Carex nakasimae Ohwi (Cyperaceae) is an endemic species on the Korean peninsula. This study reports a new locality of the species, updating the distribution map. A new population of the species was found during field surveys in 2014 in a small swamp in Haman-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do province, located in the southeastern part of the Korean peninsula. In the flowering and fruiting periods of the species, the population is associated with ca. 91 vascular plant taxa from 40 families. To conserve the endemic species, maintaining the habitat is critical. Furthermore, taxonomic and phylogenetic positions of the species should be clarified to establish biological conservation strategies for the rare, endemic C. nakasimae.

유통시장의 완전한 개방과 더불어 신유통업태의 등장은 기존 재래시장의 경쟁력 약화라는 결과를 초래하였다. 재래시장의 경쟁력 약화는 곧바로 서민경제의 어려움으로 이어지고 이는 지역경제의 붕괴 및 슬럼화라는 악순환을 가져올 수 밖에 없다. 이러한 시점에 재래시장이 갖는 현실적 여건을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 신유통업태와 경쟁관계를 유지할 수 있는 재래시장만의 차별적 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다. 재래시장에 대한 물리적 개선은 단기적 처방에 머물러 장기적인 방향에서 성장을 도모하기는 어렵다고 판단된 것이 본 연구의 출발점이다. 재래시장만의 고유 특성을 극대화하기 위하여 재래시장을 단순한 상거래업체에서 탈피하여 서비스업의 개념으로 경쟁력 강화방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 서비스업의 품질을 측정하고 관리하기 위한 이론적 모델중 SERVQUAL을 이용하여 재래시장의 시설 현대화 및 운영프로세스에 대한 실무적 결과를 제시하였다. 결국, 재래시장도 소비자들이 찾고 만족할 수 있는 운영프로세스의 강화가 이루어질 때, 다양한 유통업태들과의 지역내 공생관계를 통한 동반성장이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

This article investigates the distributed data storage problem in the space information network (SIN) using distributed fountain codes. Since space nodes in the SIN are resource-limited, in order to reduce energy consumption while improving the storage reliability, an efficient distributed storage based on fountain codes and probabilistic broadcasting (DSFPB) strategy is proposed. In the proposed strategy, source packets are disseminated among the entire network according to probabilistic broadcasting (PBcast), and the final degree distribution is close to the desired robust soliton distribution (RSD), this is benefited from the appropriate packets encoding procedure of the proposed strategy. As presented by the analysis and simulations, the total cost of data dissemination is greatly reduced compared with existing representative strategies, while improving the decoding performance.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out how shipping company recognizes making partnership with the third party logistics provider and to give implication. Research design, data and methodology - Personal interview and questionnaire by E-mail, Fax, Mail, and telephone were used. 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 155 copied were returned. Among collected questionnaires, 20 copies were excluded because of insufficient content, and therefore 135 copies were used. Results - Korea should change into new paradigm from old one based on current economic and social systems which has stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility chauvinism and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration and systems will be needed for better business practices. The Domestic logistics corporation needs to preoccupy strategic logistics hub and network. Conclusions - To be a center of North East Logistics, Korea needs more reasonable business law, systems and policies. Social norms and orders should be established to accomplish political and social security. A paradigm of the policy ruling over development of capital city and satellite cities shall make change.

A protection scheme for series active compensator is presented and analyzed in this paper. The proposed series active compensator operated as a high impedance K($\Omega$) to the fundamentals when short-circuit faults occur in the power distribution system, and two control strategies are proposed in this paper The first is the method by detecting the fundamental source current through the p-q theory, the second is the method by detecting the fundamental component of load current in Synchronous Reference Frame(SRF). When the short-circuit faults occur in the power distribution system, the proposed scheme can protect the series active compensator without additional protection circuits. The validity of the Proposed Protection scheme was investigated through experimental results.

The first is the method by detecting the fundamental source current through the p-q theory, the second is the method by detecting the fundamental component of load current in Synchronous Reference Frame (SRF) and the third is the method by detecting the input voltage. When the over current occurs in the power distribution system, the proposed scheme protects the series active power filter without additional protection circuits. The validity of proposed protection scheme is investigated through experimental result for the prototype hybrid active power filter system.

Recently the advent of web 2.0 era is an important trend in the business environmental change. Web 2.0 era means users' active participation, share, and openness, develop 'Internet penetration into everyday life,' and change many aspects of our society. web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the socioeconomic aspects: 1) acceleration of system shift to a small quantity of multi-species production system 2) growing influence of on-line channel/information to consumers 3) various minorities' power increase in the socioeconomic sector. Web 2.0 has been making these following changes in the firms' strategies for information management: 1) increase of external knowledge and information utilization 2) amplification and reproduction of information from customers 3) change of information distribution: pursuit of two-way communication with customers 4) integration of different information/services for business transformation. Firms must squarely look at socioeconomic changes owing to web 2.0, and utilize them for firms' effective information management.

Private brands play an important role in formulating the marketing strategies of fashion goods. Merchandisers of Korean department stores are now realizing that the effective marketing of private brands can increase customers store loyalty as well as store profitability. Thus, it is important to better understand customer's decision making processes underlying the purchase of private brand apparels. However, Little research had been undertaken to examine integrated factors influencing purchases of private brand apparel. Therefore, the objective of this study is to propose a model of purchasing intentions of private brand apparel. This study pays attention to (1) perceived value, (2) familarity, (3) store image, (4) differenciated needs, (5) perceived risk, and (6) perceived quality variation of private brand. The proposed model supports all hypotheses presented in the paper. Purchase intentions of private brand increased as perceived money, familiarity, positive store image of private brands, and satisfaction of individuals differentiated needs increase. Furthermore, perceive value of private brand increased as perceived risk and quality variation of private brand increased.

In this paper we consider a Bayesian theoretic approach to periodic incomplete preventive maintenance with minimal repair at failure. We assume that the system failure rate is increasing as the frequency of PM increases and that the system is replaced at the K-th PM under this maintenance strategy. The optimal policies which minimize the expected cost rates are discussed. We seek the optimal periodic PM interval x and replacement time K under a Weibull failure intensity. Assuming suitable prior distribution for the Weibull parameters, we derive the posterior distribution incorporating failure data and obtain the updated optimal replacement strategies.

Due to the rapid development of manufacturing and information technology, traditional supply chain scheme has been changed dramatically Most companies have been forced to relocate or redesign their logistics network in different countries. A supply chain partnership is a relationship formed between two independent members in supply chain through information sharing to achieve specific objectives and benefits in terms of reductions in total costs and inventories. This study illustrates the benefits of supply chain partnerships based on information sharing and lead-time patterns. We consider three level of information sharing: (1) immediate order information; (2) demand information; (3) inventory information. Given a fixed total lead-time, how lead-time distribution will affect the bullwhip effect and inventory cost under information sharing strategies. The results can help improving supply chain performance and selecting suitable direction for the re-configuration of supply chain network.
