  • Two new species of the genus Doridicola are described as associates of opisthobranch mollusks from Korean intertidal waters: Doridicola virguatus n. sp. associated with the notaspidean Pleurobranchaea japonica Thiele and D. portincola n. sp. associated with the nudibranch Hoplodoris armata (Baba). This is the first record for the copepod associates of opisthobranch mollusks from Korea.

  • Seven new species of cope pods associated with marine invertebrates are described from the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. They are Panjakus bidentis from the scleractinian Pocillopora verrucosa (Ellis and Solander), Scyphuliger humesi, S. vicinus and S. placidus from the scleractinian Acropora squarrosa (Ehrenberg), Doridicola parapatulus from the nudibranch Glossodoris atromarginata (Cuvier), Ruhtra germinata from an unidentified alcyonacean coral, and Collocheres oribullatus from the crinoid Comanthina belli (Carpenter).

  • Fifteen species of poecilostome copepods associated with marine invertebrates, including ten new species, are recorded from intertidal zone in Thailand. New species are Hemicyclops cornutus n. sp. and Hemicyclops parapiculus n. sp. in the family Clausidiidae, Presynaptiphilus trifurcatus n. sp. in the Synaptiphilidae, Anchimolgus kantariensis n. sp. and Anchimolgus palmatus n. sp. in the Anchimolgidae, Kelleria vasfera n. sp. in the Kelleridae, Pseudanthessius stenosus n. sp. and Pseudanthessius phuketensis n. sp. in the Pseudanthessiidae, Doricidola pattayensis n. sp., and Lambanetes mollis n. sp. in the Rhynchomolgidae. Five species are new records of Thailand: Critomolgus gemmatus (Humes, 1964), Doridicola cuspis (Humes, 1964), Doridicola inaequalis (Humes and Ho, 1966), Indomolgus brevisetosus (Humes and Ho, 1966), and Lambanetes stichodactylae Humes, 1982. The female of Lambanetes stichodectylae is described for the first time in the world.

  • A new species of Telestacicola Humes and Stock, 1972 (Copepoda, Rhynchomolgidae) is described as an associate of basket stars (Ophiuroidea) from Korea. The new species Telestacicola turgipes closely resembles T. angoti Humes and Stock, 1973, but is differentiated from the latter species and other congeners by a characteristic exopod of female leg 5 in which the middle of inner margin is protruded, with an angular apex. Doridicola connexus Humes, 1986 and D. micropus Humes, 1973, both associated with a basket star, are transferred to the genus Telestacicola, while Telestacicola sertus Humes, 1978 associated with a hydroid is removed to the genus Pseudomacrochiron Reddiah, 1969 in the Macrochironidae. A key to seven species of Telestacicola is provided.

  • Copepods associated with marine invertebrates are recorded from New Caledonia. Included are three new genera and 30 new species which are distributed in the poecilostomatoid and siphonostomatoid genera Anchimolgus (5 new species), Jamescookina (2), Odontomologus (2), Schedomolgus (3), and Scyphuliger (5) in the Anchimolgidae; Pterioidicola n. gen. (1) in the Lichomolgidae; Critomolgus (3), Doridicola (1), Paramolgus (1), and Pachysericola n. gen. (1) in the Rhynchomolgidae; Ruhtra n. gen. (1) in an uncertain family; and Asteropontius (5) in the Asterocheridae. Copepods new to New Caledonia and new host records are also included. Lists of 251 species of copepods known hitherto from New Caledonia and their 163 species of invertebrate hosts are provided, as well.
