궤도구조를 고려한 철도교량의 동적거동 분석 (Dynamic Behavior Analysis of Railway Bridge considering Track Stiffness)

  • This study is objected by analyzing whether it is applied to the analysis model considering the track stiffness or not when the railway bridge is designed or reviewed for the dynamic stability. It is performed that the analysis model is verified by comparing the field test result with the analysis result. Also, The dynamic response of railway bridge through the existing analysis model is compared with the analysis model considered the track stiffness. In addition, it is performed by analyzing the model considering the stiffness of concrete track. Therefore, this study is suggested that the design of railway bridge apply to the existing analysis model considering the mass of track and the dynamic stability review of railway bridge apply to it considered the stiffness & mass of track. Also, it is suggested that the stiffness of concrete slab on the bridge must consider when it is designed or checked over the dynamic stability.

원심 모형 시험을 위한 동적 현장 지반 모사 기법 연구(대만 화련 지반) (Simulation of Dynamic in-situ Soil Properties for the Centrifuge Test (Hualien Site in Taiwan))

  • 본 연구는 원심 모형 시험을 위한 동적 현장 지반의 모사 기법을 제안하였다. 현장지반 모사를 위해서 현장 지반의 층상 구조 및 전단파 속도 주상도에 대한 자료를 바탕으로 모형시료를 조성하고, 구속압 별 공진주 시험을 수행하였다. 그리고 공진주 시험을 통하여 지반의 특성계수와 구속압 영향계수를 구하고, 모형 지반의 전단파 속도를 예측하였다. 이를 현장의 전단파 속도 주상도와 비교하여 시료 조건을 결정하였다. 그리고 결정된 시료 조건을 바탕으로 원심모형시험 모델을 제작하고, 인-플라이트 상태에서 벤더 엘리먼트 시험을 수행하여 제안된 기법의 타당성을 검증하였다. 그리고 대형지진시험이 수행된 적이 있는 대만 화련의 현장 지반을 대상으로 축소 모델링 기법을 적용하였다.

A new bridge-vehicle system part I: Formulation and validation

  • This paper presents the formulation of a new bridge-vehicle system with validation using the field data. Both pitching and twisting modes of the vehicle are considered in the contribution of the dynamic effects in the bridge responses. A heavy vehicle was hired as a control vehicle with known axle weight, axle spacing and spring coefficients. The measured responses were generated from the control vehicle running at a particular speed at a test span at Ma Tau Wai Flyover. The measured responses were acquired using strain gauges installed beneath the girder beams of the test bridge. The simulated responses were generated using BRVEAN that is a self-developed program based on the proposed bridge-vehicle system. The validation shows that the bridge model is valid for representing the test bridge and the governing equations are valid for representing the motion of moving vehicles.

  • This paper presents an input and system identification technique for a free-field system using forced vibration data. Identification is carried out on geotechnical experiment site at Yong-jong Island where Inchon International Airport being constructed. The identified quantities are the input load as well as the shear moduli of the free-field soil regions. The dynamic response analysis on the free-field system is carried out using the finite element method incorporating the infinite element formulation fur the unbounded layered soil medium. The criterion function for the parameter estimation is constructed using the frequency response amplitude ratios of the dynamic responses measured at several points of the free-field, so that the information on the input loading may be excluded. The constrained steepest descent method is employed to obtain the revised parameters. The simulated dynamic responses using the identified parameters and input load show excellent agreements with the measured responses.

  • Recently, the virtual test techniques using computer simulation play an important part in the vehicle development procedures in order to reduce the development time and cost by replacing the physical prototypes of the vehicle components or systems with the virtual prototypes. In this paper, virtual durability test procedures for the vehicle suspension module have been developed. Virtual durability test consists of dynamic simulation computing load history of suspension components, fatigue analysis computing the life of components. A vehicle suspension module for dynamic simulation are developed and validated by comparison with the measured data obtained from the field vehicle test. And on the basis of the validated vehicle suspension model, fatigue analysis has been performed for the virtual durability design of the suspension components.

수치해석을 이용한 철도차량 동특성 주행시험기 활용성 기초 검토 (The Basic Applicability Study of the Roller Test Rig using Numerical Analysis)

  • Roller test rig is the test facility for acquiring the data related dynamic characteristics of rolling stocks handily. The test method using roller test rig could be convenient to Set information about hunting and others rather than using field test. However, adopting this method brings about the inconvenient calibration process for measured data. This kind of additional effort results from the difference of contact condition between field test and test roller rig. In this paper, the numerical approach is used to get the amount of calibration. The analysis results of the field test are compared with results of the roller test rig to know what kind of alternation happens according to the change of contact condition.

암버력 매립층의 동치환공법 현장 적용성 및 개량효과에 관한 연구 (Improvement Effect and Field Application of Dynamic Replacement Using Crushed Rock)

  • 본 연구는 건설현장에서 발생하는 암버력을 재활용하여 연약지반 개량재료로 활용가능한 동치환공법의 적용성과 연약지반 개량효과를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 암버력 매립층에서 동치환공법 적용시 지반보강 효과를 파악하기 위하여 현장지반 조사를 통해 수집한 암버력과 현장시료를 바탕으로 실내실험 및 현장시험을 수행하였다. 암버력의 전단시험을 통해 내부마찰각과 겉보기 점착력을 도출하였으며, 현장시료의 적용성과 문제점을 확인하고 동치환공법 적용시 필요한 중추의 무게, 낙하고, 타격횟수 등을 분석하여 동치환 특성을 파악하였다. 현장 평판재하시험과 밀도시험을 통하여 개량된 지반의 지지력과 침하량을 계측하였으며, 수치해석을 통해 개량지반의 거동을 예측하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 암버력 매립층의 동치환공법시 지반 실험계수 CDR은 0.3~0.5로 수정 제안하였고, 100mm 이하 D90은 80mm이하, D15는 30mm이상의 입도범위를 가지는 암버력을 사용할 것을 제안하였다.

동재하시험에 의한 모래자갈층에 근입된 매입말뚝의 지지력 산정 (The Estimation of Bearing Capacity of Auger-drilled Pile in Sand-Gravel by Dynamic Load Test)

  • This study results of performed field load test in order to estimate the best pile length assessment and allowable bearing capacity of the pile foundation. End of initial driving(EOID) and restrike of pile dynamic loading tests were performed to calculate allowable bearing capacity of the experimental pile side and results were compared with the allowable bearing capacity estimated by theory. The results of allowable bearing capacity by EOID test is $1.08{\sim}1.21$ in the range of compared to the capacity calculated by the Structure Foundation Design Criterion. Allowable bearing Capacity by restrike of pile dynamic loading test is $1.32{\sim}1.48$ in the range of compared to the Structure Foundation Design Criterion. The Foundation Design Criterion underestimated the pile capacity. If the bearing capacity calculated by Structure Foundation Design Criterion is 100, EOID of pile dynamic loading test is 116, restrike of pile dynamic loading test is 138 for 20m pile used in this experimental.

동다짐에 의한 폐기물 매립장의 유효활용에 관한 연구 (Effective Utilization of Waste Landfill by Dynamic Compaction Pilot Test)

  • 본 연구에서는 폐기물 매립지의 건설부지로서의 유효활용의 평가를 위해 서울 난지도에 시험부지를 선정하여 현장시험시공을 수행하였다. 이 부지는 15년간(78'3~93'3) 생활쓰레기, 건설폐자재, 산업폐기물이 매립된 지역으로서 시험부지를 4개의 Yard로 나누었으며 Yard-1, 2는 복토재를 제거하지 않고 Yard-3, 4는 복토재를 제거하고 수행하였다. 동다짐시 에너지는 Yard-1, 3는 $15ton{\times}20m$, Yare-2, 4는 $15ton{\times}15m$으로 구분하여 시험을 실시하였고 동다짐 효율, 최적타격 횟수, 현장 소음 진동영향을 파악하였다. 시험시공결과, 폐기물 매립지반에서 건설부지 활용을 위한 지반처리대책 공법중 동다짐 공법은 소음 진동 대책을 수립하여 적용할 경우 그 적용성은 매우 양호한 것으로 평가되었다.

동적원심모형 시험을 이용한 부지응답해석 검증시 입력 지진의 결정 (Appropriate Input Earthquake Motion for the Verification of Seismic Response Analysis by Geotechnical Dynamic Centrifuge Test)

  • In order to verify the reliability of numerical site response analysis program, both soil free-field and base rock input motions should be provided. Beside the field earthquake motion records, the most effective testing method for obtaining the above motions is the dynamic geotechnical centrifuge test. However, need is to verify if the motion recorded at the base of the soil model container in the centrifuge facility is the true base rock input motion or not. In this paper, the appropriate input motion measurement method for the verification of seismic response analysis is examined by dynamic geotechnical centrifuge test and using three-dimensional finite difference analysis results. From the results, it appears that the ESB (equivalent shear beam) model container distorts downward the propagating wave with larger magnitude of centrifugal acceleration and base rock input motion. Thus, the distortion makes the measurement of the base rock outcrop motion difficult which is essential for extracting the base rock incident motion. However, the base rock outcrop motion generated by using deconvolution method is free from the distortion effect of centrifugal acceleration.
