본 논문에서는 Gabor 특징과 웨이브렛 영역의 BDIP와 BVLC 특징을 이용한 질감 특징 기반 언어 인식 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법에서는 먼저 시험 영상에 Gabor 변환과 웨이브렛 변환을 적용한다. 웨이브렛 영역의 상세 대역에는 Donoho의 연역치화를 적용하여 잡음을 제거한다. 이어서 Gabor 영상에는 크기 연산자를 적용하고 웨이브렛 부대역에는 BDIP와 BVLC 연산자를 적용한다. 그런 다음 Gabor 크기 영상과 BDIP, BVLC 부대역에 대하여 통계치를 계산하여 그 결과들을 벡터화하고 융합하여 특징 벡터로 사용한다. 분류 단계에서는 얼굴 인식에 주로 사용되는 WPCA를 분류기로 하여 시험 특징 벡터와 가장 유사한 학습 특징 벡터를 찾는다. 실험 결과 제안된 방법은 실험 문서 영상 DB에 대하여 비교적 낮은 특징 벡터 차원으로 매우 우수한 언어 인식 성능을 보여준다.

개인이 구축한 시소러스를 온톨로지로 구축하기 위해서는 먼저 시소러스를 온톨로지로 변환하기 위해서 적합할 뿐만 아니라 W3C에서 국제표준으로 선택한 SKOS로 기술하는 것이 첫 번째 단계이다. SKOS는 시소러스나 주제명표, 분류체계 등을 온톨로지로 변환하는데 적합한 온톨로지이지만 온톨로지로 기술하려면 RDF/XML과 같은 언어가 필요하다. 그러나 RDF/XML은 읽고 쓰기에 어렵기 때문에 RDFa처럼 HTML에 내장할 수 있거나 훨씬 구조가 쉽고 기술하기도 간편한 Turtle기술 언어도 필요할 수 있다. SKOS로 기술한 것과 더불어 온톨로지 구축 프로그램인 $Prot{\acute{e}}g{\acute{e}}$ 4.2를 사용해서 시험적으로 8개의 클래스와 151개의 용어를 사용해서 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 이 온톨로지에는 시소러스의 기본 개념 관계인 동의관계, 계층관계, 연관관계 이외에도 SKOS에서 제안하는 전이 계층 관계의 사례도 포함시켰다.

본 논문은 한 문서의 전체 의미는 각 부분의미의 합성이라는 관점에서 미리 반자동으로 구축된 감정어휘 평가사전을 기반으로 한 시스템을 제안한다. 인간의 의사 결정 과정과 유사한 방식으로 의사 결정 과정을 모델링하려는 노력으로써 본 ARSSA 시스템은 개별 리뷰의 의미값 연산과 자료 분류를 통해 감정 표현이 나타난 영화평 리뷰의 자동 등급화에 대한 연구를 수행한다. 이는 {'평점' : '리뷰'} 이항구조로 이루어진 현재의 평점 부여 형식에서 발생하는 두 변항의 불연속성 문제를 해결해보려는 목적을 가진다. 이는 어휘 의미 합성 과정에서 반영된 추상적 의미들의 합성 함수를 통해 실현될 수 있다. 시스템의 성능 실험에서 네이버 무비에서 확보한 1000개의 리뷰에 대한 10-fold 교차 검증 실험이 수행되었다. 이 실험은 기존에 부여된 평점과 비교하여 감정어휘 평가사전을 이용하였을 때 85%의 F1 Score를 보였다.

EXPRESS는 공학 분야의 제품 정보를 기술하는 언어로서 서로 다른 시스템 사이의 데이터 교환이 가능하게 한다 그러나 EXPRESS를 사용할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 종류는 제한적이며 이에 비용이 소요된다. 한편, XML은 웹 상에서 데이타의 관리 및 유지를 가능하게 한다. 웹은 사용 및 접근이 쉽고 저렴하기 때문에 XML로 쓰여진 데이타는 특정 애플리케이션이나 시스템에 의존하지 않아도 되므로 데이타 교환에도 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다. 따라서, EXPRESS로 기술된 정보를 XML로 표현할 경우, 누구나 사용하기 쉬운 웹 상에서 그 정보를 사용할 수 있으므로 제품 정보가 기존보다 더 폭넓고 손쉽게 사용되어 원활한 정보 교환이 이루어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위하여, EXPRESS 정보를 각각 그에 대응하는 XML DTD와 XML 스키마로 변환하는 방법을 제시한다. EXPRESS의 각 문법 요소들을 분류하고 이 요소들로 인해 발생할 수 있는 복합적인 경우를 고려하여, 이에 대응하는 XML DTD 요소와 XML 스키마 요소로 나타내는 번역 규칙을 제시한다. 또한, 이 번역 규칙에 의해 각각의 경우에 대응하는 XML DTD와 XML 스키마로 변환하는 번역기를 구현한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the job of the security and secretary, to offer useful basic data throughout human resources management by withdrawing the ability required from the security and secretary based on the analyzed results. In this regard, this study intended to look into the job of the security and secretary, the necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary. To achieve the research goals, the study selected the research participants, composed of 5 secretaries for security with more than 5-year careers after graduating from a security and secretarial service department in a college and conducted an in-depth interview with them concerning their jobs. The in-depth interview data from the 5 participants was applied with a classification analysis used by Spradley (1980). In order to enhance the dependability and validity of the research, the study held an expert meeting composed of 2 persons with a doctoral degree in securities service studies and 1 person with a master's degree in secretarial information studies, twice. Also, the study drew results concerning the job of the security and secretary and the necessary ability of the job. Though the above process, the following conclusions were drawn; the job of the security and secretary includes the areas of job safety, a housing residence job, a health care job, an interpersonal relationships job, an assistant' s job, document and office works, general affairs, and an education job. The necessary ability for the job of the security and secretary involves martial arts abilities, risk management ability, the strict keeping of secrets, decision-making ability, information processing ability, foreign language proficiency, understanding other cultures, communications skills and office work ability.

일반적으로 기존 검색엔진은 다수 사용자의 동일한 질의에 대하여 일률적으로 같은 검색 결과를 제공하는데, 이는 사용자 개인의 특성을 고려하지 않는 단점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 사용자가 가지고 있는 검색 의도를 파악하여 그에 부합하는 결과를 제공하는 개인화 검색이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 프로파일 기반 개인화 검색을 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템에서는 개인화 검색을 이루기 위해 개념 네트워크 형태의 사용자 프로파일을 구성하며, 이는 사용자가 과거에 질의했던 질의어와 탐색했던 웹문서를 분석하여 자동 생성된다. 그리고 사용자가 웹문서에 대해 태그를 지정한 폭소노미 데이터를 이용하여, 개념 네트워크를 확장함으로써 개념 네트워크의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있다. 이 개념 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자가 부여한 질의어를 확장시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 검색결과의 중첩도를 고려하여 사용자별 검색 결과의 순위를 재산정 함으로써 개인의 특성을 반영한 검색 결과를 제공할 수 있다.

인터넷 기술과 통신망 기술이 발전됨에 따라 전자상거래는 복잡하고 다양해지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 데이터베이스 시스템들 간의 메타데이터 및 데이터 교환을 위해 W3C에서 제안한 XML Schema를 사용하고, XML Schema는 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템의 메타데이터 및 데이터를 계층적 구조인 XML 문서형식으로 나타낼 수 있고, 다양한 원시 데이터 형식을 지원하여 관계형 데이터베이스 시스템이 제공하는 데이터형식을 충분히 반영할 수 있는 구조를 사용한다. 그리고 기존 전자상거래에서는 이질적인 플랫폼을 사용함으로 인해 발생하는 시스템간의 상호 호환 및 운영의 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 상품 분류와 속성표현의 표준과 관계성을 정의한 표준 온톨로지와 상품들에 대한 전자상거래 사이트의 정보를 제공하는 로케이션 온톨로지를 구축한다. 이 온톨로지 정보를 검색시스템에 적용하여 고객의 선택에 필요한 정보를 제공함으로서 효율적인 검색을 수행한다. 이러한 온톨로지와 상품 분류 카테고리 정보를 결합하여 XMDR이라 하고, 이 XMDR을 상품 검색 시스템에 도입하여 효율적인 검색을 수행하기 위한 은톨로지 서버 구축에 관한 방법을 제안한다.

Purpose: The role of registered nurses is expanding in scope as the healthcare paradigm shifts from acute, hospital-based care to community and population-based care. Given this paradigm shift, this study explores the legal aspects of the role of a registered nurse. Methods: We used document analysis for extracting laws and legal orders related to nursing from the entirety of Korean law. Using textualism approach, we examined the contents utilizing a framework that was developed based on the role classification of community nurses by Clark in this study. Results: A total of 119 items related to nursing were derived from 64 laws. Of these, 71.4 % can be performed by people in multiple types of occupations including nurses. As a result of analyzing required qualifications, 45.4% of 119 items required additional qualifications besides registered nurse license. Analysis of workplace and activity type demonstrated that 26.1% of the 119 items were related to medical institutions, with nurses performing mostly "Client-oriented role." More than half (68.9%) were non-medical institutions, with nurses performing mostly "Delivery-oriented role." Some, however, did not stipulate the nurse's roles clearly. Conclusion: Therefore, to match the enhanced scope and responsibilities of registered nurses and to appropriately recognize, guide, and hold these nurses accountable, laws and policy must reflect these changes. In doing so, these updated laws and policies will ultimately serve as a basis for improving the quality and safety of nursing services.

특정 분야의 용어를 표현하는 전문용어 사이의 계층관계를 학습하는 방법은 규칙기반학습방법, 통계기반학습방법 등이 있다. 본 논문에서는 문서에서 추출된 퍼지용어 정보를 바탕으로 한 온톨로지 구조를 카테고리화하여 퍼지용어의 전문성을 이용하여 주어진 퍼지용어의 상위어 후보를 레벨화한 후 퍼지용어 의미유사도를 계산하여 선택된 후보들 중에서 최적의 상위어후보를 결정한다. 즉, 퍼지용어의 전문성을 레벨화하기 위한 확장된 AHP방법은 퍼지용어사이의 비교를 통해 가중치나 상대적 중요성을 결정한 후 퍼지집합의 Min연산자와 다이스계수, Min+다이스계수방법들을 비교한다. 이 방법들은 퍼지용어 의미유사도에 따라 문서들이 가지는 의미론적 내용과 관계의 식별을 바탕으로 보다 더 정확하게 문서를 분류할 수 있고 자연어처리 등 많은 분야에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In order to strengthen objectivity and availability of oriental herb medicine, the standard formula for herbs has been attempted to set up by experimenting and documentary testing original herbs which were recorded in authorized document. The object herb medicine is Codonopsis Pilosulae Radix. The internal and external morphological standard in this study is expected to supply the search for several physiochemical reaction, biological reaction, determination of indicator material and identification of gene with basic sources in the future. The result of study is as follows; In the external shape, it was possible that herbs were distinguished according to artificial classification and that same genus-degree of relatedness among herbs could be distinguished by more precise and active observation. In the shape of real herbs, I compared current herbs in market with original herbs which were just collected or were on the course of drying. In addition, it was possible that the internal shape could be identified by using microscope after butanol series. In powder herbs, it was possible to purify the shape by microscope through maceration of natural and powder herbs. Though it was impossible to make distinction of herbs which are not current in my search contents, this search contents will be a standard for alpplying herbs in the future. Despite such a useful character, it was difficult to deal with power herbs because it was uncertain to make a standard for them on account of the crush of these tissue. Since powders shape of herbs in a few documents were regard not as the powder shapes of natural herbs but as the maceration state of them. It is suggested that we should inspect the original herbs which are not crushed yet with a microscope in order to identify crushed shape of powder herbs from now on. An Additional standard establishment including physiochemical reaction and gene research is required in order to supplement the fault of this search. As for the supplement about this search, considering that many kinds of same genus-degree of relatedness are being current now, it is necessary that each herb should he collected only after identifying and that the succeeding search of each herb should be proceeded for the regular establishment of internal and external standard.
