Recently, many kinds of XML based application services are widely used in internet. And the markets for mathml editor are needed for the technology combined with other text editor. We are developing a system for MathML based browser and editor for the service of internet application. MathML based browser is applicable for e-book service and many kinds of document system. This system is composed of document editing module and displaying processing module. This system is useful for the processing of MathML tag by unexperienced users with MathML syntax. Users can edit the math tag's document with ease and efficiently. Based on XML, many parser functions are optimized for the speed of document processing. This system can afford to the development of internet world.

Text is the most widely used means of exchanging or expressing knowledge and information in the real world. Recently, researches on structuring unstructured text data for text analysis have been actively performed. One of the most representative document embedding method (i.e. doc2Vec) generates a single vector for each document using the whole corpus included in the document. This causes a limitation that the document vector is affected by not only core words but also other miscellaneous words. Additionally, the traditional document embedding algorithms map each document into only one vector. Therefore, it is not easy to represent a complex document with interdisciplinary subjects into a single vector properly by the traditional approach. In this paper, we introduce a multi-vector document embedding method to overcome these limitations of the traditional document embedding methods. After introducing the previous study on multi-vector document embedding, we visually analyze the effects of the multi-vector document embedding method. Firstly, the new method vectorizes the document using only predefined keywords instead of the entire words. Secondly, the new method decomposes various subjects included in the document and generates multiple vectors for each document. The experiments for about three thousands of academic papers revealed that the single vector-based traditional approach cannot properly map complex documents because of interference among subjects in each vector. With the multi-vector based method, we ascertained that the information and knowledge in complex documents can be represented more accurately by eliminating the interference among subjects.

This study designs and implements a new approach to the classification of e-mail requests from customer based on machine learning techniques. The work on building an electronic mall classifier can be cast into the framework of text classification, since an e-mail is a viewed as a document, and judgement of interest is viewed as a class level given to the e-mail document. It is also implemented an e-mall based automated response system that integrate with Call Center in a practical use.

Despite the social interest in eBook and its advantages, as a result of each industry using different document formats, it is difficult to exchange or share eBook contents. And this hindered the activation of eBook market. The U.S. and Japan have realized the importance of setting a standard for eBook document format and have established eBook standard with government agencies and related industries and in Korea, also, through Working Group for Standardization Committee of EBK, eBook industry standard, EBKS, was established. EBKS provides more advantages than HTML or PDF and the basic format is XML. The objective of EBKS is exact exchange of eBook content, reflection of characteristics of Korean publication environment, simplicity in creating, and convertibility with other standards. Meanwhile, in the DTD aspect, EBKS includes static document structure, extension mechanism, vertical writing, multi-column editing and reflection on the characteristics of Korean and proverbs. For exchanging style, content and style are separated using XSL-FO and XSL-FO is recommended for printing. Also, EBKS metadata is composed of do-metadata that does not use qualifier and x-metadata for extension to provide easiness in usage and ability to exchange and convert.

공인전자문서보관소는 전자기록의 진본성을 확인하고 보장하는 제도로서 법적인 보호 아래 보관되며, 전자기록 사항을 진정한 것으로 추정하고 전자기록의 내용이 변경되지 않았음을 입증한다. 그러나, 전자기록은 매체의존도가 높고 정보의 유실위험이 매우 높은 문제점을 가진다. 또한, 정보의 첨삭(첨부와 삭제)과 수정이 용이하기 때문에 전자기록의 진본성과 무결성에 대한 문제가 야기되고 있다. 현존하는 시스템에서는 다음과 같은 비효율성을 드러내고 있다. 원본성 보장을 위한 기존의 전자문서 암호화 방법은 하나의 대칭키로 전체 문서의 암호화 과정을 수행하며, 중간에 수정되어지는 정보가 발생시에는 해당 문서 전체 내용을 재스캔 및 재암호화 과정을 수행해야 한다. 이러한 비효율성을 극복하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 등록 요청된 전자문서에 대해 페이지의 연관성을 기반으로 하는 Link 정보를 이용하여 암호화하고 관리함으로써 해당 문서의 부분 정보 수정 요청시 발생하는 비용적 효율성을 극대화시켰으며, 키 관리의 복잡도를 증가시켜 정보 노출에 따른 문제점을 최소화함으로써 보안성을 향상시켰다.

A letter of credit transaction of the preexistence have been raising one's head fraud charge problem as a result of abusing the principles of independence and abstraction. Every society has certain rules and conventions which it regards as important and most of people in any society. The paper document means a document in a traditional paper form. The eUCP credit must specify the formats in which electronic records are to be presented. In these present times, the issuance of documentary credit are performed by the SWIFT(Society for Worldwide Inter bank Financial Telecommunication) system. The eUCP have been written to allow for presentation completely electronically or for a mixture of paper documents and electronic presentation. Presentation is deemed not to have been made if the Beneficiary's notice is not received. An electronic record that cannot be authenticated is deemed not to have been presented. The e-UCP is the supplement of current existing UCP but is superior to UCP under some circumstances. The document shall include an electronic record. The place for presentation of electronic records means an electronic address. The current e-UCP is not clear on this matter. We have to note followings in case of presenting the documents electronically and applying the e-UCP. There are three principles in the letter of credit transaction, that is to say, independence and abstraction, document dealing, strict compliance. IN the electronic letter of credit, these principles are called as independence and abstraction, electronic document dealing, strict compliance.

Construction bid documents contain various errors or discrepancies giving rise to uncertainties. The errors/discrepancies/ambiguities in the bid document, if not identified and clarified before the bid, may cause dispute and conflict between the contracting parties. Given the fact that bid document is a major resource in estimating construction costs, inaccurate information in bid document can result in over/under estimating. Thus, any questions from bidders related to the errors in the bid document should be clarified by employers before bid submission. This study aims to examine the pre-bid queries, i.e., pre-bid request for information (RFI), from state DoTs of the United States to investigate error types most frequently encountered in bid documents. For the study, around 200 pre-bids RFI were collected from state DoTs and were classified into several error types (e.g., coordination error, errors in drawings). The analysis of the data showed that errors in bill of quantities is the most frequent error in the bid documents followed by errors in drawing. The study findings addressed uncertainty types in construction bid documents that should be checked during a bid process, and, in a broader sense, it will contribute to advancing the construction management body of knowledge by clarifying and classifying bid risk factors at an early stage of construction projects.

기업 간 협업이 강조되면서 전자상거래 업무의 범위도 확대되고 있다. 전자상거래는 점차 초기의 주문처리 및 지불 업무에서 벗어나 기업의 가치 사슬 전반에 걸친 협업 프로세스로 확대되고 있다. 이러한 협력 이 원활하기 위해서는 해당 프로세스가 표준을 통해 충분히 지원되어 야 한다. 대표적 인 B2B 국제 표준의 하나인 로제타넷에서는 프로세스 확대를 지원하기 위하여 꾸준히 새 PIP(Partner Interface Process)을 개발하고 있다. 각 PIP들은 모두 기업 내$\cdot$외부의 단위 업무를 표준화한 것이므로, 큰 단위의 업무프로세스에는 여러 개의 PIP들을 유기적으로 연계해야만 한다. 그러나, 다중_PIP의 연계와 관련하여 참고할만한 가이드라인이나 표준 산출물이 제시되고 있지 많아 로제타넷 구현에 어려움을 주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컨텐츠 기반 문서 라우팅 시스템을 구현하고, 다중-PIP이 요구되는 로제타넷 e-Logistics 환경의 구축에 실제로 활용함으로써, 다중-PIP의 실행이 유연하게 지원될 수 있음을 보였다.
