The present study aims to evolve the value cycle of e-business through value co-creation during the Coronavirus pandemic. The population of the study is experts consisting of university professors in the fields of marketing management, e-commerce, and managers of organizations and companies in Iran. Using the snowball sampling method, 50 of them were selected as the sample. This study employs the factor analysis method and structural equation modeling (SEM) approach for identification of the factors. The findings of this study reveal that 10 factors affect the evolution of the value chain into the value cycle, including customer relationship management, e-literacy, value co-creation, e-readiness, and integrated value creation, the logic of service dominance, shared value creation, virtual culture, e-trust, and network economics. Despite the difficulties that COVID-19 has created for businesses worldwide, the evolution of the e-business value cycle through value co-creation in the Coronavirus pandemic can be considered as a positive aspect of the pandemic. In fact, with more pandemics and more customers turning to e-businesses due to the co-creation of customer value, e-businesses can cover their weaknesses and improve their strengths by engaging customers and receiving their feedback, thus transforming their value chain into the value cycle.

Many studies have suggested that e-commerce value creation potential depends on four interdependent factors Lock-In, Complementarity, Efficiency, and Novelty. In order to survive in the recent fierce competition, companies have also secured e-Trust that strengthens long-term business relationships by reducing consumer uncertainty. This study, while analyzing the value creation factors (Lock-in, Complementarity, Efficiency, Novelty, e-Trust) of recent e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies from the point of view of purchase intention, customer value (Functional value, Emotional value, Social value) We present an academic proposition that can also examine the mediating effect of value). First, through previous studies on value-based strategy and value creation in e-commerce, various discussions on the theoretical background necessary for effective value-based strategy establishment and strategy execution of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies were reviewed. Second, it provides academic discussion and practical implications by presenting academic propositions on the value creation factors of e-commerce (online shopping mall) companies, purchase intentions, and customer value, and confirming the basis through empirical analysis.
The investigation were carried out the 37 patient with cerebrovascular accidents who had been treated in Oriental Medical Hospital in Kyung Hee University and in KangNam Uy Lim, and the 10 examinees who had been worked in Medical Hospital in Kyung Hee University. The consitution which had discriminated by survey, which had discriminated by study on the morphological diagrammings, which had discriminated by the result of the impatient of hospital on a dosage of constitutial prescription. The Prostaglandin E2 in blood for 47 persons (37 patients & 10 examinees) was measured. The following results were obtained. 1.In the constitution which had discriminated by survey, in the value of Prostaglandin E2 in bood of ammong four constitutiens didn,t showed significant differance. 2.In the constitution which had discriminated by study on the morphological diagrammings, in the value of Prostaglandin E2 in bood of ammong four constitutiens didn,t showed significant differance. 3.In the constitution which had discriminated by the result of patient of hospital on a dosage of constitutial prescription, the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of among four constitutions didn,nt showed signicant differance. 4.In the constitution which had discriminated by colligated three methods(survey, morphological diagrammings,the result of patient of hospital on a dosage of constitutial prescription), the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of ammong four constituion didn,t showed significant differnce. 5.In the constitution which had discriminated by survey, a test of significance between the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of each constitution and the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of the others was conducted. Only the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood between in the TAE-EUM-IN(太陰人) and the others of female showed significant differance. 6.In the constitution which had discriminated by study on the morphological diagrammings,a test of significance between the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of each constitution and the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of the others was conducted. Only the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood between in the SO-EUM-IN(少陰人) and the others of male showed significant differance. 7.In the constitution whichhad discriminated by the result of patient of hospital on a dosage of constitutial prescription,a test of significance between the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of each constitution and the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of the others was conducted. Only the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood between in the TAE-EUM-IN(太陰人) and the others of male showed significant differance. 8.In the constitution which had discriminated was the colligated three methods(survey,morphological diagrammings,the result of patient of hospital on a dosage of constitutial prescription),a test of significance between the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of each constitution and the value of Prostaglandin E2 in blood of the others didn,t showed significant differnce. In this connected study is inadequete at present. But if the study is done persistently,the analysis of various ingredient in the body enables objectification in differentiation of four types of physical constitution as the supplemental method.
Purpose: This comprehensive study delves into the intricate relationship between customer engagement, perceived risk, and perceived value within China's burgeoning e-commerce livestreaming sector. It focuses on how different customer engagement types in livestreaming influence their perception of value and risk. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Adopting a convenience sampling approach, this research scrutinizes data collected from 852 consumers actively involved in e-commerce livestreaming shopping. Participants provided their insights through a meticulously designed questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling helped examine the interplay between customer engagement, perceived risk, and value. Results: Significant impacts of customer engagement on perceived value and risk were found. Observation-based, conversation-based, and action-based engagements enhance perceived risk, while conversation-based and action-based engagement reduce perceived risk. Interestingly, observation-based engagement did not significantly affect perceived risk. The study also uncovered that perceived risk negatively impacts perceived value. Conclusions: The research offers insights into customer behavior and value creation in e-commerce livestreaming. It underscores how different engagement types affect perceived value and risk, aiding e-commerce platforms and businesses in strategy development to improve customer experience and minimize risks, enhancing perceived value in this dynamic sector. Enhances understanding of customer engagement dynamics in China's e-commerce livestreaming, guiding strategic development.
Recently, many e-business companies started to charge fees to the use of information contents service. However, little is known about how users evaluate and determine to purchase information services. Past technology adoption research has focused primarily on the positive utility gains side, focusing on usefulness and ease of use. Purchase of e-service, however, involves not only the position utilities but also negative utilities. This research uses the service value model(SVM) and explains user's intention of purchasing a new information service. Based on the Perceived Value Framework, this research investigates the impacts of the service quality and the fee charge on the user's perceived service value and further on user's intention of adopting the e-service. One of the most important postulations of this research is that both service quality and the fee charge influence user's intention through affecting the user's perceived service value. This research presences a conceptual model of users' e-service evaluation process. The conceptual framework provides a basis for understanding how perceptions of quality and sacrifice influence value perceptions and purchase intentions. The results of an empirical research suggest that the both service quality and fee charge have influences on the perceived service value. However, they do not directly affect user's intention to purchase the e-service. They affect user's intention to purchase through affecting the perceived service value. In conclusion, this research provides a base to build on for other research studying use intention model of new e-service.
This study analyzes the various roles of social value in the consumption value model in China's mobile e-commerce environment. This is because customers in the Confucian culture area are highly influenced by others in their consumption behavior. However, there has been no consideration of these opinions in the consumption value model. In particular, it was analyzed whether social value has a moderated mediation effects in the path of economic value on customer loyalty. As a result of analyzing 228 pieces of data collected in China, it was found that the economic value is increasing customer loyalty through the entrance of shopping malls, and this indirect effect is affected by social value, and there was a moderated mediation effect. This study is theoretically meaningful in that it is newly elucidating the role of social value in the consumption value model.
Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the utility and sacrifice factors of paid membership in domestic e-commerce based on the value-based acceptance model, and to determine its impact on perceived value and intention to continue using e-commerce. Design/methodology/approach This study confirmed the perceived benefits and sacrifice factors of e-commerce paid membership through in-depth interviews, and verified the research model through an online survey. Findings The study identifies seven perceived benefit factors(differentiation, enjoyment, sharing, point benefit, discount benefit, contents benefit, and delivery benefit) and three perceived sacrifice factors(fee, opportunity loss, complexity). Structural model verification reveals that discount benefit, delivery benefit, and opportunity loss significantly impact the perceived value in Coupang Rocket Wow, while discount benefit, point benefit, and fee significantly influence the perceived value in Naver Plus membership. The perceived value of both memberships positively influences the intention to continue using the respective e-commerce platforms. A comparison highlights a significant difference in the impact of opportunity loss on perceived value between Coupang Rocket Wow and Naver Plus memberships.

With the growth of e-commerce banks make the best use of internet banking which can provide all sorts of financial services in cyber space and satisfy customers beyond traditional banking services which are cash reserve and loan based on retail. For survival of internet banking high quality of service should be provided to customers. For this, the attributes of service quality in internet banking should be identified first. The studies on scale of service quality in internet banking have been divided into two ways. While traditional way has focused on SERVQUAL, several researchers have developed scale of e-service quality. However, the dimension of e-service quality is applied from the traditional dimension of service quality. In this paper five dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy based on SERVQUAL are used as scale of service quality in internet banking through reviewing previous studies. In addition, because service value is correlated to service quality, the dimensions of service quality can affect e-service value. The positive relationship among e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in online or offline service has been identified by previous studies. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among service quality, e-service value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in internet banking. SPSS 12.0 is used to test validity and reliability of questionnaire items and correlation of variables and AMOS 4.0 is used to test the hypotheses. The results of this study show that the responsiveness, assurance, and empathy factors of service quality have a positive effect on service value and that the tangible and assurance factors have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. It also shows that e-service value affects positively customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects positively customer loyalty. Therefore, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and value of internet banking should be improved through reinforcing customers' trust in internet service quality.
Purpose: In the context of fresh food e-commerce, this study investigates the intermediary mechanisms between last-mile logistics service quality (LMLSQ) and customer loyalty. Utilizing the Quality-Value-Loyalty chain as a framework, it focuses on how perceived functional and emotional value mediate this relationship. Research design, data and methodology: Data was gathered through questionnaires from Chinese customers who purchased fresh products from fresh food e-commerce platforms which provide self-delivery services. Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine the proposed hypotheses after confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) revealed the validity and reliability of the data. Results: The findings reveal that condition quality and personnel contact quality positively influence both functional and emotional value, which, in turn, significantly impact customer loyalty. Timeliness quality, however, does not significantly affect functional or emotional value, indicating its limited impact on customer loyalty. Conclusions: The study confirms that improving condition quality and personnel contact quality significantly boosts customer loyalty by enhancing perceived functional and emotional value. The findings highlight the importance for fresh food e-commerce platforms to offer high-quality, reliable, and emotionally satisfying LMLSQ. The results offer practical insights for e-commerce platforms to focus on specific service quality dimensions to foster customer loyalty and contribute to the theoretical understanding of the quality-value-loyalty framework.
This paper is a study on the model that measures economic values for the non-market properties of e-Business. For development of this model, first of all, we reviewed the properties of e-Business service, and looked around the relation between customer satisfaction and/or payment value and e-Business properties. In addition, we checked the method to measure economic values of these properties. This measurement method is the contingent valuation method which is a method of measuring the value of the environmental product. We modified it to adapt to the e-Business. Finally, in this paper, we proposed an economic value model which measures the value of willingness to pay(WTP) to our objectives. However, there could be some restrictions at the time when surveying empirically. Therefore, the succeeding study should be done in order to improve these restrictions some day.
