전통주류 상품화 사례 및 경쟁력 제고 방안 연구 (A Study on the Cases of Merchandising and Suggestions for Improving Competitive Power of Traditional Liquor)

  • This study intends to offer suggestions for improving the security and competitive power of traditional liquors by investing in the status of intellectual property rights. Merchandising and the marketing strategies of traditional liquor are also addressed. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey given to 101 CEOs of traditional liquor manufacturers. The major results of this study were as follows: The management types of traditional liquor manufacturers were classified as the company 57 (56.4%), the corporation or the union 29 (28.7%), domestic industry 10 (9.9%), and marketing community or technology center 5 (5.0%). The competitive power degree of traditional liquor products was classified as strength 30 (31.6%), usual 30 (31.6%), weakness 35 (36.8%). The elements of strong competitive power were taste, functional (wellbeing) character, and attractiveness of the brand name. On the other side, reasons for weakness in competitive power were the marketing system, price competitiveness, and advertisement. The trademark registration of the traditional liquor appeared with 53%. The reasons not to pursue a trademark registration included the complicated and unnecessary process of registration acquisition, high registration expenses, etc. The perceptions of CEOs about the consumer's brand awareness for their product were low with an average 2.97. Explanations included insufficient advertisement and public relations, unrefined trademark design, and the meaninglessness of brand names. The marketing strategy of traditional liquor manufacturers according to annual sales were as follows: Manufacturers with high sales emphasized marketing strategies that focused on functional character, traditional image, high quality in image and package materials and design, high price strategies based on quality, and various sale promotions.

  • Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to analyze the case of the transparent PET bottle resource circulation project of BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd., present implications, and propose ways to spread it in the future. Methods: In this study, the logic of the Double Diamond Model is applied to analyze the development process of sustainable fashion made from BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd.'s PET Bottle Resource Circulation System. Results: The K-rPET Resource Circulation Project of BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. is recognized as a best example for its contribution to eco-friendly activities, solving social problems, raising consumer awareness, and sharing recycling habits. Before the plastic bottle becomes a garment, five steps are taken (discharge of PET bottle → collection of PET bottle → recycling of PET bottle → fabrication of yarn → production of the finished product out of the fabric). BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. has successfully commercialized it by recycling reverse-recovery PET bottles by making solutions to problems that have not been solved at each stage. Conclusion: In addition to efforts to find and strengthen weak links presented in the Theory of Constrains (TOC), it appears to have systematically carried out activities to convert stakeholder discomforts into a package of gain points. As shown in the slogan "We are all in!" the proposal and implementation for the completion of a true environmental system is judged to have truly performed ESG management well for the company's business. ESG management activities at BYN Black Yak Co., Ltd. are expected to continue.

K-Pop Music Worldwide and Digital Marketing Role in Brazil

  • K-Pop is hugely promoted offline/online in East Asia, while efforts to promote it elsewhere are kept to a minimum. Whilst addressing the role of digital marketing in the promotion of K-Pop in the Brazilian music industry this study aims to demonstrate that K-pop will provide its audience with a unique and engaging experience if it thinks globally and acts locally in its marketing and communication strategies. A survey of K-Pop's world fan base was carried out online with 1,074 fans to determine the validity of the hypothesis. The results have demonstrated the need to adapt global and intercultural strategies to local markets with increasing brand awareness through utilizing digital marketing. For example, to increase K-Pop's popularity and market share in Brazil, it is not required to sing in Brazilian Portuguese, contrary to what might be perceived but fully singing in English would help breaking into the market dominated by domestic music as songs would have a higher probability to be included in the international soundtrack of a Brazilian telenovela and promote the K-Pop artist not only across Brazil but also give the artist exposure in all the markets the Brazilian telenovela is exported to, opening an entry door to those markets. K-Pop audience segmentation and psychographic profiling is crucial to the understanding of each market's consumer's preferences, likes, dislikes and their buying habits as it was proven through Brazil's digital media, social media, digital music market and K-Pop market analysis within the global context of the study. It should be also considered that brand extensions are not standard everywhere and that there are cultures where different product categories are not directly associated with its main corporate owner which requires extensive local market knowledge to succeed. The primary and secondary data research that we conducted for this study intended to demonstrate that K-Pop can be successful in Brazil and in Latin America and increase their local and regional market share if digital marketing and communication strategies are tailored to each individual market.

클래식 패션 이미지와 감성 어휘 연구 - 베이비붐, Y세대 여성을 중심으로 - (A Study on Classic Fashion Image and Sensible Vocabularies - Focusing on Women of Baby Boom and Y Generations -)

  • Modern fashion shows the trend of various styles and the period focusing on only product functions is changed to the period focusing on consumer's sensibility. Consumers show different sensitivities and preference by individual at the stage cognizing and recognizing the stimulation of given image and the method of objective measurement based on the fashion sensible vocabularies is necessary to measure fashion sensibility. Therefore, this research is significant to examine differences of preference to classic fashion by generation and awareness for sensible vocabularies and suggest methodology of design sensible evaluation research through the quantitative evaluation objectifying subjective sensibility. For the method of research, precedent theses related to classic, concept and characteristics of classic in books and definition and characteristics by generation were examined, the best 3 domestic portal sites were selected and adjective vocabularies and images related to classic were collected from 2010 to 2014. Among the 206 adjectives collected, vocabularies whose average is more than 3.5 were drawn by 5-point Likert scale for fashion expert group. And, among the total 306 images collected, 21 representative images were selected by preliminary investigation of fashion expert group. For the classic images and vocabularies selected, frequency analysis, factor analysis and variance analysis were conducted by SPSS 19.0. The results of analysis are as follows. Preference to classic fashion image by generation was analyzed. As a result, both of two generations selected classic fashion as the most classic one. The images of the next orders were analyzed. As a result, Y generation selected basic classic fashion image which is casual with high activity as a classic one. Baby boom generation selected ancient classic fashion image, so there were differences in preference for classic by generation. As a factor analysis on classic adjective vocabularies, they could be divided into 5 factors such as basic form, attractive form, traditional form, vintage form and active form and they verified that credibility of all measuring variables for classic sensible vocabularies was achieved. Differences of classic sensible vocabularies by classic fashion image and generation were examined. As a result, generation and classic fashion image made a significant effect on five factors. Therefore, there were differences of the awareness on classic fashion images and sensible vocabularies among the generations and this thesis can be a fundamental material which objectifies subjective sensibility and suggests the methodology of new research.

  • This study has tried to illuminate a shocking phenomenon, the import liberalization of agricultural products in the aspect of Consumer consciousness. It has been applied that Table Analysis by using computer programming for instance-MINITAB, and Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis, things like that. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Comparing domestic and imported stuffs, Comsumers came to awareness that domestic products superior to foreign's in the cases of the degree of freshness, taste and pollution damage, in the meanwhile, inferior to the cases of price and wrapping. Food self-supplyment is considered as one of the most important things of all, moreover, by most comsumers and health food and conventional food are favored by high class people. 2. Bying imported stuffs could clearly be fatal blow to our agriculture is fully recognized among consumers, what is more, there would only be doomed to our agriculture, too. 3. The most mass-purchasing imported stuffs by consumers illustrates in order; Beef, Banana, Coffee and Tabacco etc. The most significant elements why consumers buy foreign product is that the prices of them are relatively lower than those of ours. Besides, the next causes lies to non-producing stuffs and curiosity. 4. It must've been generally conceived by most consumers that Open-the-market-policy has been progressed for USA's repression and our monopolistic capital. Therefore, they demand that our market should be contained against unadviciable wave, moreover, keep paying attention to the policy how it will work to protect Korean agriculture. 5. Consumer attitude toward buying imported agricultural products is double-faced, Never-buy occupied only 24.4 % among respondents, but overwhelming respondents say non-producing stuffs can be obtained selectively. In this case, however, never-buy-movement would be backed by consumers in proportion to their educational background. 6. Various consumer minds surrounding Open-the-market-situation, in the end, has been analized econometrics through eleven variables to approach accurate fulfillments.

국산 안경제품의 중국시장 수출성과 분석 (An Analysis of the Export Performance of Korean Eyewear Products in China Market)

  • 본 연구는 중국 안경시장을 대상으로 국산 안경제품이 현지 시장에서 어느 정도의 경쟁력을 가지고 있고 경쟁력이 어떻게 변화하고 있는가를 고찰하기 위해 한국 안경산업의 현황과 대중국 수출성과 및 SWOT 분석을 실시한 후 이로부터 국산 안경제품의 중국시장 수출 활성화에 대한 시사점을 제안한다. 분석을 위해 한국무역협회 통계자료에서 2003년부터 2012년까지의 안경제품의 수출입 자료를 추출하고 이를 토대로 시장점유율지수, 무역특화지수, 현시비교우위지수를 산출하여 분석하였다. 대중국 수출현황 분석 결과 한국 안경산업은 만성적인 적자를 기록하고 있는 상황에서 현지 시장 점유율은 평균 5% 미만이었고, 품목별로는 콘택트렌즈가 흑자를 지속하고 있는 반면 안경테, 안경, 안경렌즈, 선글라스는 적자를 보였으며, 분석지수를 활용한 수출성과 분석에서도 콘택트렌즈만이 경쟁력을 확보하였을 뿐 전반적으로 국산 안경제품의 대중국 경쟁력은 낮게 나타났다. 연구 결과는 한국 안경제품의 대중국 수출 활성화를 위해서는 현지 시장의 니즈를 충족하는 창의적이고 차별화된 제품 디자인 개발 능력을 강화하고 신소재의 다양한 기능을 갖춘 제품을 개발하며 현지 시장에 지속적인 신제품 출시를 통해 브랜드 인지도를 향상시켜 가야 함을 시사하고 있다. 아울러 국내외 기업과의 전략적 제휴 및 현지에서 한류 마케팅을 적극 추진하고 비정상적인 제품의 유통구조를 합리적으로 개선하며 정부의 체계적인 지원시스템이 마련되어야 함을 시사한다.

영양표시 제도에 대한 여성소비자 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Awareness of Female-Consumers for Nutrition Labeling System)

  • This study had carried out to investigate the usage status of customer, the positive effects and problems, and the most important items of the nutrition labeling at purchasing the food etc. on the current nutrition labeling system in order to establish the customer-centric nutrition labeling system. Survey was carried out by questionnaire method that is targeted on adult female above 20 years old in Seoul and Kyeongnam area from May to June, 2004. For the experience of checking the nutrition label of the processed domestic and imported processed food, 82% and 75.4% of the respondents were replied 'have checked' respectively. For the positive effects due to enforcement of the nutrition labeling system, the respondents agreed highly with 'easy to compare with other products' and 'improve the products quality'. For the problems of the nutrition labeling system, the respondents agreed highly with 'different criteria for each product' and 'incendiary purchasing due to false or exaggerated labeling', and gave the higher scale for the positive effects than the problems relatively. For the necessity of the nutrition labeling system, 96.2% of the respondents were replied 'necessary', and it was indicated a significant difference on age and marital status(p<.01). For the price rising due to enforcement of the nutrition labeling system, 55.2% of respondents agreed, and it was indicated a very significant difference on age and monthly income(p<.001). For the most important nutrition labeling items at purchasing the food, the respondents were replied 'total calorie' on most of the food, and in addition, they checked carefully the lipid, cholesterol, protein, Ca, and Fe.

국제프랜차이징 연구요소 및 연구방향 (Research Framework for International Franchising)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 프랜차이즈의 해외진출에 대한 연구들을 바탕으로 국제프랜차이징연구의 전체적인 연구체계를 세워보고, 연구체계를 형성하고 있는 연구요인들을 확인하여 각 연구요소별로 이루어지는 연구주제와 내용을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구주제들을 제안하고자 한다. 주요한 연구요소들은 국제프랜차이징의 동기 및 환경 요소과 진출의사결정, 국제프랜차이징의 진입양식 및 발전전략, 국제프랜차이징의 운영전략 및 국제프랜차이징의 성과이다. 이외에도 국제프랜차이징 연구에 적용할 수 있는 대리인이론, 자원기반이론, 거래비용이론, 조직학습이론 및 해외진출이론들을 설명하였다. 또한 국제프랜차이징연구에서 보다 중점적으로 개발해야 할 질적, 양적 방법론을 소개하였으며, 마지막으로 국내연구의 동향을 정리하여 추후의 연구방향을 종합적으로 정리하였다.
