중국의 산업구조변화와 한중간 새로운 네트워크 구축에 관한 연구 (The Industry Structure Change in China and The Study Related of Building Korea-China's New Network)

  • The purpose of this article is to suggest what is the desirable direction of economic relationship between Korea and China. The economic relationship between countries is based on how the present network is. As the economic relationship between countries grows, the network between countries will expand. In the past, the economic relationship between Korea and China is cooperative one from the viewpoint of international division of labor. Korean industries was focused on the value-added and mid-advanced technology products, while Chinese was focused on the labor-intensive products. As the China's economy grows for more than thirty years, there is a great change in China's economic policies and environment. China's industry structure is moving from the labor-intensive industry to technology-oriented industry. China's exports to the global market is increasing very fast, and China's domestic market is also growing. The change in Chinese industries' structure bring about severe competition in the global market. The expanding China's domestic market is also good opportunity as the new market in the world. The change in China's industrial structure needs for Korea to establish the 'New Network" between two countries. Korea has to grab the new opportunities in the China's domestic market and find new cooperative network with the products and industries.

미국과 EU의 FTA에 나타난 무역-노동기준 연계에 관한 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Trade-Labor Linkage in FTAs of the US and EU)

  • 본 연구는 무역과 노동기준의 연계에 있어 미국과 EU의 FTA에 나타난 노동장(chapter)을 비교분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 비교적 단기간에 효과가 나타나는 관세철폐와 달리, 노동기준의 조율은 장기간에 걸친 제도변화 및 규제의 수렴현상을 일으킬 수 있으며, 경제뿐만 아니라, 사회적 변화까지 수반하기 마련이다. 미국은 북미자유무역협정 이후 양자 FTA를 추진함에 있어 위반 시 제소와 벌금부과까지 가능한 구속력 있는 노동조항을 포함시켜왔고, 이에 반해 EU가 체결한 FTA의 노동장은 대화 또는 협력에 기반을 둔 권고적 조항을 중심으로 형성되어 왔다. 이와 같은 차이는 양측이 갖고 있는 FTA 추진의 목적, 국내법 및 운영체계와 같은 국내적 상황이 복합적으로 작용한 결과이다. 한국은 양측과 동시에 FTA를 발효시켰고, 한국기업의 해외노무관리가 점차 중요해짐에 따라 향후 국제적인 무역-노동기준 연계 논의에 더 많은 영향을 받게 될 것이다. 한·미 FTA의 이행을 살펴보면, 한국이 ILO 협약 등 국제기준을 대부분 준수하고 있다는 점에서 양측 간에 큰 문제가 불거질 것으로 예상되지는 않으나, 한국의 노사관계법과 노사관계 관행이 미국식과 맞지 않을 경우 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 한·EU FTA는 이행과정에서 양측이 정부는 물론, NGO를 포함하는 시민사회 간의 대화를 실시할 것을 규정하고 있어서, 비록 구속력은 없으나, 지속적인 외압으로 작용할 수 있다. 이러한 점을 감안할 때 한국은 FTA를 통해 미국과 EU의 노동규제로부터 끊임없이 직간접적인 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

건설업 노동생산성의 국제비교에 관한 기초 연구 (A Fundamental Study on International Comparison of Labor Productivity in Construction Industry)

  • This study compared the labor productivity of the construction industry to the manufacturing and service industries. In addition, It analyzed the construction labor productivity gap of the G7 countries based on data from the Korean Productivity Center. A comparative analysis of construction labor productivity between manufacturing and service industries, based on statistics from the National Statistical Office, revealed a relatively low level and trend of continued decline. In addition, a comparative analysis of the productivity of construction workers in the major G7 countries found that the difference in productivity is very large, with an average of 65.3 %. Therefore, domestic construction companies and the government should prepare Improvement measures to improve productivity by investing in technology development to increase labor productivity and improving the production system of the construction industry.

한국 제조업에서의 노동소득분배율 변동요인 분석 (An Analysis of Movements in the Labor Share of Income in the Korean Manufacturing Industries)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국 제조업의 노동소득분배율 변동요인을 1991-2009년 18개 산업 패널자료를 이용해 신고전파 경제학적 접근과 칼레키-포스트케인지안-정치경제학적 접근을 통합한 분석모형을 구축하고 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 수출과 수입 등 무역의 존도의 증가는 노동소득분배율을 높이고, 노동조합 조직률의 하락, 자본증진적 기술진보, 생산의 세계화가 노동소득분배율을 하락시킨 것으로 나타났다. 1997년 IMF 경제위기 이후 제도변화의 영향으로는 노동시장의 유연화와 노동조합의 고용규제력 약화로 노조조직률은 노동소득분배율에 영향을 미치지 못한 반면 외주비율 확대가 노동소득분배율을 하락시켰으며, 수출의 노동소득분배율 개선효과가 감소하여 낙수효과가 약화된 것으로 나타났다. 그밖에 주주 권한을 강화하는 기업지배구조 개편이 노동소득분배율을 하락시킨다는 포스트케인지안의 금융화 명제를 뒷받침하는 증거는 발견되지 않았다.

감정 노동에서 표현 규칙의 공정성에 대한 지각과 문제 중심 스트레스 대처의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderating Effects of Display Rule Fairness Perception and Problem-Focused Stress Coping on Emotional Labor)

  • The moderators that relieve negative effects of emotional labor have been studied such as job characteristics and situational variables. But as reviewing these studies, they focused on the degree of emotional on certain condition, there's no distinction between that degree and moderating effects. So we should focus on the moderating variables as a organizational involvement. In this study, I hypnotized the mediating effect of job stress between emotional labor and organizational effectiveness. Then I explored moderating role of 'fairness perception of emotional labor' and 'problem-focused stress coping'. This study tested these relationships using data from 166 employees of domestic security service company. From this data, I found that emotional labor increases job stress and job stress fully mediates the relationship between individual attitude(job satisfaction, turnover intention). And one who perceives display rule fairer, feels less job stress than who is not. Lastly, one who copes more problem-focused when he/she experiences job stress, have less negative effect on turnover intention.

방사선사의 감정노동이 이직의도 및 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiographer Emotional Labor on Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: Radiologists are the service worker with emotional labor who works within a relatively small space of the hospital, dealing with multiple patients. The purposes of this study were to search the turnover intention and job satisfaction through the work of emotional labor of radiologists. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 109 radiologists working at university hospitals, general hospitals, clinics and other facilities across the domestic. The regions were aggregated according to Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, which was applied in proportion to the population distribution. A questionnaire was composed of 26 questions which were used in Korean Emotional Laboratory Scale (K-ELS). Results: The overall emotional labor score was $48.3{\pm}15.8$. The most pressing requirement of radiologists to improve emotional labor was the topic about the exchange of colleagues ($75.8{\pm}15.6$ score, ${\beta}=0.78$, p<0.001). Conclusions: In order to resolve the emotional labor of radiologists, it could be necessary to have a meeting through training and workshops where the exchange of colleagues can take place.

로컬리티 아카이브로서 참여형 노동 아카이브 개발 모형 설계 (Designing a Model for Developing Participatory Labor Archives as Locality Archives)

  • 이 연구는 로컬리티 아카이브의 한 유형으로 참여형 노동 아카이브 개발 모형을 원칙적인 측면에서 제안하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해, 우선 문헌 연구와 전문가 면담을 진행하면서 노동 아카이브 구축에 있어 참여 기능의 필요성과 그 가능성을 검토하였으며, 특히 산업 노동 아카이브를 중심으로 참여 대상과 참여 유형 등을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 국내외 노동 아카이브 운영 사례를 통해 각각의 참여 방식을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석에 근거하여, 지역 산업과 연관된 참여형 노동 아카이브를 개발하기 위한 원칙과 절차와 함께, 절차의 각 단계별 참여 방식을 제안하였다.

  • If done under this circumstances, then labor force can work comfortably and safely without nervousness and tiresome. The productivity and quality can increase ultimately and even foreign labor, imbecile child, old-aged labor can participate in work, which can reduce shortage of labor source. Therefore, in this study, it would be researched how to manage work blunder system by domestic small and medium enterprises and would be examined work blunder system was developed to fully meet the worker satisfaction. Through this 5M factor evaluation system by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) all analyzed.

국내 스마트양식 기술 동향 (Domestic Smart Aqua-farming Technology)

  • A stable protein source is required to support the rapidly increasing global population, and fishery products are a particularly important part of the required protein supply. However, due to continued overfishing, fishery resources are depleted, and the number of fish caught by fishing boats has stagnated. Consequently, the aquaculture industry is becoming increasingly important. Internationally, smart aquaculture technology that minimizes labor and environmental pollution has been established through technological developments supported by large investments in automation and water treatment technology over the last several decades. In the case of Korea, the aquaculture industry has not yet emerged as a labor-intensive primary industry. However, in recent years various attempts have been made to apply ICT technology to aquaculture to overcome these problems. In this study, domestic and foreign technologies and patent trends for smart aquaculture are analyzed. In addition, the current status of the smart aquaculture cluster business that the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has been promoting since 2019 to utilize ICT technology in aquaculture is introduced.

A Study on Agricultural Machine Sharing Application

  • The government has set the mechanization of paddy agriculture as a national task, aiming to achieve over 70% by 2025. The main objective is to stabilize the farming costs of rural households due to the aging and feminization of rural areas, as well as the shortage of agricultural labor. In response to this, the Korea Rural Economic Institute operates a farm machinery rental business. However, there are challenges in selecting and managing rental machinery, including issues related to labor, costs, verification, and time. Additionally, there is a limit to upgrades, and overseas models are being imported and used for transplanters and rice planters, which do not conform to domestic standards and face maintenance difficulties. In order to solve the difficulties of the agricultural machine rental business, we intend to develop an application that shares domestic and foreign machines purchased and used by individuals at a low cost and use them in gun-level administrative districts.
