The effects of seed soaking (8 and 24 hours) and foliar spray of plant growth retardants (daminozide, chlormequat and uniconazole) on growth control in zinnia were investigated. For seed soaking of 'Dream Land Rose', the changes in plant height was not affected by seed soaking time (8 and 24 hours), while it was severely suppressed by high concentration of chemicals tested. An application of $125mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$ uniconazole was most effective for plant height suppression. Flowering was promoted by all treatments of chemicals. However, for 'Dream Land Scarlet', plant height control at 24 hours seed soaking showed more effective than 8 hours, and all treatments of chemicals decreased plant height. Uniconazole gave the best result for plant height control. Flowering tended to be hastened by the treatment of chemicals. For foliar spray, plant height was remarkably decreased at high concentration of uniconazole. Flowering was promoted by chlormequat and uniconazole in both 'Dream Land Rose' and 'Dream Land Scarlet'. Also, daminozide decreased number of petals.

For the past hundred years, since many films have only been focusing on expressing suppressed desire and obsession, there have been few films in which unconsciousness desire is expressed and pursuing dream comes true as Freud says. Well known for a convoluted and dreamy structure and plot, David Lynch successfully represents a real dream sequence with his own way of image presentation form in his representative film "Mulholland Drive (2001)". In this study, I attempt to analyze how he expresses the realistic dream sequence with a strange film structure based on Freud's psychoanalysis. In general, dream world is known as completely visual matter, but the feeling of things is more important for making a realistic dream and it is the main reason that we can have more realistic experiences in a dream.

Objective: This study aimed to introduce Health Impact Assessment using the case of a HIA on 2008 Dream Start Project in Cheongju. Methods: We followed the typical procedure of HIA recommended by the Merseyside Guidelines on HIA. In scoping, the steering committee decided 5 key domains of child health to be assessed: prenatal care, vaccination, nutrition, access to health care, and child abuse and also the methods of collecting the evidence. The HIA appraisal team collected information from various sources including literature, community survey, and focus group interviews. The HIA appraisal team also synthesized the collected information in terms of the nature of health impacts and equity and made recommendations accordingly. Results: Positive impacts were expected in prenatal care, vaccination, and nutrition, while negative impacts were expected in access to health care. The impact of Dream Start on child abuse was uncertain. Several recommendations were made and submitted to the Dream Start team for their consideration. About 2 years later, we found many of them were implemented in 2009 Dream Start project. Conclusion: HIA was found to be applicable and effective to make decision makers in the welfare sector consider health in their work.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the Dream Start program from the perspective of social investment strategy, and as well as to suggest future directions. The program has become a major government welfare program in korea since it was introduced in 2007 as a demonstration project, following research evidence and a sound rationale about the extensive success of Head Start in the U.S. and Sure Start Programme in the UK. The aim of Dream Start is to provide integrated services for the vulnerable children, aged 0 to 12, and their families who are identified using a national administration data record of disadvantaged families with children. In order to promote the vulnerable child's well-being, to overcome inequalities, and to give every child the best start in life, Dream Start adopted a local, "whole family" approach. Case management services form an essential part of the Dream Start to customize and integrate comprehensive services such as counseling, health care, parenting advice and education, academic tutoring, and after-school activities. Although there has been a general improvement in key factors since its inception, Dream Start has not yet sufficiently shown the strong and hoped-for impact. In the meantime, Dream Start must be given financial expansion and extensive policy supports to get the chance of realizing and evaluating long-term gains for children and their families. More work need to be done to overcome inequalities and to make Dream Start service more accessible for the most disadvantaged families with children in Korea. Practical and policy suggestions for future directions of the Dream Start programs were discussed.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce representative appropriate technology research organizations operating in France. Among them, we would like to investigate and introduce five institutions that have acquired a lot of experience due to their long history. Institut de Recherche pour le Développement (IRD) is a government-funded institution that strengthens science and technology infrastructure in Africa and overseas territories with the aim of supporting and educating science communities in developing countries, and conducts collaborative research with more diverse developing countries. Antenna France is an NGO organization whose main activity is to improve malnutrition in Africa. Ingénieurs sans frontiers is an NGO organization that sets sustainable development as the main goal of the association's activities and leads various activities such as education. Terre & Humanism is an NGO organization that practices ecological agriculture and carries out a social change movement urging to respect life and land, and to constitute an alternative society. Humanitarian Design Bureau is a corporation concept company that mainly carries out R&D for environmentally friendly products necessary for NGO activities.

Computer game has become the core part of multimedia area in our knowledge and information based society Recently, computer game has been evolving into on-line 3D games which give players more realism from the existing on-line 2D games. We are competitive in developing on-line 2D games. However, we have difficulties in maintaining the competitive edge in the area of 3D game technologies owing to the limited technologies. In this paper, we design and develop Aria Online, an on-line 3D prototype game using Dream3D. The on-line game supports simultaneous connections of multi -users on each game server and full flexibility on user's view.

Phalaenopsis (Phal.) "Yellow Dream" was developed by the National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science (NIHHS), Rural Development Administration (RDA) in 2005. This hybrid came from the progenies of a cross between Phal. "3031" which has yellow colored petals and small plant size, and Phal. "Golden Emperor" which has yellow colored petals with red spots and small plant size in 1995. "Yellow Dream" was finally selected in 2005 after the investigation of the growth and flower characteristics from 2000 to 2004. "Yellow Dream" had a yellow (Y4D) base color and light orange stripe petals (ORN34A) with a red lip (R42D). The average leaf length and flower width of "Yellow Dream" were 21cm and 6.8cm, respectively. It has a half erect leaf form and is a fast growing cultivar. This hybrid is relatively easy to make clones.

Once upon a time people dreamt for a connected world. But most of the people consider dream as simple as a dream. But when this dream come into reality, the dreamer sometimes alive and sometimes not. But the later generations get outcome from the visionary dream of the former. This is the way of life. If we consider the whole world as a cyber physical system, if everything connects everything, how do we feel then? It is the smart Internet of things that may connect the whole world. This paper addresses few challenges and opportunities of this envisioned connected World. We identify different systems as cyber physical system and it ultimately contribute to the cloud infrastructure.

The microwave instruments are used many areas of the space remote sensing and space science applications. The imaging radar of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) is well known microwave radar sensor for earth surface and ocean research. Unlike radar, microwave radiometer is passive instrument and it measures the emission energy of target, i.e. brightness temperature BT, from earth surface and atmosphere. From measured BT, the geophysical data like cloud liquid water, water vapor, sea surface temperature, surface permittivity can be retrieved. In this paper, the radiometer characteristics, system configuration and principle of BT measurement are described. Also the radiometer instruments TRMM, GPM, SMOS for earth climate, and ocean salinity research are introduce. As first korean microwave payload on STSAT-2, the DREAM (Dual-channels Radiometer for Earth and Atmosphere Monitoring) is described the mission, system configuration and operation plan for life time of two years. The main issues of DREAM unlike other spaceborne radiometers, will be addressed. The calibration is the one of main issues of DREAM mission and how it contribute on the space borne radiometer. In conclusion, the radiometer instrument to space science application will be considered.

The dream is a well-known experience in the routine life. It is necessary to consider the dream to modality of diagnosis because many evidences that the dream represents the physiologic and pathologic changes in the human have been proved in recent days. The oneironosus(病夢) was caused by three factors, which are the external stresses of the body, malfunction of Jang-Bu(臟腑) and irregular of Yin-Yang(陰陽) and Gi-blood(氣血). The oneironosus(病夢) reflects the location, characteristics, progression and prognosis of the disease. In addition, it predicts the development of disease. The principle of treatment for the oneironosus(病夢) is making an effort for the stabilization of mind by eradicating the internal and external factors that make the spirit(神) been unstable.
