In recent years, we can access to video contents anywhere and at any time. Therefore distributed video is easily copied, transformed and republished. Since it brings copyright problem, similarity/duplicate detection and measurement is essential to identify the excessive content duplication. In this paper, we analysed various discernment of video which has been transformed with various ways using MPEG-7 Video Signature. MPEG-7 Video Signature, one of video copy detection algorithms, is block based abstraction. Thus we assume Video Signature is weak for spatial transform. The experiments show that MPEG-7 Video Signature is very weak for spatial transform which could occur general as we have assumed.

Purpose : Ureteral duplication is a common urologic anomaly and early diagnosis may prevent irreversible renal damage. We thus aimed to evaluate the benefits of prenatal sonography in early detection. Methods : We retrospectively studied 55 children with duplicated systems who were admitted to Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea from January 1998 to July 2003. Results : The mean age at diagnosis was 2.3 years old. 89% of the children had complete duplicated ureter. 47% of the children visited the hospital with an initial complaint of abnormal prenatal sonographic findings. Among these patients, 70.8% had DMSA defects. The mean differential renal function(DRF) in the DMSA scan was 48.2% in the group diagnosed prenatally. In the postnatally-diagnosed group, DMSA defects were found in 67.7% patients and the mean DRF was 45.5%. Conclusion : In comparison with the past studies, the mean age at diagnosis is becoming younger, and the proportion of abnormal prenatal sonography as an initial complaint larger. Other clinical manifestations were similar. The difference of the renal damage between the prenatally diagnosed group and the postnatally diagnosed group was not statistically significant. A multi-center study may help to prove the importance of prenatal sonography in early diagnosis and treatment of ureteral duplication. (J Korean Soc Pediatr Nephrol 2003;7:189-196)

A Serials Union Catalog is an essential Bibliographic Control tool for integrated and shared the serials information which is scattered to the domestic libraries. It provides reliable informations about serials to user through creating optimized catalogs and holding informations. It is important of the consistency of the bibliographic record and the record's duplication ratio is an important criterion about Database Quality Assessment. This paper checks bibliographic data elements and proposes the duplicate detection process to improve union catalog quality for minimizing duplicate detection.
With ever more popularity of video web-publishing, popular content is being compressed, reformatted and modified, resulting in excessive content duplication. Such overlapped data can cause problem of search speed and rate of searching. However, duplicated data on other site can provide alternatives while specific site cause problem. This paper proposes the efficient method, for retrieving. similar video data in large database. In this research we have used the method to compare summarized video image instead of the raw video data, and detected similar videos through clustering in that dimension feature vector through PCA(principle component analysis). We show that our proposed method is efficient and accurate through our experiment.

Purpose: Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is the most common lethal muscular dystrophy and is caused by the genetic variants of DMD gene. Because DMD is X-linked recessive and shows familial aggregates, prenatal diagnosis is an important role in the management of DMD family. We present our experience of prenatal molecular diagnosis and carrier detection based on multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR), multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA), and linkage analysis. Materials and Methods: During study period, 34 cases of prenatal diagnosis and 21 cases of carrier detection were performed at the Seoul National University Hospital. Multiplex PCR and MLPA was used to detect the exon deletions or duplications. When the DMD pathogenic variant in the affected males is unknown and no DMD pathogenic variant is detected in atrisk females, linkage analysis was used. Results: The prenatal molecular diagnosis was offered to 34 fetuses. Twenty-five fetuses were male and 6 fetuses (24.0%) were affected. Remaining cases had no pathogenic mutation. We had 24 (80.0%) cases of known proband results; exon deletion mutation in 19 (79.2%) cases and duplication in 5 (20.8%) cases. Linkage analysis was performed in 4 cases in which 2 cases (50.0%) were found to be affected. In the carrier testing, among 21 cases including 15 cases of mother and 6 cases of female relative, 9 (42.9%) cases showed positive results and 12 (57.1%) cases showed negative results. Conclusion: Prenatal molecular diagnosis and carrier detection of DMD are effective and feasible. They are useful in genetic counseling for DMD families.
Bug report processing is a key element of bug fixing in modern software maintenance. Bug reports are not processed immediately after submission and involve several processes such as bug report deduplication and bug report triage before bug fixing is initiated; however, this method of bug fixing is very inefficient because all these processes are performed manually. Software engineers have persistently highlighted the need to automate these processes, and as a result, many automation techniques have been proposed for bug report processing; however, the accuracy of the existing methods is not satisfactory. Therefore, this study focuses on surveying to improve the accuracy of existing techniques for bug report processing. Reviews of each method proposed in this study consist of a description, used techniques, experiments, and comparison results. The results of this study indicate that research in the field of bug deduplication still lacks and therefore requires numerous studies that integrate clustering and natural language processing. This study further indicates that although all studies in the field of triage are based on machine learning, results of studies on deep learning are still insufficient.
Background: We evaluated a sensitive and quantitative method utilizing fragment analysis of the fms-like tyrosine kinase 3-internal tandem duplication (FLT3-ITD), simultaneously measuring mutant allele burden and length, and verified the analytical performance. Methods: The number and allelic burden of FLT3-ITD mutations was determined by fragment analysis. Serial mixtures of mutant and wild-type plasmid DNA were used to calculate the limit of detection of fragment analysis, conventional PCR, and Sanger sequencing. Specificity was evaluated using DNA samples derived from 50 normal donors. Results of fragment analysis were compared to those of conventional PCR, using 481 AML specimens. Results: Defined mixtures were consistently and accurately identified by fragment analysis at a 5% relative concentration of mutant to wild-type, and at 10% and 20% ratios by conventional PCR and direct sequencing, respectively. No false positivity was identified. Among 481 AML specimens, 40.1% (193/481) had FLT3-ITD mutations. The mutant allele burden (1.7-94.1%; median, 28.2%) and repeated length of the mutation (14-153 bp; median, 49 bp) were variable. The concordance rate between fragment analysis and conventional PCR was 97.7% (470/481). Fragment analysis was more sensitive than conventional PCR and detected 11 additional cases: seven had mutations below 10%, three cases represented conventional PCR failure, and one case showed false negativity because of short ITD length (14 bp). Conclusions: The new fragment analysis method proved to be sensitive and reliable for the detection and monitoring of FLT3-ITD in patients with AML. This could be used to simultaneously assess ITD mutant allele burden and length.
Purpose: As improving the search performance of aviation security equipment is considered essential, this study proposes the need for research on how to find an optimized test sequence that can reduce test time and operator power during the search function test of explosive detection systems. We derive the weights and work difficulty adjustment factor required to find the optimized test order. Methods: First, after setting the test factors, the time of each test and the difficulty scale determined by the worker who performed the test directly were used to derive weights. Second, the work difficulty adjustment coefficient was determined by combining the basic weight adjustment factor and corresponding to the body part used by the test using objective rating. Then the final standard time was derived by calculating the additional weights for the changeability of the test factors. Results: The order in which the final standard time is minimized when 50 tests are performed was defined as the optimized order. 50 tests should be conducted without duplication and the optimal order of tests was obtained when compared to previously numbered tests. As a result of minimizing the total standard time by using Excel's solver parameters, it was reduced by 379.14 seconds, about 6.32 minutes. Conclusion: We tried to express it in mathematical formulas to propose a method for setting an optimized test sequence even when testing is performed on other aviation security equipment. As a result, the optimal test order was derived from the operator's point of view, and it was demonstrated by minimizing the total standard time.
With the development of information and communication technology, the production and distribution of digital contents is rapidly increasing, and the distribution of illegally copied contents also increases, causing various problems. In order to prevent illegal distribution of contents, a DRM (Digital Rights Management)-based approach can be used, but in a situation where the contents are already copied and distributed, a method of searching and detecting the duplicated contents is required. In this paper, a duplication detection method based on the contents of video content is proposed. The proposed method divides the video into scene units using the visual rhythm extracted from the video, and hierarchically applies the playback time and color feature values of each divided scene to quickly and efficiently detect duplicate videos in a large database. Through experiments, it was shown that the proposed method can reliably detect various replication modifications.

Domestic construction industry is larger in size, and its shape is more complex. As a result, collaboration and information management tasks are difficult to manage in a way that conventional 2D-based exchange of information. BIM technology was introduced as a solution for this. But BIM only provides a very limited set of features such as Constructability review, clash detection in reality. and duplication of work and a lot of iterations occurs in BIM process. Thus, it takes quite a lot time to work. We studied how to improve the work efficiency by connecting API to business processes. Using the API in the integration process by automating repetitive tasks, reduce a significant amount of work time Using API (Automation, Optimization, Interoperability, Analysis) can solve the task problem that does not solved by the basic features, If we make good use of the combined API will be improved productivity.
