This study proposed the movie recommendation system based on the user's personal information and movies rated using the method of k-clique and normalized discounted cumulative gain. The main idea is to solve the problem of cold-start and to increase the accuracy in the recommendation system further instead of using the basic technique that is commonly based on the behavior information of the users or based on the best-selling product. The personal information of the users and their relationship in the social network will divide into the various community with the help of the k-clique method. Later, the ranking measure method that is widely used in the searching engine will be used to check the top ranking movie and then recommend it to the new users. We strongly believe that this idea will prove to be significant and meaningful in predicting demand for new users. Ultimately, the result of the experiment in this paper serves as a guarantee that the proposed method offers substantial finding in raw data sets by increasing accuracy to 87.28% compared to the three most successful methods used in this experiment, and that it can solve the problem of cold-start.

This study is to investigate the present condition of waste disposal establishment and to analysis problems which could be produced at location selection formalities of waste disposal establishment. It proposed building methods of waste disposal establishment to lead spontaneous participation of local resident according to case analysis of waste disposal establishment. There are research results; i) Opposition of inhabitants was the majority of reason at the business abandonment or delay of waste disposal establishment. Therefore agreement formation course with local inhabitants is most important position. ii) Many estimate have been needed for waste disposal establishment, but support estimate of government was 30-50% that is really low compare with other environmental establishment. So that it need to increase of government estimate. iii) Location collection is carried out based on law and final collected location must be executed without delay of relation business as soon as possible. iv) Standard of location collection has to divide into small, middle and large size and to apply with same rule according to divided location. v) It must be change public subscription before and location selection after and maintain continuance of information offer to local inhabitants and offered information. vi) after building of waste disposal establishment for solving distrust of waste disposal establishment. It must be planed and carried on useful support countermeasure to local inhabitants in actuality.

The paper concerns the successive optimization for structure and parameters of fuzzy inference systems that is based on parallel Genetic Algorithms (PGA) and information data granulation (IG). PGA is multi, population based genetic algorithms, and it is used tu optimize structure and parameters of fuzzy model simultaneously, The granulation is realized with the aid of the C-means clustering. The concept of information granulation was applied to the fuzzy model in order to enhance the abilities of structural optimization. By doing that, we divide the input space to form the premise part of the fuzzy rules and the consequence part of each fuzzy rule is newly' organized based on center points of data group extracted by the C-Means clustering, It concerns the fuzzy model related parameters such as the number of input variables to be used in fuzzy model. a collection of specific subset of input variables, the number of membership functions according to used variables, and the polynomial type of the consequence part of fuzzy rules, The simultaneous optimization mechanism is explored. It can find optimal values related to structure and parameter of fuzzy model via PGA, the C-means clustering and standard least square method at once. A comparative analysis demonstrates that the Dnmosed algorithm is superior to the conventional methods.

A design process for the structure-borne noise in a passenger vehicle is presented. The proposed process is improved from the previous one. The major difference between the current and last ones is that most of the countermeasures should be developed before fixing a tool for structural parts. This is requested for QCDP(Quality, Cost, Delivery and Productivity) by the design engineers. The proposed one consists of 4 steps: Problem definition, Cause analysis, Development of counter-measure and Validation. Based on the general rule: divide and conquer, the complex problem can be simplified into a few critical sub-systems through the first step: Problem definition. Secondly, the critical causes can be identified for the critical sub-systems through the second step: Cause analysis. Thirdly, effective countermeasures are investigated and produced through the third step: Countermeasure development. The proposed countermeasures are finally validated in the forth step: Validation.

This paper introduces a 'divide-and-conquer' algorithm to the travelling salesman problem (TSP). Top 10n are selected beforehand from a pool of n(n-1) data which are sorted in the ascending order of each vertex's distance. The proposed algorithm then firstly selects partial paths that are interconnected with the shortest distance $r_1=d\{v_i,v_j\}$ of each vertex $v_i$ and assigns them as individual regions. For $r_2$, it connects all inter-vertex edges within the region and inter-region edges are connected in accordance with the connection rule. Finally for $r_3$, it connects only inter-region edges until one whole Hamiltonian cycle is constructed. When tested on TSP-1(n=26) and TSP-2(n=42) of real cities and on a randomly constructed TSP-3(n=50) of the Euclidean plane, the algorithm has obtained optimal solutions for the first two and an improved one from that of Valenzuela and Jones for the third. In contrast to the brute-force search algorithm which runs in n!, the proposed algorithm runs at most 10n times, with the time complexity of $O(n^2)$.

This thesis is for the analysis of the relationships between Mozi's 'Heaven and Man' through the inspection of meaning and emphasis in his three books, 'Heaven's Will', 'Verification of Ghost' and 'Indeterminism'. According to the previous study, the Heaven's Will and Verification of Ghost are justify Mozi's theory of theistic stance with the Heaven's authority. And in case of the 'Indeterminism', there seems to be positive and rational way of awareness and it's thought to be atheistic stance. It is thought that there is a rule of action which is about the personality principle, and it suggest that how the government rule the country, and how the people lead a life. And it is the ghost that give prize or punishment when they did something according to this principle or not. So, men should do their best in actual life to meet the heaven's will. Because my fate is not decided by heaven's order but my own action. And it is thought that the main point of 'the indeterminism' is about Heaven helps those who do independent and active efforts. In short, 'the Heaven's Will', Verification of Ghost' and 'Indeterminism' are neither contradiction nor conversion form theism to atheism. Mozi is thought to divide clearly about ghost's works and people's works, and it is expressed explicitly in his works 'Heaven's Will', 'Verification of Ghost' and 'Indeterminism'.

By studying the portions and layers(分部), left and right, superior and inferior, location of yin and yang, and beginning and end of diseases of skin, which is the core point of the theory of cutaneous region(皮部論) in "Naejing(內經)", in the physiological and pathological perspective, based on opinion of historic memorial doctors, arrived to the conclusion as below. Cutaneous region means not only the distribution of three yin and three yang(三陰三陽) of the surface, but also inside and outside, shallowness and depth, and it is the system which unites meridians, networks, and vessels. It is divided into portions and layers. The origin and beginning of diseases and the rule of favorable pattern and unfavorable pattern can be known through it. The portion of skin is not only the area that meridian vessels belongs to skin, but also the area that activation of twelve meridian vessels are expressed in the surface. The layer of skin is consisted in order of skin-tertiary collateral vessel-collateral vessel-meridian vessel-bone. In "Naejing", there are two preconditions to divide three yin and three yang into yin and yang. The first is standing while looking the south, and second is the quotation "outside is side of yang(外者爲陽 內者爲陰)." According to this preconditions, yang of outside of yang brightness, lesser yang, and greater yang is the whole body, except inside of hand and foot which yin of lesser yin, pericardium, and greater yin. Superior and inferior of the portions and the layers is designated as hand and foot, theological basis of which superior and inferior work in same diagnostic method can be found in the root and the basis(標本) and the origin and the insertion(根結). In conclusion, cutaneous region not only manages layer of the skin, but also it is divided into layers and portions, so it has close relations between meridian vessels and collateral vessels. The in-depth study of cutaneous region and meridians should be progress, in order to practice of diagnosis and acupuncture and moxibustion more.

Archival materials in film archives is a memories and archival documents of human which is generated from cultural activities of human being, and provided long-term relevant information. However, it is different general public audio-visual records because main purpose of representing culture to create the contents of private sector rather than evidence of the factual information of public service activities. Therefore, should determine the description principle and rule in order to reflect specific physical, intellectual characteristics. So as to control the description, that is need in the textual standards to base the specific purposes and rules thus analyzed the international description standards as Dublin Core, ISAD(G), FIAF Cataloguing Rules For Film Archives. As a result, more effectively to describe archival materials in film archives required significant modifications in the organizations of the areas and the elements. This study argues that first, to divide existence the concept and the reality (work/item) of archival materials in film archives. Second, to need understanding and indicating their content, context, structure. Third, to establish of the areas and the elements including a characteristic of it. The final suggestion organizes separately to 6th and 8th areas, 22th and 25th elements in two parts. This conclusion does not prepare to refer the status and/or policy of a particular film arhicve, can be set accordingly to a specific elements or sub-elements by the film archives.

This article will divide agricultural change process in Yanbian area into the period of japan rule, socialism and later time of the reform and open policy and so on. It will analyze the changes of Yanbian agriculture in every period influenced by external environment influence. The conclusions are as follow: first, under the influence of the japan rule, the policy about Korean Minority immigrants in japan and the original work agriculture and the group tribe construction, Yanbian fanning was controlled by the Japanese. Therefore, Yanbian's agriculture became the tool to satisfy the war and plunder the resource for Japanese. It shows the obviously peripheral characteristics. Second, in socialism time, Yanbian's agriculture was influenced by the rural communalization. The fanning completely belongs to the country, the agricultural production is influenced by the idea of "grain as the key link" which it only pays attention to take the cultivation industry and the production of grain in the interior of cultivation industry. Therefore, it has not been able fully to use the rich natural resource. Third, after reform and open policy, the countrysides were implemented family contract responsibility system, the farmer can rent the land for a long time, and the enthusiasm of agricultural production was improved. Moreover, due to the social market economy-system, the farmer carried on the agricultural production activities according to the market's demands and various departments of the agriculture obtained the coordinate development.

The purpose of this study is to help the understanding the characteristics in the costumes of men and women throughout the overall acceptance process of 'Naewaebub' in the late 'Chosun Dynasty' in which the notion of 'Naewae' is more prosperous than any other period in Korean history. Originally the distinction between man and woman was not intended to display the high and the low but to show the mutual respect according to each duty. As time goes on, that ideal became gradually changed to heighten the man and lower the women especially in 'Han' period of China. There was the ideal of distinction in the ancient times in Korea. Until 'Koryo Dinasty' the community has the system of blood-tied that put together maternal and paternal. 'Karye' was introduced in the late 'Koryo Dynasty' and accepted to the stereotype of morale in the 'Chosun Dynasty' and there seemed to be 'Samgang' and 'Oryun' at once. Many restrictions was imposed to behavior in women like rules of prohibition in attending the temple and concealment of woman's face and was recognized to rule of distinction between man and woman. Confucian life custom has been settled to Korean society throughout the late 16th century and 17th century and there were some appearances in the housing construction which divide the residences of man and woman. The characteristics in the costume from the avoidance of opposite sexes are clear in the structure of clothes changed from similar style to different style. The examples of those characteristics are as fellows. The costume in man was developed to advanced 'Pyoun-bokkwan' and 'Pyounbokpo' as social action of man prospered. Meanwhile the trousers which had been the same in the man and woman were separated to different trousers between man and woman. The costume life style of woman was changed to using the a hair whirl, hiding the face in the street and overlapping the innerwear under the skirt which was extension of woman's closed life style in late 'Chosun Dynasty'.
