본 연구에서는 인터넷 원격강의를 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 콘텐츠에 있어 학생들의 선호를 조사하였다. 이러한 조사로 인하여 학생들에게 제공하는 콘텐츠의 분량, 콘텐츠의 형태, 콘텐츠의 제공 방법, 수강기간 등에 대한 학생들의 선호를 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 학생들로부터의 피드백은 인터넷 원격강의를 수행하려고 하는 교수자나 콘텐츠 구축 개발자 또는 학사운영 관리자들에게 필요한 정보를 제공하여 보다 효율적이고 학생 만족도가 높은 교육을 실현하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The students can search and solve the problems for themselves, improve the scientific inquiry skill through the distance learning in the WWW. It also enable them to construct the wide recognition of the STS which is emphasized in the 7th national curriculum. In addition, due to the one-to-one contact in the distance learning the diverse differentiated education can be run. In this paper, we develop the web-based distant learning model which is suitable in the elementary science and emboss those merits of the distance learning.

코로나19로 인해 초중등학교 및 고등교육기관에서의 교수학습 방법의 급진적인 변화를 경험하였고, 교육부는 원격교육상황에서 교수학습의 질을 담보하고, 학습 참여를 촉진하기 위한 다양한 시도와 지원이 지속되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 포스트 코로나 시대 대비 교육부 지원 정책에 대해 살펴보고, 원격교육에 대한 교수자의 경험을 집중면담을 통해 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 학습자의 학습 참여 촉진을 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 실시간 원격교육에서 학습 참여를 지원하는 프로그램 활용방안으로, 첫째, 학습자의 적정 학습 집중 기간에 대한 고려, 둘째, 학습활동 중 예기치 못한 문제 상황 발생 대처 방안, 협업 도구로 소회의실 및 채팅 활용방안에 대해 제시하였다.

Many believe that electronic distance teaming education transform higher education, saving money and improving learning qualify So, the open University, which teaches around 280,000 students at a distance, is examining the adaption of its distance teaching methods for the internet. But, there are only one type of distance learning education of one way direction. To understand all of a student which selected some of e teaming course, teacher must check that how many student to understand and what is the difficult problems. Without checking this condition, It will be a very difficult and boring distance learning course. In this paper, we introduce of intelligent learning contents of full duplex direction that teach understanding student and not understanding student. The computer simulation results confirms that full duplex e learning system has been proven to be much more efficient than one way direction which not considering about understanding problems.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the key aspects of the use of innovative distance learning technologies in the training of biology students. Currently, there is a modernization, the evolution of the education system from a classical university to a virtual one, from lecture material teaching to computer educational programs, from a book library to a computer one, from multi-volume paper encyclopedias to modern search databases. During studies in higher education, distance learning ensures the delivery of information in an interactive mode through the use of information and communication technologies. The main disadvantage of distance learning is the emotional interaction of the teacher with students. It is necessary to increase the level of methodological developments for independent studies of students. The methodology includes a number of theoretical methods. Based on the results of the study, the main elements of the use of innovative distance learning technologies in the training of biology students were identified.

In the spring, 2020, the pandemic caused quarantine and all educational institutions switched to distance learning, which led to significant changes in the field of education around the world. It has become necessary to build its capacity to provide distance learning to protect education and create opportunities for more individualized approaches to teaching and learning not only during future pandemics but also during other possible issues, such as natural disasters, when a developed flexible curricula could be taught face-to-face or online. The article presents an analysis of distance education in the world during a pandemic, analyzes significant changes, and implements measures in the field of education in Ukraine and around the world. The role of public and international organizations in the implementation of quarantine in the conditions of COVID-19, which partially took over the functions of state and local authorities, is emphasized. The closure of schools under COVID-19 has led to a de facto deterioration in learning outcomes, so we have analyzed the effects of distance learning and digital inequality in the world. It is shown how the COVID-19 pandemic affected access to public services in Ukraine.

Information and communication technologies used in the social sphere are born due to the development of computer technologies. The main task of the distance learning process in higher education institutions is not to provide information, but to teach how to obtain and use it. The purpose of the article: to identify innovative approaches in the training of specialists in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning. Various innovative approaches to organizing the work of students of higher educational institutions in the context of distance learning are considered. Based on the conducted research, it is concluded that each of the approaches described by us outlines the study of the phenomenon of professional training of a specialist in the condition of distance learning. All the described approaches significantly contribute to the improvement of professional training of specialists, encourage students to self-improvement, professional development and enrich their professional competence in modern conditions. The emergence and spread of innovative technologies means not only a change in the activity itself and its inherent means and mechanisms of its implementation, but also a significant restructuring of goals, value orientations, specific knowledge, skills and abilities. Therefore, the current stage of the development of civilization, scientific and technological progress requires the emergence of such specialists who would have broad humanitarian thinking, would have good psychological training, would be able to build professional activities according to laws that take into account the relationship between economic productivity and creativity, as well as the desire of the individual for constant renewal, self-realization. Only such qualities will help you master the specifics of innovative technologies well. We see the prospects in the study of innovative approaches to training specialists in higher education institutions in the condition of distance learning in foreign countries.

인터넷을 이용한 원격교육이 매우 빠르게 확산됨에 따라 원격교육을 수강하는 학습자에 대한 본인 확인과 실제 학습 여부를 확인하는 것에 대한 어려움도 점점 더 커지고 있다. 원격교육에서는 교수자와 학습자가 상호 대면하지 않아도 수업이 이루어지므로 본인 출석 여부를 시스템적으로 확인해 주어야 한다. 종래의 확인 방법으로는 로그인 체크, SMS 본인 인증, 돌발퀴즈 등의 방법이 있다. 그러나 학습 시간 전반에 걸쳐 학습자 본인이 잘 참여하고 있는지를 확인하기에는 기술적인 한계가 적지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실제 학습자가 학습시간 전반에 걸쳐 잘 참여하고 있는지를 PC 카메라의 이미지 촬영 기반으로 확인할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 이 시스템은 원격교육, 원격평가 등에 있어 학습자의 실제 참여 여부를 판단할 수 있게 함으로써 원격교육 신뢰성을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구의 목적은 현직 초등학교 교사들의 천문학적 거리 개념을 확인하고 천문학적 거리에 대한 편차 규모와 천문학적 거리를 점점 확대 시켰을 때 정확성을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 경기도 소재 초등학교 교사 69명을 대상으로 천문학적 거리 관련 질문지를 배포하여 결과를 분석한 후 3명을 임의 추출하여 그들이 작성한 질문지를 바탕으로 인터뷰를 실시하여 그들의 천문학적 거리 개념을 분석하였다. 많은 초등학교 교사들이 지구와 달, 태양 사이의 거리를 과대 평가하였고, 항성 및 은하까지의 거리는 매우 과소평가하였으며, 천문학적 거리를 이론적(계산적) 척도와 직관적(심리적) 척도를 활용하여 추정하였다. 그들은 AU, 광년과 같은 단어를 익히 들어 잘 알고 있으나 그 의미를 정확하게 이해하지 못하는 사례도 있었으며, 지구에서 해왕성까지의 거리가 항성까지 거리 보다 더 멀다고 인식하는 사례도 있었다. 천문학적 거리를 추정할 때 상당한 변이성이 존재하며, 태양계 내에서 태양계 밖에 존재하는 천체로 거리를 늘려나갈수록 초등 교사들은 그 거리를 점점 더 과소평가하였다.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.
