The internet industry is gradually increasing according to the explosive explosion of internet and development of information communication industry. Specially, The payment method of settlement means is diversed with development of e-commerce. In this paper, we propose a settlement method using e-settlement in the network. and we suggest a security method for efficiency of e-money. Also, we propose a reform plan of e-settlement system.

Based on the perspective of international trade and cross-border e-commerce development, this paper explores the impact of cross-border e-commerce on international trade. This paper first describes the current situation of China's cross-border e-commerce and proposes a theoretical model of the influence of China's cross-border e-commerce on its international trade based on the research and summary of a large number of relevant documents. This paper establishes an extended gravity model based on the proposed theoretical model. Relevant data of 13 trading partner countries were used as sample data, and OLS regression analysis and heterogeneity analysis were conducted on gravity model by using Eviews 11.0. Then, in order to study the influence of each variable on import and export trade volume, import and export trade volume were respectively taken as explained variables and further studied by OLS regression analysis. To test the robustness of the model, the empirical analysis results show that cross-border e-commerce does promote the volume of China's international trade.

This paper proposes a link model that can provide the spacial position along the surface of the earth as an information or data using ePosition ID through the Internet. Moreover, to support the information service of maritime position, it needs the ENC linked technique based on S-57 that is an IHO transfer standard for digital hydrographic data. Therefore, it designs the linked model for applying and utilizing the ePosition technology with ENC data, as well as supplementing the base technology in applying them to marine related fields. As a study method, this paper first analyses ENC data model and structure, and converses for processing of ENC file to ePosition data. Finally, it derives the interconnection method with ePosition database and shows the ePosition service application based on the linked ENC data and its validity.

GIOVE-B is the second experimental Galileo satellite for the Galileo In-Orbit Validation, which was launched by a Soyuz/Fregat rocket departing from the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on 27 April and now operated successfully. This paper presents the results obtained from processing of the E5a signal transmitted from the GIOVE-B. The acquisition and tracking of the data and pilot channels are performed by the E5a software receiver implemented by ETRI. Moreover, the paper suggests the GIOVE-B E5a-I/E5a-Q secondary code, which is determined by analyzing the correlation output of the primary correlator using the primary code.

This paper is about the code that realizes the $e^N$-Method for boundary-layer transition prediction. The $e^N$-Method based on the linear stability theory is applied to predicting boundary-layer transition frequently. This paper deals with the construction of code, stability analysis and the calculation of N-factor. The results of transition prediction using the $e^N$-Method for flat plate/cone compressible boundary-layers are presented.

For the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$, if M={$\partial$}, the automorphism group $Aut_{non}$($F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$) and $Der_{non}$($F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$) of the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$ are found in the paper [12]. For M={${\partial}^n$}, we find $Aut_{non}$($F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$) and $Der_{non}$($F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$) of the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}{\chi}}]_M$ in this paper. We show that a derivation of some non-associative algebra is not inner.

This paper is a study on the model that measures economic values for the non-market properties of e-Business. For development of this model, first of all, we reviewed the properties of e-Business service, and looked around the relation between customer satisfaction and/or payment value and e-Business properties. In addition, we checked the method to measure economic values of these properties. This measurement method is the contingent valuation method which is a method of measuring the value of the environmental product. We modified it to adapt to the e-Business. Finally, in this paper, we proposed an economic value model which measures the value of willingness to pay(WTP) to our objectives. However, there could be some restrictions at the time when surveying empirically. Therefore, the succeeding study should be done in order to improve these restrictions some day.

Building trust assurance particularly in case of commercial practices in cyber space without physical contact is a very complex task to tackle. Several factors are interrelated in not necessarily technical but also societal dimensions over the entire process of e-commerce firm ex-ante through ex-post transactions. This paper attempts first to brief the substance of e-trust and examine the natuure of its complexity by using system dynamics simulation technique, followed by its current address and the future directions to move. A framework of 3 x 3 matrixes is deviaed and the key issues of e-trust are mapped into cross-cells of the table. The paper also includes some possible suggestions on the matter of trust assurance especially for B2C and B2B in policy wise and organizational perspective from the context of international collaboration.

This paper addresses the trends of e-Commerce systems. Most of the people around us might think that the e-Commerce system be saturated functionally and socially, and might be skeptic against the advancement of the e-Commerce system. But this paper analyzed the problems embedded in the current e-Commerce systems and compared those problems with IT trends to figure out possible functions in future e-Commerce systems.
