The constitutional court decide a negative expression in their judgement. It is a dismissal. In the dismissal, they suggest that the legislative body can resolve it and Parliament can an enactment or not for the physical therapist. Therefore, dismissal of constitutional court is not only dismissal but also it is a suggestion for legislation. Another suggestion of the constitutional court that study about curriculums of physical therapy department, duration of education, relation of between medical doctor and physical therapist, work contents of physical therapy and effect on national health.

This study purposed to reveal the process of change in dismissed workers' experiences at dismissal and the subsequent period of unemployment. For this purpose, six dismissed workers' psychological experiences were explored using the phenomenological method as one of qualitative research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the workers on their psychological experiences at dismissal, continuous psychological or physical changes after dismissal, current state, etc. and from the analysis of the data were derived 12 sub-themes and they were categorized into four main themes. The four main themes were 'emotions experienced with dismissal,' 'psychological and physical symptoms,' 'patterns of social perception,' 'and ways of coping with dismissal.' The main themes and their sub-categories were described, and dismissed workers' specific experiences related to them were explained. Lastly, dismissed workers' changes and experiences were discussed based on previous studies.

We investigated the frames represented in the news media coverage in Korean daily newspapers during dismissal procedure of the director-general of the public service broadcaster, KBS. We analyzed 470 newspaper stories in the period surrounding the dismissal. The use of news frames in newspapers depended on the disposition of outlets, conservative or progressive. Conservative newspapers, ChoSun and DongA, described the dismissal of the director -general with a generally favorable or supportive view, but progressive outlets, Hankyoreh and KyeongHyang, reported more and non-favorable for the issue. Our results showed that conservative newspapers more often used episodic and cause for dismissal frame in the presentation of news, whereas progressive more often used thematic and media independence frames. Main frames commonly used in the news are the cause for dismissal, conflict, media independence, and regime maintenance, respectively, which are formed by 9 minor news frames. Conservative newspapers concentered on the cause attribution; management responsibility, conflicts, and dismissal procedures, but progressive focused on media independence and dismissal procedures. All newspapers selectively quoted groups, institutions and actors to enhance their messages and frames. Finally, there was significant difference between stories in each newspapers and the court's ruling for the dismissal.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the coping process of chief Executive Nurses(CENs) Who Had Experienced Unexpected Dismissal.The research question was "would you tell me about your experience of sudden dismissal?" Method: The methodology of collecting and analyzing data used in this study followed the ground theory of Strauss and Corbin (1998). Data were collected through in-depth interviews with open-ended questions about the subjects' coping experiences, which were audio-taped and transcribed. The survey was conducted between April and May, 2007. The subjects of this study were 5 CENs. Result: The results of the study are as follows. Core category of This Study was "Battling unsupported against the overwhelming reality." The participants had to face the most unexpected reality of being laid off. Their emotional/psychological response were betrayal, powerlessness, lonesomeness, sorrow, and hopelessness. They felt like a general who is facing overwhelming enemy in a war. The coping process was found to have four stages: shocked stage, resisting stage, negotiating stage and reflecting and transcending stage. Conclusion: The result of this study suggested that ceaseless exertion and cooperation at organizational and individual levels are needed to establish stable status and power of nursing departments and CENs in hospitals.

In this paper, we propose a new novel method for similarity search that supports time warping. Our primary goal is to innovate on search performance in large databases without false dismissal. To attain this goal, we devise a new distance function $D_{tw-lb}$ that consistently underestimates the time warping distance and also satisfies the triangular inequality. $D_{tw-lb}$ uses a 4-tuple feature vector extracted from each sequence and is invariant to time warping. For efficient processing, we employ a multidimensional index that uses the 4-tuple feature vector as indexing attributes and $D_{tw-lb}$ as a distance function. We prove that our method does not incur false dismissal. To verify the superiority of our method, we perform extensive experiments. The results reveal that our method achieves significant speedup up to 43 times with real-world S&P 500 stock data.

This paper discusses an effective processing of similarity search that supports time warping in large sequence database. Time warping enables finding sequences with similar patterns even when they are of different length, Previous methods fail to employ multi-dimensional indexes without false dismissal since the time warping distance does not satisfy the triangular inequality. They have to scan all the database, thus suffer from serious performance degradation in large database. Another method that hires the suffix tree also shows poor performance due to the large tree size. Stress management methods for COVID-19 can be divided into general stress management such as 'Let's change me', 'Let's find the source of life', and 'Let's ask for help', and mental health management in a disaster situation.
