병원조직에 팀제 도입이 팀직무만족과 팀조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of a Team System's Introduction to Hospital Organization, Regarding Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • The introduction of a team system to any organization is usually to improve that organizations dynamics, by increasing the proper adaptation to rapidly changing environments, by reducing approval procedures, and by promoting power authorization. In this regard, this study was carried out in an attempt to determine (1) whether or not the introduction of a team system can be as effective in hospital organizations as it has been in business organizations, and (2) what behavior factors influence such effectiveness. For the current study, questionnaires were distributed to the employees of a university hospital in Pusan. Four hundred eighty three of them(94.7%) were retrieved and analyzed through statistical processes. The three types of variables that were found to influence team effectiveness were: (1) independent variables of team organization characteristics, such as communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge, (2) intervening variables of team organization characteristics. such as job autonomy, technological variety, task subjectivity, task feedback and task importance, and(3) the dependent variables of team level effectiveness, such as job satisfaction and commitment to team organization. The gathered data were processed by using the 6.12 version of the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System), and the reliance coefficient of those measured variables was then evaluated as an average of 0.78. The influence of team level effectiveness was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. These differences in effectiveness were then analyzed on the basis of related mean values, while the differences among demo-sociological characteristics were analyzed by using the dispersion analysis(ANOVA) and the t-test. The results of the study can be summarized by the following. First, regarding the relationship between team organization characteristics and team level effectiveness, all of the factors including communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge were found to have a significant influence on effectiveness. Second, the factors of team job characteristics, such as technological variety, task importance and job autonomy, had significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teams members. Team level effectiveness was generally high, while team job satisfaction was higher the teams organizational commitment. Third, regarding the demo-sociological characteristics, team level effectiveness was found to be higher among those who were older, who had more job experience, and who had a higher position. Comparing the differences among job types, the effectiveness was relatively higher in the fields of nursing and administration/management then in other fields. Further study should be done towards the setting of variables for characteristics of hospital organization, developing suitable methods of measurement, and researching individual level effectiveness.

대학생의 성 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Study on the Influential Factors Regarding Sexual Activity in College Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors which influence the college student sex behavior. The results can be used as the basis to establish health polices and a health promotion program to reduce the risks of sexual behavior of college students. The study subjects were random selected from college students in Kyonggido. The 335 subjects were selected from 4 schools including three colleges and one university. The self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 350 students, 335 of which were analyzed (after excluding the 15 incomplete or inaccurate data). The study took place between December 7-19, 1998. Regarding the analysis method, the SPSS program was used. The relationship between social and demographic characteristics and relevant factors was identified through Chi-squared test. The major findings of the study were follows: 1. Of the 335 respondents, thirty seven percent of men and ten percent of women had already experienced sexual intercourse. Significantly more males had experienced sexual experience than women. The majority of students, living with both their parents had less sexually experience than that living without their parents. There were religious differences, that students who believed in buddhism had more sexual experience than christian or catholic students. Students who reported drinking alcohol frequently had more sexual experience than those who didn't and it was statistically significant (${\chi}^2=47.6$ df=4 p=0.000). 2. Sexual awareness was relatively low. High level group of sex knowledge were less sexual experience than middle or low level group (${\chi}^2=6.038$ df=2 p=0.049). Women were more sexually aware than men (${\chi}^2=20.814$ df=2 p=0.000). Groups who had sisters and brothers were more sexually aware than those who few sisters and brothers. 3. Sixty one percent of respondents said that chastity before marriage should be kept but twenty four percent of them felt that it was unnecessary. Opponents to chastity before marriage had more sex experience than those for. It was statistically significant (${\chi}^2=48.967$ df=2 p=0.000). Those who agreed with the questionnaire point 'Even if people are not married, if they love each other, they can have sexual intercourse.' had more sexual intercourse than those who didn't agree. Those who agreed with the questionnaire point 'Even though people doesn't like, they can still have sexual intercourse.' had more sexual intercourse than those who disagree. On this point, men were three times higher of the opinion than women. So we can see the difference in the perception between men and women. As a result of this study, sexual awareness influences sexual attitudes and sexual attitudes influence sexual awareness influences sexual activity includes poor knowledge and uninformed attitudes about sex. Therefore sex education is needed and it is very important to reestablish concepts about sex.

국내 감각통합치료 실태조사 (A Survey on a Status of Sensory Integration Therapy in Korea)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 국내에서 시행되는 감각통합치료의 근무특성, 치료실 환경, 치료사의 지식수준을 파악하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 2014년 6월1일부터 2014년 8월 31일까지 감각통합치료 세팅에서 감각통합치료를 시행하는 치료사를 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 수거한 232부를 분석하였다. 결과 : 국내에서 감각통합치료를 시행하는 전공자는 작업치료사의 비중이 크며, 사설기관, 복지관, 병원 순으로 많이 근무하고 있다. 주 치료대상은 영유아부터 학령기 아동이 대부분이지만 청소년과 성인까지 폭넓게 적용되고 있으며, 발달장애아동이 많았다. 대부분의 기관이 치료를 위한 공간과 도구를 구비하고 있고, 평가와 기록을 충실히 하고 있다. 감각통합 교육 및 연수를 열심히 참여하는 것으로 나타났지만, 평가 없이 치료를 진행하는 경우도 있었고 교육 이수 없이 전문적 중재프로그램을 실시하는 경우도 있어서 감각통합치료 이론에 대한 전문적 인식 및 이해가 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 감각통합치료는 장애아동 재활치료에 중요한 치료이다. 전문적 치료사 양성을 위해서는 Ayres Sensory Integration(ASI) 이론을 정확히 교육하고 실습할 수 있는 전문교육과정이 필요하며, 수도권 외 지역에서 교육이 더 개최되어 지방에 근무하는 치료사들에게 교육의 기회를 확산하고 질적 수준을 높일 필요가 있겠다.

유전자재조합식품 안전성과 표시에 대한 소비자 인식조사 (Survey of Consumer Awareness and Attitudes Regarding Genetically Modified Food in Korea)

  • 유전자재조합식품에 대해 듣거나 알고있는 인지도는 83.7%로 한국소비자보호원이 1999년 3월중 서울시내 20세 이상 성인남녀 526명을 대상으로 선행 조사한 결과(73.4%)에 비해 더 높게 나타났으며 2001년 국제식품정보위원회가 조사한 미국 74%, 호주 83%의 국외 인지도 조사결과와 비교해서도 비슷하거나 더 높은 수치를 보였다. GM 농산물의 개발이익에 대해서는 59.1%의 소비자가 식량증산 및 기아해결에 도움을 줄 것이라고 생각하면서도, GM 식품의 안전성에 대해서는 71.6%의 소비자가 강한 의구심을 나타내고 있었으며, 특히 식품독성(52.2%), 환경에 대한 위해 가능성(40.7%)에 대한 우려가 그 대부분을 차지하였다. 이러 한 이유로 GMO로 표시되어 판매되는 식품에 대해 33.2%의 소비자가 구매거부 의사를 나타낸 반면, 7.4%의 소비자만이 구매의사를 보였다. 하지만 정보부재 등을 이유로 주변의 추이에 따라 판단을 유보하겠다는 소비자도 약 28.0%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. GM 식품에 대한 정보원으로서는 시민단체 (44.9%), 언론매체 (19.,3%)의 순서로 높은 신뢰를 보였으나 담당 정부기관인 농림부나 식품의약품안전청의 정보는 상당히 신뢰하지 않는 것(9.6 %)으로 답변함으로써 관련부처의 노력과 분발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 유전자재조합식품 표시의 필요성에 대한 질문에서는 99.6%의 응답자가 표시를 찬성하는 것으로 나타났으나 2001년부터 실시되고 있는 ‘유전자재조합식품 표시제도’ 인지도에 있어서는 61.7%의 응답자가 잘 모른다고 상반되게 답변함으로써 관련부처 의 홍보가 부족하였다는 사실을 간접적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 향후 표시 제도의 개선방향에 대해서는 표시문구를 보다 알아보기 쉽게 표시(45.2%), 허위표시 여부에 대한 감시와 정보제공의 강화(24.6%), 제도시행에 대한 홍보강화(16.5%)의 순서로 답변하였으며, 대다수의 답변자(93.1%)가 향후 표시품목의 확대를 원하는 것으로 나타나 현행 표시 제도의 재검토와 개선방향에 대한 논의가 시급하다고 판단되어졌다.

IT 유창성과 컴퓨팅적 사고 개념을 이용한 대학 정보교양 교육에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Information Liberal Education in University based on IT Fluency and Computational Thinking Concept)

  • 본 연구는 대학교육에서 매우 중요한 기반교육인 대학 IT 교양교육에 대한 틀을 제시하고 세부 교육과정을 체계적으로 도출하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 정보소양, IT유창성, 컴퓨팅적 사고를 중심으로 한 이론적, 실무적 선행연구에 대한 검토를 토대로 대학에서 필요한 IT 교양교육을 3가지 영역으로 제시하였으며, 세부적으로 6개 하위 영역, 총 31개 교육과정이 도출되었다. 또한, 도출된 세부 교육과정별 현재의 수준과 필요한 교육정도를 각각 실증적으로 측정하고 차이를 분석하였다. 실증분석은 총 350개의 설문이 배부되고 그 중에서 313부가 회수되어 분석에 활용되었다. 연구결과, 정보기술 기본능력 교육, 정보기술 활용능력 교육, 정보기술지적능력에 대한교육 등3가지 차원의 교육영역이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의주요 시사점으로는 대학 IT 교육의 이론적 기반을 제공하였다는 점과 향후 대학 IT교양 교육의 실무적 가이드라인을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

호스피스 자원봉사활동의 실태 및 지원에 관한 연구 - 대전ㆍ충청권을 중심으로

  • This study was conducted to examine the present state, types of services, difficulties, education programs, motivation, satisfaction and attitude of hospice volunteers and also to suggest supporting programs for the volunteer. For these purposes, a questionnaire was distributed among the 200 hospice volunteers in ten hospice organizations in Daejeon and Chungcheong province. In this research, 85.5% of the respondents were women and most of them were housewives in their forties and fifties. The majority of hospice volunteers had an education background of more than high school. Christianity (94%) was the dominant religion of volunteers. Among the service area of the hospice, emotional caring, such as listening closely and establishing empathy were the most frequently done by the respondents and the next one was spiritual care. Hospice volunteers who had started with altruistic motivation show more dynamic activities in emotional, spiritual, physical caring and so on, than those with non-altruistic motivation. Most of the respondents expressed that they felt a hospice volunteer was valuable. However they had a hard time to overcome the sorrow coming from sharing empathy with the dying patients. Those who had started with altruistic motivation usually took part in two times per a week and had more positive attitude. Volunteers who had been working more than five years showed better attitude than those who had been working less than three years. The longer the voluntary services, the more positive attitude experienced by volunteers. Hospice volunteers encountered the most considerable difficulty with lack of background knowledge and their actual capability. Insufficiency of time was the next reason for the considerable difficulty of the hospice volunteer. On the other hand, those who served more than twice per week replied that lack of background knowledge and their capability were the least considerable difficulty. Insufficiency of time was the reason of difficulty for male volunteers, as well as for females under thirty and those in their forties and fifties respectively. Generally most of the hospice volunteers (70%) were satisfied with their services and they usually satisfied with physical caring, spiritual caring, hospice's family caring. The less difficulty in voluntary services, more satisfaction for the volunteers in the end. There is a positive correlation between a attitude of the hospice volunteer and frequency of voluntary services while the volunteers' difficulty affect negatively their attitude as well as the frequency of voluntary services. Most of the hospice volunteers want to have more education about basic skills, volunteer's attitude and role, spirituality, the way of attending on the hospice and so on. Most of them considered discussion and sharing different cases as the most effective method. They also wish to had more supporting programs for the hospice volunteers(in the order of their needs) such as regular events, newsletters, personal concern, social meetings among the volunteers, insurance and minimum expenses. Based on the study results, more programs should be run in order to activate the voluntary services regardless of their gender and education background. A continuous practical supporting policy and education programs are required in order to provide special education and training courses considering every field of voluntary services. Expanding the role of the volunteers allows them more opportunities to take part in voluntary services and th activate participation. It is necessary to establish a new hospice system as a part public medical system, which can not only facilitate the voluntary services for a hospice but also enhance professional hospice volunteers. Finally, experts are needed to operate the voluntary services effectively.

신산업의 공간분포 패턴과 집적 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Patterns and the Factors on Agglomeration of New Industries in Korea)

  • 지역경제 침체에 따라 지역 차원에서 신산업을 육성할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 2007년부터 2017년까지 지난 10년 동안 신산업의 성장에 따른 공간패턴을 분석하고, 이러한 분포형태를 결정하는 요인을 파악하는 데 주요한 목적이 있다. 신산업은 수도권을 중심으로 매우 불균등하게 분포하여 비수도권과 지역격차가 두드러졌다. 신산업의 공간분포는 정적인 공간적 자기상관성을 보였으며, 특정 소수 지역을 중심으로 집적하는 경향이 나타났다. 공간계량모형을 토대로 신산업 집적 요인을 파악한 결과, 지역 내 대학원생 수, 지역에서 기술창업기업이 차지하는 비중, 지역별 초·중·고등학교 수, 지식기반제조업과 지식기반서비스업의 특화도와 산업구조 다양성, 고용밀도가 신산업 분포에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문은 비수도권 내 신산업 육성을 위해서 고급인재 유인 및 양성과 지역환경 개선을 위한 정책을 수립하는 것이 지방의 신산업 육성을 위한 경쟁력을 향상시키는 데 필요하다는 정책적 시사점을 제공하였다.

지역 약사의 자발적 부작용 보고에 대한 인식 및 태도와 영향요인 조사: 설문조사 결과를 중심으로 (Investigation on Perceptions, Attitudes, and Contributing Factors to Spontaneous Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting among Community Pharmacists: Results from a Web-based Survey)

  • Objective: To examine the perceptions and attitudes toward spontaneous adverse drug reaction (ADR) reporting system among community pharmacists and identify factors that influence reporting, by implementing a survey. Methods: A structured questionnaire was developed and distributed online. Request for the survey was posted on the website of pharmacy's billing program, and the survey was conducted for 8 days. We collected the participants' response on their work environment, experience of ADR reporting, and their perception and attitude on the reporting system. Multivariate logistic regression was used to evaluate factors influencing ADR reporting. Results: A total of 382 pharmacists participated in the survey. Significant contributing factors for reporting level were age (odds ratio [OR], 0.90; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.84-0.96), knowledge of reporting method (OR, 53.56; 95% CI, 9.10-315.41), installation of reporting program (OR, 31.92; 95% CI, 4.16-244.75), and encouragement from the Korean pharmaceutical association (OR, 4.13; 95% CI, 1.11-15.35). Regarding the attitude toward spontaneous ADR reporting system, 'lack of time for reporting' (OR, 0.29; 95% CI, 0.15-0.53) and 'complexity of reporting procedure' (OR, 0.51; 95% CI, 0.31-0.84), were associated with a low likelihood of reporting. Conclusion: Our results indicated that the knowledge of ADR reporting method, installation of the reporting program, and encouragement from the Korean Pharmaceutical Association contribute to active reporting. It is necessary to simplify the reporting method, make the ADR reporting program user-friendly, and provide educational interventions to increase participation in spontaneous reporting by the community pharmacists.

위드 코로나 시대에서 유아교육 현장의 원격교육 제한사항과 이에 따른 유아 원격교육 솔루션 개발 제안 (Restrictions on Distance Education in Early Childhood Education in the Era of with Corona, and Proposal for Early Childhood Distance Education Solution Development)

  • 유아교육은 지식의 전달보다는 지도자에 의하여 유아의 감각을 키우는 과정이라는 특징으로 인하여, 위드 코로나 시대에서도 유아 원격교육은 일대일 비대면 교육 보다는, 유아교육 꾸러미 등 배포된 자료나 TV등의 매체를 통하여 학부모가 직접 돌보는 방식으로 원격교육이 진행되었다. 연구자는 선행연구 고찰 및 학부모 집중 인터뷰를 통하여, 교육 콘텐츠의 확대 및 접근성 확대, 유아 원격교육의 기본지식 이해, 실시간 원격교육을 통한 유아의 사회성 증대 필요 등의 원격교육 요구사항을 파악하였고, 현재 제공중인 원격교육 관련 솔루션이 유아교육에는 적합하지 않다는 것을 파악하였다. 이에 따라, 연구자는 다양성, 용이성, 실시간 소통, 통합이라는 유아 원격교육 솔루션의 기본방향(VERI)을 제시하고, 유아, 학부모, 교사가 함께 콘텐츠를 공유하고, 실시간 및 비실시간 소통을 할 수 있는 Web/App 솔루션 개발을 제안하였다. 이러한 원격교육 솔루션은 단지 가이드라인과 자료만 제시하고 있는 현재 상황을 유아-학부모-교사가 함께 소통하고, 콘텐츠를 공유하게 되어, 위드 코로나 시대의 유아 원격교육을 효율적으로 지원할 것으로 기대한다.

일부 치위생과 신입생의 전공선택과 직업의식에 관한 조사연구 (Survey of the Major Selection by and Occupational Consciousness of Freshmen Majoring in Dental Hygiene)

  • Background: The selection of an occupation is typically based on individuals' personalities and the characteristics of occupations, which significantly affect occupational consciousness. The present study aimed to enhance the occupational achievement level of and provide fundamental data for student counseling in order to develop competitive professional workers by understanding the occupational consciousness of freshmen and motivating them as dental hygienists with career development plans, as freshmen majoring in dental hygiene eventually play a significant role in the field of dentistry as dental hygienists. Methods: The surveys were distributed to 160 freshmen in the dental hygiene department and were subsequently collected. The data from 142 surveys were used for analysis, as 18 surveys were excluded due to insincere responses. The survey contents included questions related to major selection and satisfaction, including motives for selecting a dental hygiene major, prior knowledge on a dental hygiene major and a career as a dental hygienist, satisfaction level of the major, and reasons for dissatisfaction in cases if applicable, as well as questions related to occupational consciousness, including career prospects for dental hygienists, opinions on the occupation, and conditions of job selection. Results: High employment rate with good salary level ranked highest (43.7%) among motives to apply the dental hygiene major, followed by the desire to be a professional worker (21.1%) and recommendation by acquaintances. Of those who responded, 50.7% indicated a normal level of satisfaction with the major, and 69.9% responded that they had prior knowledge regarding the dental hygiene major and/or field of dental hygiene. These results may be due to youth unemployment and the occurrence of job preparation immediately after students enter university, which is a result of the difficulty in job seeking. In terms of career prospects, 48.6% of students responded with "growing a little bit," followed by "growing a lot" (28.9%), "no difference from now" (21.1%), and "other" (1.4%). Regarding opinions on the occupation, 65.5% responded that occupation was an tool with which to make and income or a living, 23.2% responded that occupation was for dreams and self-realization, and 11.3% responded that occupation was for success in life and maintaining social status. Regarding the conditions of job selection, the responses included that the workplace had good working conditions (39.4%), good interpersonal relationships (21.8%), and a higher salary (18.3%). This may reflect the change in work ethics among university students, according to the trend of the times. Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, we found that educational guidance to enhance the level of satisfaction with the major, and career guidance to understand and apply the clear vision and long-term job security are necessary.
