Few studies have done on the intergenerational relations of married women and their own parents in Japan. This study approaches the topic by examining coresidence and contact frequency between generations. The study expects the likelihood of living together (including living next door) and the extent of contact would differ by the characteristics of woman, her husband, children, her brothers and sisters, her own parents and parents-in-law. From the 2003 Survey for National Family Research in Japan, selected are 853 currently married women in their 30s and 40s whose parent and parents-in-law are alive. The analysis shows that the likelihood of living together with parents decreases as the number of brothers and sisters increases. In particular, the presence of brother substantially decreases the likelihood. Having father only alive (vs. having both parents alive) also increases the likelihood. The frequency of contact with parents is conditioned by the coresidence with parents-in-law. It also differs by the level of education and its gap between spouses. Subjective evaluation of husband's attitude toward her parents is important. As in the case of living together, the number of brothers and sisters and the survival status of parents are significant in explaining the frequency of contact with her parents. The results indicate that number of brothers and sisters as well as widowhood of parents serves as its demographic condition. The findings that the frequency of contact with parent are affected by coresidene with parents-in-law, education gap between spouses and husband's attitude toward her parents suggest that the relationship of married women with her own parents are conditioned by her husband and his parents.

In the case of train stations, due to the specificity of underground spaces with limited smoke emissions, if appropriate removal equipment is not equipped, the damage caused by fire smoke may increase in the event of a fire. As a result, the need for measures to ensure the safety of evacuation of underground stations has been highlighted, and research for safe evacuation of platform users in case of fire is continuously being conducted at home and abroad. However, although the smoke removal area is currently divided by smoke boundary walls and platform screen doors (PSD) and installed in the train platform, standards for smoke removal methods (air supply or exhaust) for each fire removal area, that is, smoke removal mode, are not presented. In this study, fire analysis and evacuation analysis were performed to estimate the number of deaths and to derive F/N guidance in order to quantitatively evaluate the fire risk according to the fire station fire, and the total risk was the lowest in the case of fire area exhaust and supply to adjacent areas.

Purpose: This study was conducted for the purpose of selecting important events from among various events that may pose a risk to railway passengers. For this purpose, opinions of various railroad vehicle passengers and railway operator workers were investigated and analyzed. Method: The survey was conducted on 1,000 men and women in their 20s and 60s and 429 workers at 11 company across the country. A survey was conducted on the dangerous situations that may occur in subways, general railroads and high-speed rail vehicles targeting passengers. For railway operator workers, the questionnaire is limited to subway vehicles. Result: Among the passenger risk factors(abnormal behavior and dangerous situations) selected based on the frequency and importance of occurrence of passenger risk factors, the main risk factors are selected 'car door jamming', 'sexual harassment', 'intoxicating behavior', 'fighting' /assault', 'wandering around', and 'not wearing a mask'. Conclusion: The major risk factors affecting passengers were selected by surveying passengers and railway operators. we plan to develop a CCTV detection system with AI technology that can quickly and continuously detect the major risk factors of railway vehicles selected as a result of this study.

In this paper, the behavior of the fire smoke due to the operation of the ventilation systems when the fire occurred in the underground station (6 basement floors) and the tunnel at the great depth was measured. Fire smoke was generated by using a smoke generator which realized heat buoyancy effect by using hot air blower. The two locations of the fire were selected on the platform and on the platform of the tunnel located outside the screen door. A ventilation mode is generally used in which smoke is exhausted through a vent hole provided in a platform when a platform fire occurs. The tests were performed by operating the exhaust through the ventilation holes of the tunnel part located at both ends of the platform. The smoke density and the wind speed/velocity were measured at various positions, and the videos were taken to analyze the movement and smoke of the smoke. In both cases for fire inside the platform and in the railway tunnel, due to the ventilation mode operation of the fan for the platform and the exhaust of the fans in the tunnel smoke were well exhausted and the smoke propagation to the area near the smoke zone was suppressed. The smoke-control mode, which is applied to both fans for the platform and fans for in the tunnel at both ends of the platform, can provide a safer evacuation environment to the passengers from the fire smoke when the platform fire or fire train stops.

Background/Aims: Chest pain is an essential symptom in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). One-third of patients with ACS present atypically, which can influence their receiving timely lifesaving therapy. Methods: A total of 617 NSTEMI patients from the Korea Acute MI Registry (KAMIR) and the Korea Working Group on MI (KorMI) databases were analyzed. The study population was divided into two groups by symptoms at presentation (typical symptoms group, 128; atypical symptoms groups, 128). Results: In this study population, 23% of patients presented without chest pain. After propensity score matching, the contact-to-device time ($2,618{\pm}381minutes$ vs. $1,739{\pm}241minutes$, p = 0.050), the symptoms-to-balloon time ($3,426{\pm}389minutes$ vs. $2,366{\pm}255minutes$, p = 0.024), and the door-to-balloon time ($2,339{\pm}380minutes$ vs. $1,544{\pm}244minutes$, p = 0.002) were significantly higher in the patients with atypical symptoms than in those with typical symptoms, respectively. Atypical symptoms were an independent predictor for 1-year mortality (hazard ratio, 2.820; 95% confidence interval, 1.058 to 7.515; p = 0.038). The Kaplan-Meier estimates showed higher risk for 12-month mortality in patients with atypical symptoms (p = 0.048) and no significant difference for 12-month major adverse cardiac events (p = 0.487). Conclusions: Acute myocardial infarction patients with atypical symptoms were not rare in clinical practice and showed a high risk of delayed reperfusion therapy. After imbalance between the groups was minimized by use of propensity score matching, patients who presented atypically had a high mortality rate.
The present work aims to analyze the concept of space in $Jes{\acute{u}}s$$Fern{\acute{a}}ndez$ Santos' work Los bravos. Throughout its pages, one can observe the multidimensional possibilities of space in literature. Throughout time, the concept of literary space has developed and it has been modified constantly in order to meet the needs required for the evolution of narratology. In the past, Aristotle stated that space is the place where characters and physical objects happen to exist. This remained almost unchanged until the Renaissance. In the $19^{th}$ century, space stopped being considered just a mere scene where the action takes place as it was given more importance by romantic authors in their works. Realism intensified the spaces as the interior of the house. In fact, the descriptions of space became more important. In this article, I focus on the various meanings of space in the novel Los bravos. First, I analyze the dichotomy between real and ideal spaces, and continue with the cathartic dimension of the fictional space. Then, I present and analyze the opposition between urban and rustic spaces in this novel, and, finally, I show the confrontation between the spaces of men and women. Through this analysis, we can observe that characters have a space where they feel more comfortable and how, occasionally, they leave their "usual space of action" to reach their "ideal place". Women want to stay in their kitchen to chat with each other, while men prefer to leave the house to visit a cafe with their colleagues. The door and the window divide the border of the worlds of men and women. However, that line is not only dividing the structure of the house, but it is also of a psychological house.
Recently, there has been an increasing number of ground subsidence (sink-hole) in the downtown areas, and in such a case, it is important to minimize accidents and passages through prompt recovery. With respect to the present recovery method for ground subsidence, the methods of applying the back filling after excavating the ground subsidence or using the grouting injected materials to restore the ground are mostly used, but there has been few studies on materials used for recovering the ground subsidence. Therefore, in order to clarify the characteristics of back filling materials used in the ground subsidence, this study uses the environment-friendly hardening agent to improve the dredged clay, and then, the mixture ratio of hardening agent and mixture ratio of decomposed granite soil is changed to cure for 3, 7, 14 and 28 days to analyze the intensity characteristics of the unconfined compression, and it was compared with the unconfined compression intensity for the previously used cement, a hardening agent. In order to evaluate the characteristics of intensity on the back filling materials, the C.B.R test was carried out, and for the review on whether the back filling materials influence on corrosion of water and sewer pipes and others, the soil non-resistance test was carried out. As a result of the test, for the case of the recovery work of the ground subsidence that requires urgency, it is considered as prudent if the hardening agents of 12% are integrated to cure for 3 days or longer, and for not having the influence on the corrosion of the gas tube or water pipes, it is proposed to mix for 30% or more of the decomposed granite soil. Door model test were conducted To confirm the bearing capacity characteristics of the solidified layer.

High-grade liver injury is associated with high morbidity and mortality rates. We report successful emergency angioembolization and early interventional radiology support to manage a high-grade liver injury in a 29-year-old man who presented following a fall during parachute training. Upon arrival, his blood pressure was 80/40 mmHg, and emergency ultrasonography showed a liver injury with perihepatic fluid collection. The patient's blood pressure reduced to 60/40 mmHg, and emergency angiography was performed without computed tomography (CT) (door to puncture time 36 min). After angioembolization, his blood pressure returned to 120/77 mmHg. Subsequent CT revealed no additional bleeding or hollow viscus injury. He was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit and discharged without complications 30 days after admission. In this case, emergency angioembolization (without performing CT) could successfully and safely treat a hemodynamically unstable patient with a high-grade liver injury.

In this study were analyzed the errors on the registration of details information, location of E-GEN (Emergency medical-GEN) AED (Automated External Defibrillator) installation site and the adequacy of spatial arrangement, which suggests an improvement methods of constructing an app or web based on time and space data for efficient operation of considering accessibility and usability. As a result of this study, first, it was not equal to each other for locations of each installation point of AED, that confirmed some area were dense or requiring additional installation. Second, it confirmed the inaccuracies in inputting and registering information about the installed location, such as the actual installation location information and the attribute information of the AED. Third, the main access node and the main address node were connected to a straight line that was found not be connected to the back door, the straight line, the stairs. Also, the opening times of AED installation sites varied according to the week and the season, the entrance was managed by the apartment management office in a separate place, it needs to be established on this information. In conclusion, it proposed a method to improve spatial equity and accessibility, a method to provide accurate distance and time according to actual movement routes in case of emergency, and a possibility of using each facility considering day and time.

The APR1400 is a 1400MWe nuclear power plant developed through national technology development project over a period about 10years. Approximately 65,000 design drawings are produced for APR1400 construction. In order to maintain consistency among numerous drawings, the highest level of design bases drawings (DBDs) are created according to design bases and this is used in the subsequent design. However, DBDs are produced and managed on a document basis and they are managed various field, it was difficult to accurately reflect the design bases information in the subsequent design. Therefore, this study recognizes limitations of the document based DBDs and develops a system that can accurately reflect the design bases information to subsequent design by adopting BIM based design bases integrated information system. Especially, by introducing DBIL(Design Bases Information Layer) concept, DBIL was created and analyzed based on five design bases(Physical protection, Fire protection, Internal missile protection, Internal flood protection, Radiation protection) applied to APR1400. In the final result DBIL set and Datasheet are integrated of room, design bases information, building data(wall, slab, door, window, penetrations). So it can be used for subsequent design automation and design verification. Furthermore, it is expected that APR1400 DBILs data can be used extensively in constructability and design economics analysis through comparison with next generation nuclear power plant.
