The present paper examines the effect of "community of learning" factors as well as learning and contextual factors on the e-learning performance empirically. The concept of community of learning, which was derived from community of practice, has not been emphasized in previous studies on e-learning. Data were collected from 226 people who had experienced e-learning and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results are as follows; First, learning motivation and appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on learner's satisfaction. Whereas, learning motivation, appropriateness of learning contents, ease of system use, knowledge sharing, and activated communication are appeared to affect the ability of performing tasks significantly.

New information technology contributes to raising of business productivity in many construction companies. The application of construction integrated management system is expected to save the time of decision-making in business management and shorten the closing account schedule. Construction Integrated Management System based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system allows to control core business procedure by monitoring technique on real-time. In this paper, we achieves 10％ raise up business productivity in site business area, and 30％ raise up business productivity in head of nce business area by means of DW-CIMS (Daewoo Construction Integrated Management System)

This study aims at the estimation of a river management flow in urban basin analyzing Sinchun basin to be the tributary of Kumho river basin. The river management flow has to satisfy a low flow as natural flow and an environmental preservation flow estimated by a dilution flow to satisfy a target water quality in drought flow. Therefore for the estimation of a river management flow in Sinchun in this study, first Tank model as a basin runoff model estimates a low flow, a drought flow from a flow duration curve in Sinchun, second QUAL2E model as water quality model simulates water quality in Sinchun and estimates environmental preservation flow to satisfy a target water qua%its, BOD 8 mg/l by a dilution flow derived from Kumho river, Nakdong river and around water. And the river management flow is estimated by addition of a use flow and a loss flow to more flow between a low-flow and an environmental preservation flow.

Today, IT governance has also become a subject of attention along with recent technologies such as ITSM (IT Service Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Compliance. At the national level, the market is fairly recent. and therefore, lacks detailed research in the field. Models specifically related to EIM has not yet been presented to this day, hence, firms that are considering EIM as a potential part of their information management system may fall into a state of disorder in the process of its implementation. To this end, this research attempts to construct an IT governance model for EIM based on existing models, surveys and interviews. In particular, E-discovery has been applied as means of protecting information assets and its use as evidence. In addition, by applying the research model to a particular global firm and then assessing its documentation management system, the overall feasibility of the research model has been tested.

본 연구는 E-ARK(European Archival Records and Knowledge Preservation)를 기반으로 한 디지털 아카이빙 모델을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 디지털 아카이빙 관련 국제 표준과 기술 사항을 분석하여 디지털 아카이브의 핵심 기능 영역을 도출하고 기능 모델 구축에 필요한 기술, 정보패키지와 메타데이터 구현을 위한 요구사항을 파악하였다. 디지털 아카이브의 전반적인 프로세스를 고려하여 정보패키지 구성에 있어서 상호운용성을 확보할 수 있는 디지털 아카이빙 모델을 제안하였다.

This paper considers the development of e-learning training program for the six sigma green belt. Comparative studies of existing e-learning programs are performed and a new one is proposed. A catapult simulator is developed and the automatic grading function which immediately computes the result of the catapult simulation and gives feedback to the trainees is presented. An illustrative example is also given.

This article examines the features of improving the public management of the market of medical and social services using information technology to improve the efficiency of public activity in modern conditions. The interpretation of the essence of the categories "information technologies" and "information support" is analyzed. The importance of the organization of information support of public authorities in the insurance of the state apparatus of information management for the adoption and solution of state issues of the market of medical and social services has been studied. Issues and system of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services are considered. The stages of the ICT implementation process in the market of medical and social services are described. The tools of state regulation in the market of medical and social services and the introduction of targeted programs for the development of the social sphere and health care are highlighted. Recommendations for improvement are formulated public management of the market of medical services and social way introduction of ICT tools, which provide for the implementation of a set of measures aimed at intellectualizing the entire system public data management spheres. The necessity of development of innovative tools of public management of the market of medical and social services of Ukraine for the purpose of working out of strategies of increase of quality of medical and social services in the XXI century is substantiated. A number of benefits from the implementation of an effective process of application of information support of public management of the market of medical and social services to ensure the efficiency of public authorities of Ukraine. It is proposed to create a "Department of information support of self-government" and electronic health care system (e-Health) to improve the management decision-making process, which will provide an opportunity to accumulate, process, analyze, and as a result, get the expected effect in the form of balanced management decisions by public authorities of Ukraine.

본 연구는 온라인 판매자에 대한 위험지각이 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 관계에 구전정보의 시각적 단서가 어떠한 조절효과를 미치는가를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 시행되었다. 본 연구는 긍정 혹은 부정적으로 나뉜 구전정보에 따라 시각단서의 조절효과 방향이 다를 것이라는 가설하에 2(위험지각: 고 vs. 저) X 2(시각적 단서: 유 vs. 무)의 두 실험연구가 진행되었다. 첫 번째 연구결과(n=123), 긍정적 구전정보에서의 시각적 단서는 위험지각이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 부정적 영향을 줄여주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만 두 번째 연구결과(n=122), 부정적 구전정보에서의 시각적 단서는 위험지각이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 더욱 강화해주는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구결과는 온라인 구전정보의 시각적 단서가 소비자 의사결정에 설득력을 높여줌을 시사하였다. 또한, 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 온라인 판매자에 대한 소비자의 위험지각이 높은 경우, 긍정적 부정적 구전정보의 시각단서를 어떻게 전략적으로 활용할 수 있을지에 대한 실무적 함의를 논의하였다.

최근 국내 전자상거래시장은 산업전반에 전자상거래의 확산을 통해 괄목할 만한 성장을 이루고 있다. 그럼에도 우리 중소기업의 전자상거래 활용 비율은 매우 저조한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이렇게 중소기업의 B2B 전자상거래시장 참여율이 저조한 이유는 다양한 원인이 있을 수 있으나, 중소기업이 참여하는 B2B 전자상거래시장의 특성을 고려한 실증적 성과 측정 및 평가의 부재도 주요한 원인으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 B2B 전자상거래 참여기업이라면 대부분 활용경험이 있는 공적신용보증기관이 e-Marketplace와 연계하여 제공하고 있는 전자상거래 보증 이용기업을 대상으로 B2B 전자상거래 활용효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통하여 도출한 14개 재무관련 항목을 이용하여 재무적 관점에서 경영성과 분석 및 가설검증을 진행하였다. 본 연구결과를 통한 시사점은 B2B 전자상거래 보증 이용기업의 재무적 관점의 실증적 성과분석이 향후 B2B 전자상거래 보증의 활성화를 위한 정책수립의 기초자료로 활용되어 중소기업의 전자상거래 확대 지원을 통해 안정적인 비즈니스 환경을 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 국내적으로 e-Book 산업에 대한 성장 전망을 실현화하기 위한 노력은 끊임없이 진보되어 왔다. e-Book의 경우 정보 시스템 영역에서 가치 시스템을 구현하고 있음에도 불구하고, e-Book을 정보 시스템 영역으로 확장하여 사용자 입장에서 성공 메커니즘을 살펴본 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Book의 성공 모형을 제안하고 평가를 수행하였다. 전체 241명의 e-Book 사용자들로부터 자료를 수집하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 모든 구성개념들의 관계가 유의적으로 도출됨으로써 e-Book의 연구 영역을 정보 시스템 연구 영역으로 확장할 수 있는 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 아울러 경로별 멀티그룹 구조모형 분석을 통해 개인의 지각된 효용 차이에 따라 e-Book의 성공 요소들이 서로 상이하게 영향력을 행사함을 밝힘으로써 e-Book 시장을 활성화 할 수 있는 실무적인 시사점을 논의하였다.
