  • In order to implement nano-level accuracy of precision equipments, a nano control system is one of the key components. The control system consists of a controller, actuators and sensors having nano-level resolution. In this paper, application area and technical trend on the nano control system are introduced. Some required techniques for realizing nano-level resolution of a controller or actuator are presented. Technical innovation of a control system by IT-fusion and its effect are also described. Finally, domestic research activities for development of the IT-based nano control system are introduced.

  • The construction industry is typical of the ' job of 3D ', the automated construction equipments are getting used in the domestic construction sites and the construction robots began to be sold in the abroad. The research developed the small sized robot which could be used at the apartments and the office buildings with the small floors. But the past finishing robot could not be operated easily, it had expensive controller which could not increase the production of robot. In this paper, user interface is made to operate easily the small concrete floor finishing robot with two trowel which has low cost controller, motion algorithm including modeling and mechanism about the concrete finishing robot is developed to control moving. Simulation and experiment figure out how the finishing robot moves and will contribute to realizing it.lizing it.

  • Real time informations from industrial power system in operation can be used for efficient energy conservation, optimal operation of electrical equipments, and expansion planning of apparatus. Requirements for energy conservation and supplied power quality in customers are increasing significantly because of their effects on the production cost and efficiency. Thus, the development of low cost power management system which can can operate in domestic power system properly is substantially requested. In this research, operation software for real time monitoring and control system in customer power system has been developed to achieve the above purposes. The development of the operating software and related technologies are expected to be applied successfully for reducing electricity cost, enhancing power quality, determining facility expansion planning, operating optimal power system, increasing production efficiency, and reducing maintenance cost.

  • This paper gives information which is applied to install the electrical equipment of amusement park and ride. For analyzing the standard of electrical equipment installation, we research the related regulation of National Electrical Code(2002), IEC 60364-series and Technical standards for Electrical facilities of internal standard. Among electrical equipments of amusement park and ride, especially we study the transformer vaults, overcurrent protection and ground protection of electrical equipment. So we the furnished the installation information of transformer vaults, overcurrent and ground protection at amusement park and ride.

안전성 향상을 위한 도로터널 등급에 관한 연구 (A Study of Classification of Road Tunnel for Fire Safety)

  • In road tunnel, in order to prevents an accident and minimize the damage of an accident in the case of fire, safety facilities and equipments are integral parts. The type and amount of safety facilities are based on tunnel type and length, traffic flow rate, etc. Therefore many countries use a tunnel classification system that categories tunnel into groups, and specifies the necessary emergency equipment for each group. In this study, for the purpose of classifying tunnel based on tunnel ist investigated the domestic and foreign standards and regulations for safety of road tunnel. As a results, we suggest the method of classification of tunnel by traffic performance, tunnel grade, the volume of traffic, fraction of HGV, rules or regulations for transports of dangerous good through tunnel.

  • 세계적으로 가입자망의 고도화 및 광대역화가 경쟁적으로 추진되고, 이에 따른 신규 서비스도 활성화되고 있는 추세이다. 국내 광통신 산업의 저변 확대와 육성 발전, 차세대 장비 개발, 광가입자망 기반 고품질 서비스 및 플랫폼 개발의 일환으로, ETRI(Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute)에서는 자체적으로 FTTH(Fiber-to-the-Home) 표준BMT(Bench Mark Test) 테스트베드와 네트워크 운영센터 및 IPTV 서비스 장비로 FTTH 서비스 센터를 구축하고, 통신망 사업자를 통하여 규모 있는 상용 광가입자망을 구축하고 연동하였다. 본 논문에서는 ETRI의 FTTH 서비스 센터에서 송출하는 고화질의 IP 방송이 통신 사업자의 상용 광가입자망을 통하여 가입자에게 전달되고, 가입자가 IP 셋탑으로 출력하는데 있어 QoE(Quality of Experience) 측면에서 나타난 문제를 분석하고 개선한 내용을 기술하였다.

경북지역 양송이버섯(Agaricus bisporus) 생산 감소 원인 연구 (The causes of production decrease in button mushroom of Gyeongbuk province)

  • 국내 양송이버섯 생산동향 및 생산량 감소 원인 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가. 2000년 이후 국내 양송이버섯의 생산량은 70%, 농가수는 37%가 감소하였으며 경북지역은 감소폭이 더욱 컸다. 국내 재배면적은 6%가 증가하였지만 경북지역은 30%가 감소하였다. 2002년 이후 중국산 양송이(조제)가 공급되면서 양송이버섯 시장은 농가수가 감소하는 등 큰 영향을 받았으나 양송이버섯가격은 지속적으로 상승하였다. 특히, 단위면적당 생산량의 감소로 시장으로 공급되는 양이 수요량보다 부족하였음을 알 수 있었다. 나. 양송이버섯의 생산량이 감소한 원인으로는 농가경영여건의 악화, 수량보다는 품질에 중점을 둔 재배방식의 변화, 중국산 양송이버섯의 수입, 기후변화로 인한 재배환경 변화, 재배시설의 노후화, 양송이버섯 재배용 국산설비의 개발이 부진하였던 것을 뽑을 수 있다. 특히, 양송이버섯 재배용 배지의 원재료의 품질이 우수하지 못하며, 선진국에 비해 배지의 생산기술이 떨어지지만, 1980년대 이후 정착된 불안정한 한국형 배지생산 시스템으로 인해 양송이버섯 배지의 품질이 낮아진 것이 국내 및 경북지역의 양송이버섯 생산량 감소에 주요 원인 중 한가지로 작용하였다.

국내 남성 아웃도어 웨어에 나타난 이미지 분석 (An Analysis of the Image of Domestic Men's Outdoor Wear)

  • This research reviewed the developmental process of domestic outdoor wear and later analyzed the images given out by men's outdoor wear. The research results are as follows. First, military supplies left by American soldiers were dyed or reformed and then worn, and daily wear were mainly worn in the 1960s. Wears made from light and waterproof materials were worn and equipments were used in the 1970s. High functioning materials which allowed simultaneous breathability, waterproof and thermal insulation functions were used for wears in the 1980s. For the jacket especially, functionality was enhanced sith zippers, snaps and velcro to prevent cold air penetration in the 1990s. Florescent piping decorations and logo decorations, and prints and colors which reflected the trend, were used to emphasize fashionity and decorativeness in the 2000s. Second, Sophisticated image emphasized urban feeling with toned-down windbreaker jackets without much detail, with down jacket and pants. Casual image expressed a relaxed feeling with windbreaker jacket, shirts, jumper, vest and pants made of cotton, mesh knit and denim. Active image emphasized functionality by brightly colored windbreaker jackets, down jacket and pants. Ethnic image expressed an exotic mood with windbreaker jackets with stylized prints, with jumper, down jacket and pants. Military image showed a strong masculine feeling with jackets adorned with epaulettes, khaki colors and camouflage prints, with jumper, T-shirts, vest, shorts and pants. Avantgarde image exuded an experimental and unique feeling with jackets made of various colors and materials, such as cotton, jersey and glossy materials, with down jacket and jersey pants.

제7차 HS 협약 개정에 따른 무인 수송기기 품목분류에 관한 연구: 제17부를 중심으로 (A Study on the Unmanned Transportation Systems of the Seventh Edition of Harmonized System: Focusing on the Section 17 of HS Nomenclature)

  • The HS Convention is an agreement on the harmonized commodity description and coding system enacted by the World Customs Organization in January 1988 to promote international trade and unify the commodity classification systems internationally, and the seventh revision will take effect in January 2022. This study's main purpose is to consider criteria for classifying unmanned autonomous transport systems(UATS) in accordance with Section 17 of the HS nomenclature and to present recommendations for improvement of laws related to tariff classification which may be used to amend related laws in Korea. Currently, there are no provisions within the HS Nomenclature that classify unmanned autonomous transportation systems and equipments. Although such technologies have yet to be commercially deployed, they are being actively developed globally. Thus, this study aims to classify UATS and suggest appropriate amendments to the new edition of the HS Nomenclature and Korean law. This paper examines advance ruling cases from domestic and foreign HS classification under the revision of the HS Convention and the criteria for the classification of UATS and Domestic Korean and foreign classification case studies were investigated, along with a survey of the literature on UATS, in order to derive reasonable tariff classification criteria and present legislative implications. In conclusion, this study aims to provide legislative recommendations for how to improve the system to apply the revisions to the HS Convention to the domestic Korean statutes.
