소형 어선용 주기구동 유압식 고주파수 발전장치에 관한 연구 ( 1 ) - 유압펌프 제어방식 - (Hydraulic Constant Frequency Generation System Driven by Main Engine for Small Fishing Boat - Hydraulic Pump Control Type -)

  • An electrical power generation system driven by main engine shaft, briefly SG system for middle or small size fishing boat is studied experimently. In the SG system, power transmission is performed by a variable displacement hydraulic pump driven by the main engine and a constant displacement hydraulic motor. It was verified that the SG system enabled the generation of electrical power with constant frequency regardless main engine speed. In the SG system, setting reference frequency, sensing generator output frequency and setting controller parameters are performed by performed by programming in a microcomputer, so a countermeasure for physical situations of control object is very easy. Futhermore, the SG system has following features; low initial installation cost, wide freedom of installation in engine room, advantage of application in existing ships, especially fishing boat with hydraulic fishing equipments.

데이터 주도 접근법을 활용한 소프트웨어 테스트 자동화 : 온라인 쇼핑몰 결제시스템 사례 (Software Test Automation Using Data-Driven Approach : A Case Study on the Payment System for Online Shopping)

  • This study examines a data-driven approach for software test automation at an online shopping site. Online shopping sites typically change prices dynamically, offer various discounts or coupons, and provide diverse delivery and payment options such as electronic fund transfer, credit cards, mobile payments (KakaoPay, NaverPay, SyrupPay, ApplePay, SamsungPay, etc.) and so on. As a result, they have to test numerous combinations of possible customer choices continuously and repetitively. The total number of test cases is almost 584 billion. This requires somehow automation of tests in settling payments. However, the record playback approach has difficulties in maintaining automation scripts due to frequent changes and complicated component identification. In contrast, the data-driven approach minimizes changes in scripts and component identification. This study shows that the data-driven approach to test automation is more effective than the traditional record playback method. In 2014 before the test automation, the monthly average defects were 5.6 during the test and 12.5 during operation. In 2015 after the test automation, the monthly average defects were 9.4 during the test and 2.8 during operation. The comparison of live defects and detected errors during the test shows statistically significant differences before and after introducing the test automation using the data-driven approach.

  • We investigate some operation characteristics and energy efficiency of the BLDC motor system driven by different two types power conversion method depends on same battery source for applying to electrical motor propulsion system of a small ship. Also, we suggest an estimation manner of operating performances such as total running distance and operating speed of ships from basic discharge voltage characteristics of batteries. Through some experiments, direct power conversion was better than indirect method on the view point of energy efficiency and the voltage discharge characteristics could be used as important design factor for estimating operating performances of small ships driven by electrical motors.

  • In the present study, performances of fuel cell driven compound source hybrid heat pump system applied to a large community building are simulated. Among several renewable energy sources, ground, river, sea, and waste water sources are chosen as available alternative energies. The performance and energy cost are varied with the hybrid heat pump sources. The system design and operation process appropriate for the surrounding circumstance guarantee the high benefit of the heat pump system applied to a large community building. Th system is driven by fuel cell system instead of the late-night electricity due to the advantages of the low energy cost and waste heat with high temperature.

  • The injection nozzle of an electro-hydraulic injector for the common rail Diesel fuel injection system is being opened and closed by movement of a injector's needle which is balanced by pressure at the nozzle seat and at the needle control chamber, at the opposite end of the needle. In this study, the slenoid actuator was considered as a prime movers in high pressure Diesel injector. Namely a solenoid-driven Diesel injector with different driving current types, as a general method driven by solenoid coil energy, has been applied with a purpose to develop the analysis model of the solenoid actuator to predict the dynamics characteristics of the hydraulic component (injector) by using the AMESim code. Aimed at simulating the hydraulic behavior of the solenoid-driven injector, the circuit model has been developed as a unified approach to mechanical modeling in this study. As this analytic results, we know the suction force and first order time lag for driving force can be endowed in solenoid-driven injector in controlling the injection rate. Also it can predict that the input current wave exerted on solenoid coil is the dominant factor which affects on the initial needle behavior of solenoid-driven injector than the hydraulic force generated by the constant injection pressure.

  • 항공용 SIL은 항공전자시스템의 통합 및 검증에 사용되는 통합시험환경이다. 항공용 SIL에는 여러 가지 제약으로 인해 항공기에 탑재되는 장비를 직접 연동할 수 없을 때 장비의 소프트웨어 모델이 필요하다. 지금까지 항공기 개발에 적용한 항공용 SIL의 소프트웨어 모델은 표준화된 방법 없이 일반적인 소프트웨어 개발 방법의 적용으로 재사용이 어려워 소프트웨어 모델 재사용을 위한 프레임워크의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이러한 항공용 SIL 모델의 표준화된 모델링 방법을 위해 DEVS (discrete event system specification) 형식론을 채용하였다. DEVS 형식론은 이벤트 구동(event-driven) 알고리즘이며 이는 기존의 항공용 SIL에 적용되는 절차적이고 반복적인 알고리즘과 어울려 동작하기 힘들다. 이에 본 논문에서는 항공용 SIL 모델의 특징과 기존 방식이 가지는 한계를 보완하고 모델의 재사용성을 극대화할 수 있는 이벤트 기반의 모델링 방법과 실시간 시뮬레이션 방법을 제안한다.

  • 위험지역에서의 작업을 위하여 전세계적으로 원격조작기가 널리 활용되고 있다. 특히 원격 시스템의 경우, 운영되는 환경의 특징상 안정적인 성능이 담보되어야만 하며, 조작기 몸체의 경량화 및 운용환경 외부에서의 유지보수 편리성을 위하여 구동부를 시스템의 기저부에 집중시킬 수 있는 장력구동방식 메커니즘이 주로 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장력구동 방식 원격조작기에 적용하기 위한 그리퍼 탄성 구동부의 설계를 위해 시도된 접근법을 소개하고자 한다. 제시된 그리퍼 시스템은 기본적으로 스프링 메커니즘에 기반을 둔 4 절 링크형 구조를 가지고 있으며 마스터 조작자에 의해 동작되는 슬레이브 조작기의 말단부에 결합되는 구조를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조작기의 요구사항에 맞는 그리퍼의 파지력 및 복원력을 재현하기 위하여 그리퍼 상에서의 적정 스프링 결합위치 및 요구강성과 그에 따른 운동학적 영향계수 등을 분석 및 고찰하였다. 최종적으로는 이러한 분석내용들을 바탕으로, 실제 그리퍼 시스템에 적용함으로써 타당성을 검증하였다.

The Onset and Growth of the Buoyancy-driven Fingering Driven by the Irreversible A+B→C Reaction in a Porous Medium: Reactant Ratio Effect

  • The effect of a reactant ratio on the growth of a buoyancy-driven instability in an irreversible A+B→C reaction system is analyzed theoretically and numerically. Taking a non-stoichiometric reactant ratio into account, new linear stability equations are derived without the quasi-steady state assumption (QSSA) and solved analytically. It is found that the main parameters to explain the present system are the Damköhler number, the dimensionless density difference of chemical species and the ratio of reactants. The present initial grow rate analysis without QSSA shows that the system is initially unconditionally stable regardless of the parameter values; however, the previous initial growth rate analysis based on the QSSA predicted the system is unstable if the system is physically unstable. For time evolving cases, the present growth rates obtained from the spectral analysis and pseudo-spectral method support each other, but quite differently from that obtained under the conventional QSSA. Adopting the result of the linear stability analysis as an initial condition, fully nonlinear direct numerical simulations are conducted. Both the linear analysis and the nonlinear simulation show that the reactant ratio plays an important role in the onset and the growth of the instability motion.

가중 F 척도를 이용한 Trace-Driven 시뮬레이션 모델의 검증 방법 (Validation Technique of Trace-Driven Simulation Model Using Weighted F-measure)

  • 최근 시스템들이 복잡해지면서 시뮬레이션을 통한 시스템의 분석이 주목을 받고 있다. 시뮬레이션 분석에서 가장 핵심적인 부분 중의 하나가 시뮬레이션 모델의 검증이며, 이 과정을 통하여 시뮬레이션 모델이 얼마나 실제 시스템을 대변할 수 있는지를 판단한다. 모델의 검증에서 시뮬레이션 모델과 실제시스템의 데이터를 비교할 때 발생하는 차이는 입력 데이터의 차이에 의한 영향도 있으며, 이를 통한 모델의 검증 결과는 높은 신뢰성을 보장하지 못한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 실제와 동일한 입력 데이터를 바탕으로 하는 Trace-Driven 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 모델을 설계하였다. 한편, 출력데이터들을 하나의 통계량을 통한 검증이 아닌 클래스 별 검증을 하기 위해 데이터마이닝 분야에서 분류기의 성능을 판단하는 F 척도를 응용하여 시뮬레이션 모델의 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 제안된 검증 방법은 정밀한 모델의 검증을 가능하게 하고, 검증 시에 피드백을 제공함으로써 용이한 수정 작업을 가능하게 한다.

Rotor Fault Detection System for Inverter Driven Induction Motors using Currents Signals and an Encoder

  • In this paper, an induction motor rotor fault diagnosis system using current signals, which are measured using the axis-transformation method is presented. Inverter-fed motor drives, unlike line-driven motor drives, have stator currents which are rich in harmonics and therefore fault diagnosis using stator current is not trivial. The current signals for rotor fault diagnosis need precise and high resolution information, which means the diagnosis system demands additional hardware such as a low pass filter, high resolution ADC, an encoder and additional hardware. Therefore, the proposed axis-transformation method is expected to contribute to a low cost fault diagnosis system in inverter-fed motor drives without the need for any additional hardware. In order to confirm the validity of the developed algorithms, various experiments for rotor faults are tested and the line current spectrum of each faulty situation, using the Park transformation, is compared with the results obtained from the FFT(Fast Fourier Transform).
