E-business might be characterized by open system through internet, fortification of relationship between the suppliers and customers in chain system of company, the collaboration among partners and the use of IT. For these characteristics, e-business companies are becoming to suffer such burdens as wide spread of global economy, industry deregulation, and the increasing number of new entrants. In this situation, e-business companies should maintain the flexible system to adapt fast changing environment. Information system planning has been the important research area for many years because of its strategic importance. Among various variables, organization and IS context have been researched for making successful ouput of ISP. In this paper, I studied the importance of flexibility in e-business environments. And further I examined the flexibility of IS, organization and ISP methodologies. The forthcoming paper, I expect to investigate the relationship between IS flexibility, organizational flexibility, ISP flexible methodologies and successful ISP.

This paper presents a distance perception model based around a moving camera, in the context of driving a self-guidance vehicle. Aligned images, by escape points, and acquired by a moving camera, present objects at different positions depending on its relative distance to camera. The objects that are farthest from the observer(the camera) gradually lose their alignment as the distance diminishes. With the current setup, this lack of alignment is noticeable up to a distance of 10 meters. In the paper, the results of real imagery tests are presented and discussed.

This paper defines measurement index items and weight of the index for the purpose of developing a performance measurement index that balancedly measures performance of B2B electronic commerce. The deductive research is used for the development of measurement index items and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method for the development of weight of the index. This paper has four performance measurement perspectives-finance, partners, business process and human resources, which based the existing researches of balanced performance measurement. This researchers developed eleven second level criteria and twenty-six indexes under four perspectives through the deductive method and expert interviews, weighted on the perspectives, criteria and indexes in accordance with the forms of e-marketplace-vertical and horizontal. As a result, the most important indexes are the maintenance of partners and the efficiency of operation process in the vertical e-marketplace. In the horizontal e-marketplace, the collection of partners, development and prediction processes are more important than other indexes.

The purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors for the successful implementation of e-business in the public sector. The paper reports on a case study of the 'Onbid' asset-management system developed by the Korean Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO). 'Onbid' system is an e-marketplace for trading in public assets, including the disposition by public sale of real estate. Through this case study, the paper: (i) explores the changes in organizational culture that are required for successful e-transformation in organizations of public sectors; and (ii) identifies the critical success factors for the implementation of e-business in the public sector.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the political discussion and the success conditions on the digital democracy and issues for introducing e-party of Korean parties, and to propose alternatives for solving these issues. To accomplish this purpose, this paper review actual conditions of the digital politics, analyze on results of e-party driving of Korean parties, review issues for introducing e-party of Korean parties, and propose alternatives for solving these issues. Proposed conditions on digital politics and e-party development will contribute to the prosperity of the Korean politics. In near future, an empirical study on the standpoints of voters politicians will be followed.

As the automated vehicle system evolves, electronic devices and control software installed in vehicles are increasing. Therefore, automated vehicle electrical and electronic system (E/E system) design for ensure system integration, software modularization, system reusability, and scalability at the design stage of the automated vehicle is actively studied. This paper introduces a design methodology for automated vehicle E/E systems that employs by using cyber-physical systems (CPS). An automated forklift system was designed to examine the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. This paper showed that the proposed CPS design methodology enables an effective development of automated E/E control systems. Compare to existing design methodologies, it provides higher reusability of individual modules and an easier way to integrate control system elements such as controllers, sensors, and actuators.

The paper is based on data collected from the Amazon website (specific in the Handmade's Category) to understand and analyze Vietnamese artisans' business context. Data analysis is also applied to determine the factors that bring success Handmade products and compare products of the same industry among competitors to find out potential products. By collecting data from Amazon and analyzing the data, we extracted useful information for online business developers. Besides, the list of potential products in Handmade sector can be referred to improve the business and compete with competitors. This paper also proposes solutions to help Vietnamese products become more appealing to international customers on the Amazon website.

A comprehensive electronic trade portal such as the electronic bills of lading, e-negotiations and so on, is developed by the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy and International Trade Association and serviced by KTNET. The portal, so called u-TradeHub, formally started to provide its services on 22nd May, 2009. If the shipper issues electronic bills of lading, the negotiating bank examines it through the established e-Nego system. However, the issuing bank overseas cannot examine the electronic bills of lading, because any interactive system does not exist. So, after the e-Nego, the electronic bills of lading gets automatically transformed into the paper-type electronic bills of lading and issuing bank examine paper B/L. In process of examining documents, the beneficiary using electronic means in letter of credit transactions may face some risks such as the corruption to the electronic bill of lading after its issuance by the carrier, the corruption after e-Nego and the corruption after the presentation to the issuing bank. In this paper, we studied the problems on corruptions to occur in the middle of the examination process of the electronic bills of lading and suggestions how to solve them are discussed.

Because of the cases of Japanese Encephalitis(J.E.) were reported every year in Korea. We, Dong-A Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., produced J.E. virus vaccine, with lower price, since 1970 in order to prevent ourselves from being infected by the disease. And inoculated the J.E. virus vaccine for the children with a great success. We are going to report several questions which brought about in producing the J.E. virus vaccine by alcohol precipitation, protamine sulfate treatment method. The results obtained were as folows ; 1) In process treated with 40% alcohol, we used to ethanol made in Germany, but it was too expensive to use it. As the result which we had studied about it, we were satisfied with J.E. virus vaccine which produced with alcohol made in Korea, and then, we treated with accurate specific gravity of 40% ethanol for the precipitation of the virus. And also, we knew that it was the best method to be treated it for 3hrs, $13^{\circ}C$. 2) When we treated with protamine sulfate (0.025mg/ml), we acquired the highest potent titer, and suited into purpose for the nitrogen concentration. 3) The filtration of the purified J.E. virus vaccine, in case of millipore filter paper of large pore size was not suitable for the sterility. Therefore the pore size less than 0.8.$\mu$ (AA filter paper) in millipore filter paper was very suitable. But it seemed to be important subhects that the smaller was the pore size, the lower was the potent titer.

The purpose of this paper is to give information on e-CPC implementation in the manufacturing industry by studying and analyzing a small and medium sized manufacturing company. After analyzing Various factors on J's e-CPC implementation such as environmental factors, process management factor, and result factors, success factors on J's e-CPC implementation are analyzed. The results of this paper can be summarized as follows. First, the most leading role on J's ERP implementation is the will and support of CEO and team leaders. They led the implementation to be stability successfully by settling the different opinions among teams, showing their ability on process decision and communication with consultants. Second, J tried to prompt system stability by mapping out and conducting the long term change management strategy. Third, J organized ERP project team to implement ERP quickly, and it turned out to be successful Finally, J tried to get outside information from consultants and collaborative companies that have experience in implementing ERP. Especially J made full use of overseas consultants. In respect that this paper giver lots of information on e-CPC implementation in manufacturing industry by a case study of a small and medium sized manufacturing company which has not been carried out so far, it would be useful enough.
