Housing Performance Grade Indication System is one of the advanced system which operate globally in three countries. Housing Performance Grade Indication System of the Japan and Korea has points of similarity and distinction according to special situations of own condition and government. The purpose of a study is how characteristics have points of view about background, composition and an outline of the system, indication standard and method, the situation of issue, making progress direction and what is the clear differences. Also, it is to obtain hints for making progress direction of domestic Housing Performance Grade Indication System. The method of study is in parallel with literature survey, also collection through visiting to researcher, operation company, evaluation institution, housing company of the Japan. and to use data as a result of international workshop on November 2008. Because domestic research team is studying about making system and evaluation, revision, this study will make use this data.

The purpose of this research was to get an alternative idea about the situation and problems of domestic pest control company We performed a questionnaire survey of 105 companies to find the situation and problems of pest control companies with and with out lincensed sanitarians. The investigation revealed the following issues and the conclusions summarized. 1. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have shown to put forth hygenic safety(62%) as first priority as to companies without sanitarians neglect hygenic safety and rank financial benefit(40%) as their priority. 2. Companies with lincensed sanitarians have directions on its use of pesticides but the companies without inspectors rely only on field experiences. 3. Companies with lincensed sanitarians are known to use the safety equipment. To the contrary, companies without sanitarians worked without the proper safety equipment safety gear. 4. Companies with sanitarians been regularly received educational Programs on chemicals used in the pest control. And then companies without did not have my other educational programs for chemicals they used.

Recently, in order to stay at predominance in the global infinity competition, most of companies have been reducing the cost in many fields of industry First of all, the reduction of the logistics cost have been recognized greatly as the company value rises. But, the current situation of domestic logistics cost is very weak compared with Japan, U.S.A., etc. A rate of logistics cost out of GDP is still high compared with the competitors. The reduction of the transportation cost from overall logistics cost is most urgent subject. One of the methods to make a domestic transportation system efficient is the consolidation. In this paper. we try to compare the consolidated transportation model for a cost reduction with individual case. We also analyze the efficiency of consolidated transportation using simulation program with Arena of System Modeling Company.

In this paper, we proposed real-time relative radiometric calibration processing method for SWIR(Short Wavelength Infra-Red) sensor using 'Hyper-Spectral Imager'. Until now domestic research for Hyper-Spectral Imager has been performing with foreign sensor device. So we have been studying hyper spectral sensor device to meet domestic requirement, especially military purpose. To improve detection & identify capability in 'Hyper-Spectral Imager', it is necessary to expend sensing wavelength from visual and NIR(Near Infra-Red) to SWIR. We aimed to design real-time processor for SWIR sensor which can control the sensor ROIC(Read-Out IC) and process calibrate the image. To build Hyper-Spectral sensor device, we will review the SWIR sensor and its signal processing board. And we will analyze relative radiometric calibration processing method and result. We will explain several SWIR sensors, our target sensor and its control method, steps for acquisition of reference images and processing result.

The trends of research for concrete in recent days are the high performance, high flow, ultra high strength and high durability. These are being researched with a construction company and a materials company. Anyone have to use the good quality sand, gravel, high quality chemical compound and silica fume for ultra high strength concrete as yet. This paper was researched with the domestic materials, not use the high price silica fume for the development 100MPa ultra high strength concrete with laboratory tests and mock-up test.

Nowadays most companies are required to acquire the quality assurance system for their survival. It is essential to improvement company's competitive power that Certification of Quality Assurance System but there are many problems. To analysis the effects of ISO 9000 series/QS-9000 QA systems to the Domestic Company Quality Improvement as well as quality consciousness, data has been surveyed form quality assurance engineers who have work on certification activities. The data is analyzed using relevant tabulations of five scale or paired t test method in order to compare level of quality management of pre-certification with that of post-certification. It is analyzed in two parts which are qualitative effects and quality maturity grid. Also, to analysis for the bottlenecks and problems the data is analyzed using frequency analysis method.

The domestic food industry intends to expand overseas market. In order to succeed, in-depth research on local consumers is essential. This paper examined consumer research methodology and case studies based on sensory and consumer science for developing products targeting overseas market. Consumer research should be prece ded by overseas consumer panel construction. Then, this can be followed by application of various consumer research methodologies on new product development process. The most important consideration in this case is that application of same research methods or criteria as for domestic market could lead to significant errors in terms of reliability of results. Therefore, in order to develop successful products that accurately meet the needs of overseas consumers, careful study and consideration of the differences between markets would be essential from consumer researcher and decision-maker's sides.

Dongwon Systems established in 1977 to exclusively supply Dongwon tuna cans, the parent company. Instead of its stable management and profits by relying on the parent company, the company was not complacent and started innovating and challenging new markets. Dongwon Systems decided to expand the business area and pioneer new markets so that it becomes the first domestic company to successfully expand into independent businesses other than parent company products. Such success of Dongwon Systems was driven by its differentiated B2B strategies. Unlike the characteristics of usual B2B companies, Dongwon Systems has been thinking both of its client companies and end-consumers. In this case-study, we will explore how Dongwon Systems became the No.1 packaging solution company in Korea through technology innovation in the aspects of unique B2B marketing strategy. The key success factor can be summarized in three ways; product and technology development with customer centric mind-set, systematically extending new markets through business diversification, and marking Southeast Asia as a bridgehead for its global strategy. It is expected that the current case study of Dongwon Systems will be able to provide implications for B2C companies as well as B2B companies that try to expand their business portfolio and global business areas through B2B marketing case analysis.

Currently, the government has made a lot of efforts to improve construction productivity but there are few studies which measure between safety perception level and productivity in the South Korean construction industry. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze correlation between safety perception level of domestic construction companies and construction productivity. To achieve the objective, first, the concept of safety perception level was defined. Second, the safety perception level and construction productivity were investigated in the case projects. Third, correlation analysis was conducted between safety perception level and productivity. As a result, it was concluded that a high level of safety perception of executive and manager would increase construction productivity. In addition, To improve the safety perception level in the construction company, it is suggested that the provision safety resources for managements and the equal communication system between workers and managements and the development safety education tools considering the worker's experience. In the future, these findings can be utilized to develop future evaluation tools for a safety perception level in domestic construction company.
