the eBook contents based on ePub 3.0 for smart phone is practically useful for eBook service system. It is very useful for the suggested eBSS with DRM method and strategy to apply easily and practically to the encryption and decryption of the eBook contents. Also, it is very efficient to generate the ePub 3.0 contents and to apply DRM method to it especially, by using practically this suggested ePub 3.0 builder system from the view point of the eBook content generation and its viewer such as eBook reader for user and eBook providers.

In this paper, using the E-convexity, we introduce the generalized E-KKM map, and next prove the generalized E-KKM theorem which generalizes the KKM theorem due to Fan [4]. As an application, a fixed point theorem in E-convex sets is given.

본 연구는 전문포털의 웹사이트 특성이 e- 신뢰의 두 가지 차원 ( 인지적 / 정서적 e- 신뢰 )과 e- 서비스 이용 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 전문포털의 웹사이트 특성은 기존연구를 토대로 보증적 요인, 구조적 요인, 정보적 요인, 오락적 요인, 플로우 요인으로 구성하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 웹사이트 특성 중 보증적 요인, 구조적 요인, 정보적 요인은 인지적 e- 신뢰 형성에 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서적 e- 신뢰의 형성에는 오락적 요인과 플로우 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지적 e- 신뢰와 정서적 e- 신뢰는 모두 e- 서비스 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 전문 포털사이트에서 e- 신뢰는 두 가지 하위차원으로 구성될 수 있으며, 웹사이트의 특성이 서로 다른 e- 신뢰 형성 경로를 통해, e- 서비스 이용만족에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 기존연구들은 e- 신뢰형성에 대해 주로 단일차원으로 접근하였으나, 본 연구를 통해 e- 신뢰 형성의 하위차원을 규명함으로써 e-신뢰구 축전략에 시사점이 될 것이다.
